3861  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: New Pool: Triplemining.com || 0.5 BTC jackpot every day special || on: July 04, 2011, 05:13:45 PM

I wonder what would be the benefit for a non-operator of a minipool?!

What would I get in addition to normal expectancy for example if I move my 600 MH/s to your minipool?

Everyone who joins essentially is a pool owner. Whether you recruit to your pool or not is up to you but IMO it doesnt make sense to mine alone when you can earn a second income from people in your pool.

If you were to join but be a non-operator you still qualify for the jackpot and future events and give-aways that are planned.

Hey I'm wondering what charts do you guys use for trading? Is Sierra charts the most popular? Is there any software-based program you would recommend?

cheers

3868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Day!! on: July 04, 2011, 12:57:30 PM
The obvious day to choose is January 3, the date (in 2009) when the Bitcoin block chain was established and the genesis block was created.

Hell ya, this way we can just continue the drinking session right through from New Years  Grin

1 x 6990 will give you a higher hash rate..marginally..

Oh and dont CF them
Thanks for the reply. I know that page, I look at it constantly when deciding what to buy.

I know that one 6990 would be best, but I can't find any store in my country that sells it, they are all out of stock. And I wouldn't like to buy it from amazon and wait for it 1 or 2 months. In a few days I would like to start mining.

And why shouldn't I CF them?

Personally I'd just go with the 2 x 6970's rather than wait.

And with regards CF, most people report lower hash rates and I experienced the same when I CF'd my 2 x 6950's

3876  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are you just getting started mining and want to accelerate your earnings? on: July 04, 2011, 04:44:30 AM
I signed up to the site, and started mining, but I don't quite understand how doing so is going to accelerate my earnings.

You get an additional 'stream' of income from those in your pool

The site is taking forever to load today Sad

Edit: problems seem to be mainly in my Android phone. Site sometimes wont load at all. If it does eventually the numbers to the right of the graph are only half visible.

Oh you're just saying that because you're a triplemining minipool owner as well. Tongue
