Yup, buy, mine, and hoard is what I'm doing.
4522  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to rally to $50+ on: June 10, 2011, 07:06:13 PM
Coins dropped by abut $6 the past day and a half, that doesn't have you worried at all? I'm still holding on to my bitcoins in hopes of another rally. I'm just scared I didn't wait too long...

The thing is there is a 'lower limit' or 'real' value for Bitcoin. I believe thats about where its sitting now ($24). So no, I wouldnt be worried. It will rally again and next time it will go even higher. You just need to be patient.
4523  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Get paid for signing up with TradeHill (the new Mt. Gox competitor) on: June 10, 2011, 07:02:18 PM
Not using as there's no option to transfer funds to and from an Australian bank account.

4525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When buying in a store, ask if you can pay in bitcoins! I do it, it helps! on: June 10, 2011, 06:55:17 PM
How do you buy things in a store using Digital currency? Online yea, in a store..hmm..its not like you can just whip out your mobile phone and do a transfer.
4526  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Down almost 33%: Don't Sell | Buy Now if You Can!!! on: June 10, 2011, 06:53:02 PM

Great time to buy now.

The next few days should be pretty exciting.  Shocked

+1

I jumped in when the price was in the mid twenties. I think this is the sweet spot to buy.
4527  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to rally to $50+ on: June 10, 2011, 06:39:39 PM
how long until the next difficulty jump?

I'm not sold on $50, but I think a rally to 40 and stabilization around 35 would be fair.

3 or 4 days I believe.

This thread is on the money (or bitcoin lol) http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=7985.0

Theres some BIG money going to pour into Bitcoin speculation shortly and when it does the price is going to explode.
4528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mt.Gox changed the bank transfer message! on: June 10, 2011, 06:38:09 PM
I believe this was done to remove the number prefix and to shorten the reference as some banks only allow 11 or so characters as a reference number/description when transferring funds.

To the ones that keep saving their bitcoins when price goes up: you should think that after the price goes up, it usually corrects down.

Tell that to those people here who bought bitcoins when they were worth 10c and sold them when they were worth $1. I doubt they would agree with you now.
4533  Economy / Economics / Re: Poll: Confidence / Loyalty to bitcoins on: June 10, 2011, 10:32:12 AM
I voted NEVER. Bitcoins are everything, money (as we know it) is nothing.
