4521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HELP! I want to invest but don't know which and how. is DigiByte ok? on: October 20, 2019, 08:41:34 AM
Rule #1 of investing: Do not invest in things you do not understand.
Lot of people invested and are used Bitcoin also, even if they don't understand it also,
so I don't think understanding is the issue here.
- Those are the people who buy bitcoin when the price is at the all time high and sell when the price in the deep because of ignorance of bitcoin's historical prices.
- Those are the people who always lose money to scammers with schemes such as fake trading bots, ponzi schemes because they are ignorant of how the whole thing works.
- Those are the people who have no idea of legit bitcoin wallets and end up sending to fake wallets
- Those are the people who always complain and panic sell when the market is down
- Those are the people who end up getting scammed trying to claim shit bitcoin forks

Sometimes, knowledge is power. You can't just buy what you don't understand and expect to have happy returns. Investing in knowledge is very when dealing with new tech.
4522  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Warning ! Bittrex shutting down in 31 countries. Withdraw your funds. on: October 20, 2019, 08:24:22 AM
Imagine such a silly move. Besides the time frame for people to withdraw funds being so short, most of the countries on the list are just 3rd world countries. I find the reason for the halting of services in these countries very unsatisfactory.

Quote
List of Countries

Afghanistan
Egypt
Bosnia-Herzegowina
Botswana
Cambodia
Central African Republic
Democratic Republic of the Congo
Côte d'Ivoire
Ethiopia
Eritrea
Ghana
Guinea
Guinea-Bissau
Guyana
Iraq
Laos
Lebanon
Libya
Maldives
Pakistan
Sri Lanka
Somalia
Sudan
South Sudan
Trinidad and Tobago (
Tunisia
Uganda
Vanuatu
Venezuela
Yemen
Zimbabwe

These are the countries that even require crypto more than any other countries so that they liberate themselves from their evil corrupt governments.
4523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HELP! I want to invest but don't know which and how. is DigiByte ok? on: October 20, 2019, 06:57:56 AM
I usually don't love giving financial advice. I don't know so much about digibyte but what i would advise you to do is to first know what you are buying.
Try to know more about the blockchain solutions digibyte provides to the current world problems, how active the team is and what their future plans are.
Don't just buy because the price went up or down. Look at the bigger picture.
4524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst Day of My LIFE - Dice on: October 20, 2019, 06:37:38 AM
So sorry about your situation bud. I can completely relate to what you went through because it happened to me some 10 years back when i just got to learn about gambling.
Just like trading, one learns from past mistakes and tries to better themselves. Once, you let emotions take control of you. You are bound to make mistakes which consequently lead to more loses
4525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 20, 2019, 06:27:08 AM
Usually Tottenham can always overcome this kind of thing. If Tottenham lose the match, then it's really insolent. The draw is not really appropriate for the match, because they will start to miss points again with the other teams.
I guess they are back to where they belonged a few years back. The days of glory seem to have come to and end. If i was Pochettino, i think it would be time to call it quits at Tottenham and Further my career in a much better club that is not mean to spend when the transfer market comes around.
Pochettino has worked very well which minimal resources at Tottenham, and yet they didn't bother to support him with enough funds for years
4526  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: October 20, 2019, 06:00:28 AM
any idea what is the min withdrawal these days ? I remember it was over 0.01 btc but yesterday I tried making small withdrawal of 7.38 mbtc and it was accepted
but later I get the security check email and it's been like 18 hours while the withdrawal is pending , so not sure if this is due to weekend or due to withdrawal being under the minimum
I think it's because it's a weekend. Sometimes there have been reports of delays in withdraws. If it was below the minimum, you wouldn't have even been able to press the withdraw button.
Maybe you can try contacting support or OP through PM
4527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: What is Chartoken? The hottest financial investment project in September 2019 on: October 20, 2019, 05:46:10 AM
This is the worst project I've ever met. they return the airdrop token and say it is not clean and unclear if you exchange it for exchange but you will not be able to withdraw that eth because they say your token is not clean. they foolishly broadcast then they said our tokens were not clean .. wanting to withdraw money had to say good things about them on the forums while the money was ours but they were denied payment. They create an exchange to collect all your tokens and eth so that when they withdraw their error message is inactive or your They will block you if you have an opinion about how they work. is locked. Their ignorance in the airdrop affects everyone .. and frankly this is a scam project. they will refuse to withdraw your token and eth and then they will disappear never pursuing a project like this that allows them to die as quickly as possible
Could you please open up a scam accusation in this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 and interested DT members could look into it.
You could follow the scam reporting format here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0
I knew that there was something off about them. If you had made a little research, you wouldn't have wasted your value time on such a crap project
4528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Latium Tasking Platform on: October 20, 2019, 05:35:03 AM
Recently I put there some tasks - and Latium is still working, I've got few employees
Unfortunately not many, but the platform is still alive
I think they just need to do more marketing
So what's your LATX worth right now? You have been hold these token since a year ago based on your post above, right?

When i seeing on Coinmarketcap, it shown this https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/latiumx/
There is no any volume and also didn't have any listed exchange. Did it got delisted from all exchange sites?
Most of these projects faced a lot of difficult time during the bear market. They never prepared for it at all. I also remember buying some LatiumX tokens from ICO but am glad i sold them off when they still had value.

Most of these projects only focus on advertising before the ICO, after the ICO, they just go quiet which is the reason people also forget about them except for the people who hold their tokens
4529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Swirge.com | BTC Bounty Campaign | Get Paid to Post on: October 20, 2019, 04:54:48 AM
Who on earth is going to work for 0.00001000 BTC to make an article of 500+ upvotes. The amount does not even cover normal bitcoin fees  Grin
I think even a homeless hungry chap would pass... BTW am not considering your tokens because as of now, they are valueless.

4532  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Another newb post, if you don't ask you don't get, HI! on: October 20, 2019, 03:51:22 AM
It really depends on the type of coin you want to mine and power costs in your area but to realize good daily profits if you are to make some, you may need more than just one mining rig which means 3000 Euros would not be enough.

If i was in your shoes, I think i would just teach myself how to trade one day at a time starting with small amount. 3000 Euros is good for making some daily profits if you know how to trade you can even make more than 100 Euro per day.

I still wonder why the  scam bug keeps coming back here even after saying that this forum is useless. Why doesn't he just stick to the forums he thinks are useful?
4534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: October 19, 2019, 09:38:18 PM
Real Madrid just messed the whole ticket, just a win would have been awesome, main looking at the head to head right from 2012 they have been defeating Mallorca ,

Highly disappointed in these team,  I thought I had escaped not picking Atletico Madrid not knowing that Real Madrid will mess up the whole game.this game might be fixed, Real Madrid ought to have gotten a draw here
They had around 8 first team players not playing tonight. That kind of result was expected not forgetting the horrible defense. Again i reaffirm my earlier thoughts.
If Real Madrid don't change the way the do things. It's going to be another trophyless season
4535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: October 19, 2019, 08:14:57 PM
It seems that it is still possible for Real Madrid to win the match because Madrid's statistics still dominate the field, but if Mallorca is able to play with a defensive formation well until the game is over, then the statistics are meaningless again and again big clubs are still very influential on big players too.
56 minutes gone and Mallorca is still leading. I have a feeling this game might end in a draw as the best result for Madrid.
I am watching the match but there is no spark in the midfield at all.

Real Madrid's defense again reminding us how horrible it is.

I focused mostly on strikers for this round so here are my predictions:
Richarlison, Kane, Abraham, Pukki, Sterling, Mane and Dani Ceballos.
Lets see how it goes.
Looks like this weekend is going to be a bad one. i also focused  on stikers but i haven't predicted any correctly so far  Cheesy
4537  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex Withdrawal Complete "Transaction ID not Found" on: October 19, 2019, 07:16:03 PM
I am not able to see the tx id on blockexplorers. Where did you get those tx ids from? If you got them from the exchange website then contact their support and ask them to help you.
You will not get anything in your wallet since transactions aren't confirmed.
Me too, i wasn't able to see the TX Ids on the blockexplorer. I think what @TryNinja said might be right.
Question is why would they delay broadcasting the TX IDs? Security measure perhaps?

It really sucks especially if someone is trying to make a quick withdraw.

4539  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware of ponzi schemes bearing names relating to bitcoin on social media on: October 19, 2019, 03:06:04 PM
If someone contacted you through WhatsApp that means you were careless with your mobile phone number, just as you are careless with your e-mail that is displayed publicly through your profile. One of the most important steps is not to make such information public, otherwise you give anyone a chance to contact you and try to deceive you in any way.
Actually whatsapp has a very stupid feature. If you join a group, everyone can see and get your number unlike telegram that can hide your number and just show your username.
I think a stranger just got OP's number through a random group he joined.

All-time-high so far for me to see the total online users in the platform. Congrats everyone, especially on the team wolf.bet.
Continue to achieve. I think this is also the effect of the raffle event of wolf.bet for every bitcointalk.org forum users recently on games and rounds board.
It's around 171 right now.
Otherwise, it's really so great witnessing WOLF.BET grow from grass to grace and i know this is just the beginning of a long journey of a great gambling websites.
