As seen in the first picture, I opened a bittorent buy order from 16 satoshi at 6:12 am.

Later, at around 07:00, it was my turn to open the order board and I made the first purchase, I ordered a shot.

Then, after the price had risen a little, it started to fall again. During this period, I never changed my emirate position.

Although it was my turn in the order book, the sales made in the following hours were not made to me.

I'm not sure if it's correct to say "Spam alert", but I guess you want to alarm that someone trade from your account.
Did you check the activity log there? You can see if there any unknown login on your account and from which IP address it was accessed. You can find it here: https://cex.io/audit/logs when you log into your account page.
Also is your fund still untouched, and nothing was withdrawn?

Even if everything is possible, CEX.io is not a small exchange, I find it hard to believe that they do business this way.

Still I am confused what actually happened there. As I can understand after seeing those screenshots that you brought BTT then it was automatically sold without your permission. And a little portion also withdrawn ? am I right?

By doing a little search I can see people have complained many times in this forum about the cex exchange scam activities. And it's really bad behavior if this happen by the cex own self. But before talking about that exchange better to see your login history as previously said.

sorry for an off-topic question but what does spam mean when comes to an exchange site? I never really tackled trading so I really don't know much about it. I search around google but didn't really get the answer I was looking for. TIA.

Maybe you should rephrase your whole scam accusation to help members understand what exactly you are trying to say here. According to what I picked. You are accusing them of not filling your order and yet the order history shows BTT being traded at that given price.

Let me break this to you. Expect this kind of things to happen with coin that have low sat values. So at 0.00000016 BTC. There are probably so many other orders placed by different other traders. Therefore, don't expect your order to be filled immediately even if the trade history is showing trades being made at that price.

Did you try to contact them through his support page? Here on the forum (I saw they are last active yesterday), on Twitter? Any comment from his side?
Did you check your login history? Any suspicious access to your account?

I am very interested in this case. I have been using this exchange for a long time and almost every day. Also, I hold a solid amount of funds there, so I would really find it useful to get all the details from this case to protect my portfolio on time.

did you really do research, checking all complaints and how it's finished, or just find some treads with accusations?

OP, I'm assuming your order has already been filled by now, so I suggest you lock this topic. This occurs when the coin you are trading does not have sufficient volume. You can't sell more coins than someone else wants to buy.

Let us kindly clarify that the orders are filled in the queue order. The system fills the orderbook with orders from top to bottom depending on the price and if the price is the same - depending on the timestamp of placing an order. Consequently, the system matches buy orders with sell orders top-down.
