4521  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How do I create and design simple website? on: April 12, 2021, 05:11:49 PM
You can take a look at WordPress starter templates. There are only a few templates that I actually use, but there are a lot of options.
It is the bare minimum, but it is a start. Pick one that looks best for you and see how the pages look, then try to adjust the style and page layout. This helps you get the hang of WordPress as you prepare for a live website. If you're not sure how to make everything look great, use existing templates, and they can be used for any website as well.

Quote
What is a WordPress Starter Theme
A WordPress starter theme is a blank theme with minimum design, and a basic or absolutely no layout. These themes usually come with the most commonly used templates in a WordPress theme.

They have code to display posts, archive pages, single posts, comments, but with minimum or no styling at all. This allows theme developers to quickly start adding their own styles and build a totally new theme.

Here's a collection of the best free starter themes for developers.

OP, I'm assuming your order has already been filled by now, so I suggest you lock this topic. This occurs when the coin you are trading does not have sufficient volume. You can't sell more coins than someone else wants to buy.

Ledger company and their partners Shopify are going to be busy in court for some time because class action lawsuit is filled against them by law firm Roche Freedman on April 6 in San Francisco.
<cut>

As stated by The Block in its post:

The degree to which Ledger and Shopify communicated with customers about the ongoing breach and their respective responsibility for phishing victims that resulted are likely to be critical points of the case.

That's exactly what I'm thinking.

Grin

Nuclear power plants produce no greenhouse gas emissions during operation, and over the course of its life-cycle, nuclear produces about the same amount of carbon dioxide-equivalent emissions per unit of electricity as wind, and one-third of the emissions per unit of electricity when compared with solar.

I am not looking to build a casino, I know that costs a lot of money. I want a simple website like freebitco.in in the start or like faucet crypto but with a dice game incorporated.

FreeBitco.in is a bitcoin casino. And, with all of its features, I wouldn't call it a simple website. Wink

As you said, you want to enable users to withdraw in other currencies as well. I would warn you, though, that this may add an extra level of complexity since you will need to incorporate various blockchains and APIs if you want to automate everything.
4528  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Looking to Buy -----> bitcointalk <----- account JR paying 10 USD ... on: April 09, 2021, 11:12:54 AM
I understand that some people want to skip the natural ranking process, but that really doesn't make sense when it comes to Jr. Member - it's just a bit of activity and 1 merit to get to that rank. Besides as far as I can see Jr. Member accounts still sell at a slightly higher price (around $40), so I doubt the OP will be able to buy it for just $10.

I can understand that some do, but I can't understand the reasons.
In my view, there is no valid reason why anyone would want to skip the natural ranking process at the forum. Unless they want to misrepresent themselves in order to deceive the community and possibly engage in scam or cheating.

Jr. Member rank isn't all that difficult to achieve, so I'm not sure what motivates people to take the risk of buying user accounts when the community discourages such actions.

4531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not a Financial Advise~~ on: April 09, 2021, 09:01:40 AM
I'll be there dumping my bags on all of you when the whales from the stock markets start to go into crypto.

You don't make sense. You're obviously not a hodler, which bags would you be dumping? Maybe bags of cash? LOL!

In case you haven't noticed, cryptocurrencies have already gone mainstream. This is a trend that will last years or decades and one of the most exciting assets of our lifetime. When markets are in a bull market, we often don't know how long it will last. So far, crypto is a pretty volatile asset. But it's a great hedge and represents a certain new reality for investors and the financial world.
It will be interesting to see how cryptocurrency markets develop in 2021. It should be a lively year for cryptocurrency.
4532  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by Adkinsbet on: April 07, 2021, 10:27:04 AM
I'm sorry about your situation. As far as I can see, there are already several complaints at AdkinsBet casino on this forum.
I'm not sure about the official representative and whether he even exists here, I only know that they have an army of their shillers (probably fake/purchased alt accounts) who are the only ones free to write in their ANN topic. Everything else, even legitimate questions of users, is being deleted.

Any casino or service that engages in this type of behavior in a public forum should be avoided in general, but sadly, it is now too late in your case. I sincerely hope that your issue is resolved successfully, but based on previous cases, I wouldn't put too much faith in it.

Update:
Done importing my blockchain wallet on electrum, the problem is, it is not showing the address I used for my service.
I have 2 address, personal wallet and the other address is for the service I provide. The addresses my electrum wallet shows is my personal wallet address. Is there any other way on how to import my service address too?
https://i.imgur.com/3AORWDM.png

According to your screenshot, it looks like you have multiple wallets (each wallet can generate multiple addresses) on blockchain.com.
If you want to import multiple wallets from the same seed phrase, you will need to manually set the derivation path in Electrum.
Look at the picture below:

Your first wallet (named Bitcoin Wallet) will have a derivation path as m/44'/0'/0'
The second wallet will have derivation path as m/44'/0'/1' etc.

Simply enter the derivation path manually in the Electrum Import Wizard, and your other wallets (addresses) will be available.

It's a blockchain wallet address. Is it possible to sign it?

It says here that I have an unlimited bitcoin address...
https://i.imgur.com/XTcrRJA.png

Unfortunately, you won't be able to sign a message from Blockchain.com's wallet unless that address is one of the Imported Addresses (the old way of generating addresses on a blockchain wallet). You can find out whether the address is part of a regular wallet or imported addresses under 'Settings / Wallets & Addresses'.

If the address is part of a regular wallet, you may need to import your Recovery Seed Phrase into another wallet, such as Electrum, in order to sign a message. You can follow the instructions provided by tranthidung.

The above bitcoin mining firm is a scam.
Fidelitytradings.com Review: Confirmed Scam!
You should report this to their domain registrar Namecheap.com. I've seen them take scammers offline after being reported.

Every site that promises "Daily Growth: 200%" is a scam!

Yes, Fidelitytradings(.)com is clearly a scam.
According to their website, they are registered in the UK as a Private Limited Company, but there is no company with that name on the UK Registry of Companies.
Furthermore, if we check for Company number: 11731430, we will find information about a completely different organization, suggesting that their certificate of incorporation is a complete forgery.

What do you think ? Have you also noticed an increase in the malicious activities in the online Gambling section right now? Do you like the idea of AI tracking your every move?

I can't say I've noticed a spike in malicious activities in the online gambling sector, but I'm looking from the viewpoint of a player, so I'm not sure what a game operator thinks about it.
And, in terms of AI monitoring my every move, I believe it is already happening on a much broader scale, and it is not limited to the gambling industry. What interests me the most is how the data is handled. We don't know what the data collected is used for or how secure it is from hackers.
