On affinity bias, I try to keep my investments to myself, this way it helps me to avoid clouded by other people's judgements, people love to give their opinions on whatever they hear (see, I'm also giving my opinion on this thread, lol), I think it's just better way to keep your things to oneself.

One thing I would like to ask is I have noticed few times that posts reported in this board often goes unhandled.
I had reported few posts earlier but I guess those are still unhandled. This discourages me to report posts. It should either go good or bad. I can tell from my experience, i have 10 unhandled reports overall and those unhandled reports are from years ago and that too from topics that were created during the initial stages of the forum and other old posts and the rest are taken care. You should not discourage from reporting spam and you should not worry much about good or bad reports as it is not a competition and the reason we are doing is to clean the forum and nothing else. Doesn't unhandled reports mean mods were not sure what to do with post so they left it as it was? |

I don't think admin should do anything about this, in most bounties it's optional and if you do wear it then there is extra pay for the same. Ignoring particular bounty is always the option you have.

Central bodies like governments are not taking appropriate steps to reduce scam, they only like to make sure they compromise privacy, saying they are helping people to protect it.
Governments/companies can only do so much to save you, it all comes down to you in the end, I myself have been scammed a few times but I understand that it was due to my own negligence. |

Well, point is I was selling and if my 'ask' was to get filled (and it should have, cause I checked next day and artificial pump was still ongoing) I would have got the more money than the market order that just got executed.
You may be a little lucky that the sell order you placed bought. If you regret selling at a low price, you can solve it by placing several sell orders at different prices, you can divide it into several sell orders, I think in this way your disappointment for not being sold at an ever-increasing price will disappear. But be prepared if the price drops again. Did you even read the op? |

Yeah that's unfortunate but I would never want to play with the market when such pumps are going on because they can always dump the market in a small span too so not the worst mistake you made. LOl. Really you have registered 10 years ago or just doing fun? If you really had aware of the faucet 10 years ago then maybe you also know about those faucets which were paying 5BTCs per captcha solved?  I probably exaggerated there but yeah I'm registered there for 6-7 years when BTC was $150 or so, I did do some faucets then but sold it |
