Hello


I withdrew FCT 16 Hours ago from Poloniex given the first transaction "0aa43bcc871be87b13a40375c0e6a143bbfa6760e209e56245dbabfd34cdfe8e"
and then the second transaction "83cbe6feebabd6c5e13c689c47e839692bb9bc73bfd165efd6e01f04c50f66c1" and my wallet didn't get credited. I sent ticket but no update or rather poor support. Please help me.

Your transaction IDs are not registered on the FCT blockchain and you tell us which type of wallet you sent your coins?

I sent 5 transactions 3 were OK and 2 got complete but not credited to my balance nor they are found in FCT explorer

Since your issue happened only 16 hours ago, you need to be patience if you did not receive any reply from support. Also today is weekend, so i do not think they may help you. Don't expect them to reply immediately and solve your issue. You should wait 24-48 hours time after creating the support ticket.

Poloniex does that. I used to use them years ago and they always gave a transaction ID which was not yet broadcasted.

What happens is that the transaction ID will exist in the mempool, but it doesn't yet. For some reason they delay these and maybe broadcast them all at once (there is no economy, so I really don't know what is the reason for that), but you should just wait. In any cases, they are the only ones that can help you.

I am not able to see the tx id on blockexplorers. Where did you get those tx ids from? If you got them from the exchange website then contact their support and ask them to help you.
You will not get anything in your wallet since transactions aren't confirmed.

Me too, i wasn't able to see the TX Ids on the blockexplorer. I think what @TryNinja said might be right.
Question is why would they delay broadcasting the TX IDs? Security measure perhaps?

It really sucks especially if someone is trying to make a quick withdraw.

This is very rare that anyone faces withdrawal issues on two different exchanges at the same time. I am sure he is just trolling here and might have some other intentions.

It really sucks especially if someone is trying to make a quick withdraw.

It could have several reasons, but what I think it comes down to is Poloniex trying to wait for the right moment to broadcast its transactions so it can cut down on fees significantly. If you process thousands upon thousands of withdrawals on a daily basis, it becomes quite an interesting way of increasing your operational profits without doing much.

I know some traders who use Poloniex quite regularly, and they have to deal with mixed withdrawal times, and there seems to be a correlation between them broadcasting transactions and low overall number of unconfirmed transactions.

I ask for a solution as I said always "make it big to take it to a small one". I don't take anyone to any ride. These are real situations and I found people have the same issue with the same tokens at the same exchange. Why not share my problem with all people and get exposed to the solution that experienced people may give so all people who have the same problem will get that solution or that advise.

Don't ruin people's minds with these accusations or doubts. And instead of skepting try to follow the positive side from those things.

Normally, you should not submit a 2nd ticket for the same issue, if your first ticket is in progress. It is better if you write in the same ticket and ask them to expedite the process.  Also i am not sure if 48 working hours are passed because Today is the first working day after the weekend. I hope you will get the reply from them anytime today.

Did you get a reply from support? I had exactly same issue with fct withdrawal. I received reply from support within 24 hrs that they are investigating the issue, but problem still not resolved (TXID is still not found in the explorer)
