Now many understand their mistakes and regret their distrust of bitcoin when they first met it.
yeah because not everyone are convince right away and its a risk to hold if you don't trust its future.
The fact that we don't see the future, its normal that there are only few people who gain success investing early in crypto.

Yes, we could support it and make it widely popular much earlier if we were not afraid to take risks. But no matter what, we remain here and have experience behind us that will help us not to be afraid to take risks in the future and, most importantly, not to panic.

its already popular despite being not so regulated, but eventually as big companies started to adopt, this means the government has no choice but to regulate crypto, and with that, people will be more confident to invest again especially in bitcoin.
4522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this still possible today? on: November 26, 2019, 06:30:44 AM
everything is possible, just how we wait for the development of coins from the developers. I think now this might happen if coin developers start thinking about long-term coins. and can promote it well. because now there are many fraudsters who after getting their profits do not provide significant development for coins and coins cannot have maximum prices.
Developers who are not really concern about the project are just aiming for quick profits and runaway with those collected funds. There's always
a room for improvement if the team behind is looking for future success, if the team will continue progressing even with limited funds but if the
desire is to success it's still possible to happen.
They have the funds to develop the project so that means they are in control, if they will leave they can do that because the market is not that regulated that is why the risk is really high, however, there are also good project so what investors should put in mind that when they invest in crypto, they are just gambling so they will not expect too much, high risk could give you high reward but if you loss just accept and move on.
4523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banking system and BTC on: November 26, 2019, 06:15:39 AM
Hello traders. What's your opinion could BTC kill banking system? Bitcoin has an advantage over fiatbecause its amount is limited and it can't fall under inflation.Inflation usually is caused by monetary policies of our central banks. Bitcoin is free from inflation, governement control and  high transaction fees.Banks can’t control BTC because it has no representative and is fully decentralized. That's why banks are afraid of BTC.

On a real note, I don't really think Bitcoin will be able to kill the banking system. This is because, 80% of the financial ecosystem is ran by the banking systems all over the world and these systems have been around for ages and transformed from time to time. Personally, I will love that the bitcoin blockchain system is combined with the banking system to introduce diversity into the financial ecosystem. With this kinda combination, people can easily use and make transactions where ever they find themselves. This will help improve the economy of the entire world.

Exactly, bitcoin is not stable like money so it should not replace our current system.

The government may upgrade but they can't eliminate the paper money as there are still a lot of people in the world who have no access to infrastructure and we all know that crypto means online transaction and it requires knowledge to everyone who wants to use the blokchain in their transaction.

bitcoin will remain as an alternative but fiat will be the main money.
4524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Deontay Wilder Vs. Luis Ortiz II on: November 25, 2019, 12:27:37 PM
Ortiz is blaming the referee for the quick 10 count. But I doubt that he will last that long against Wilder and could get hurt in the succeeding rounds.
Is this a joke mate? You saw the "shock wave" right? All the sweats got removed from Ortiz head.
Pretty much like https://youtu.be/X0HYSgNYNpI?t=214

No chance Ortiz would recover from that kind of blow. I'm not a Wilder fan, but I admit that he can punch really hard though.

Honestly I also noticed that quick count, and who knows if Ortiz can recover after that, it could be like Manny's knocking down Thurman but he got up and survive the fight and loss only in a split decision. These are big fighters, refs should not count fast as it will be hard to get up with that big body of ortiz Grin
4525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Tete vs Casimero on Nov 30 on: November 25, 2019, 12:00:37 PM
Just 6 days from now, however, I still don't see an available betting line for this fight.
I search again in sportsbet but it does not show any for this event, and even in https://nitrogensports.eu/sport/boxing/boxing-matches.

I would be very happy to bet right away if anyone can share which betting site this fight available.

You can bet on this match on the following websites (at your own risk).

https://www.betfair.com/exchange/plus/boxing/market/1.165380422
https://www.sportsbet.com.au/betting/boxing/boxing-matches/zolani-tete-v-john-riel-casimero-4975751

Tete is more favorite of the two.

Are those two crypto based betting site?

Yes, it looks like sportsbet.io are not going to offer any ML here. Maybe they have overlook it or just it didn't have a good response. But for me this is a good fight specially if Casimero can upset Tete here as he is far more experienced and used to fight on a hostile environment.

Not sure with sportsbet.com but I read an article that betfair do accept BTC.

Kind read this link - https://bitcoin-conference.eu/betfair-bitcoin/.... but these two sites are not really popular here ,so its hard to find someone who can share their experience. Hopefully if there's one, he will see this discussion.
4526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No good projects from a long time on: November 25, 2019, 11:36:50 AM
There had come many ICOs in 2017 and a good number of STOs in 2018 and many IEOs in 2019 but hardly a few have made it to 'relatively better than others' list.
I wonder why haven't there come potential coins like ether. The only project that looked promising to me this year was bittorrent which was lauched on binance launchpad.
But even that is not going so well these days.

Is the world out of ideas or solutions?
BitTorrent project idea was good but people don't interested anymore in this project. Although every situation is for bad market conditions. Unique ideas already grabbed different projects, so until next problem find new idea or project could be rare as like "SwapZilla"
They will be interested again when the market will turn into bullish as good projects are appreciated more in good market condition.
let's just be patient, even good market also struggle as the market struggle, don't react so much and judge when the market is bad, instead wait and hold as that is the strategy that is working and needed at the moment.
4527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 25, 2019, 11:21:54 AM
Yeah! Harden? C'mon. Did he really said that? I don't believe you.

I think so..here's the video.

James Harden, Russell Westbrook point to Rockets’ defense in loss vs. Mavericks | NBA Sound

Quote
James Harden says the Rockets allowed the Mavericks to gain confidence throughout their game on Sunday and that Houston needs to avoid being sluggish on the defensive side. Russell Westbrook points to the team’s communication needing to be better to shore up the defense that allowed 137 points, including 41 to Luka Doncic.

Why the hell is Boston -7.5 against the Sacramento Kings while Kemba is injured?
Is he going to play this game?
Shouldn't be the handicap goes to them since they lose their offensive player.
I will go Sacramento for this. Against the Nuggets last time they are having a hard time to make a better offense because of lack of Kemba.  Grin

I think if he ever played, he will have a limited minutes and he will not perform at his best.
if you think Boston are overvalued here, maybe its time to bet on the kings moneyline.

Here's the update about walker.

https://www.rotoworld.com/basketball/nba/player/29689/kemba-walker
Quote
Walker did go through "a number of progressions" on the bike and in the weight room, and Stevens added that Walker probably could play through the pain, but they're going to be cautious given how scary the injury was
4528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: November 22, 2019, 03:33:47 PM
Listen to my advice, as a longtime gambler:

Washington vs Hornets -  winner 1, odd 1,4
OCT vs LAL - winner 1, odd 2,6
Denver vs  Boston - winner 1, odd 1,55
Chicago - Miami - winner 2, odd 1,54

total odd:8,5

I gave $ 300 to this ticket
If you don't play, pray for me  Grin

I wish you good luck mate although I don't agree with all of your picks.
let me put my opinion on your parlay.

washington vs hornets, both are unreliable team, so I will skip.
OCT,, you mean OKC vs LAL? Tongue... I will still go with LA as Lebron and company are back in the winning streak.
Denver vs Boston - agree
Chicago vs Miami - agree
4529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: November 22, 2019, 03:14:17 PM
I saw a lot of politicians here in my country with worst than gambling, but they still won the election no matter what. So it really depends on the candidate itself, it people see that you can bring something new in the table, then people are going to elect you, no matter what your past is, even a frequent gambler.
Politics is a big gamble and they are risking small and making a lot of money and this is what politicians usually does, the amount of money they spent to lure the voters will pale in comparison to the amount of money they will loot when they come into power and hence i consider it is a gamble as they are gambling on the aspect that they will be winning.

Those who cares about their reputation are those who spent a lot of money during the election, and that people when they won in the election will do nothing but to steal money. its the voter's decision on how they want their future to be, if they will vote for money, so they will pay more.
unfortunately, in small countries where politics is a big business, there's a lot of corruption going on.

Quote
I am not a big time gambler and hence there is nothing wrong in having a bit of fun now and then.
This would be okay if people are really educated, but if most voters are not, they will certainly judge you on this but its alright, if you run for politics, you don't need everyone's vote, you just need the majority's votes.
4530  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason for current bloodbath on: November 22, 2019, 02:52:10 PM
Yesterday the police closed down Binance office in Shanghai. According to Cointelegraph this was the reason bitcoin price went down. I'm not 100% sure about it, but this news definitely influenced the market.
According to the news posted by Bloomberg, Binance denied the rumors that an office in China was raided by Police Officers. Binance claims that they don't have any fixed office in Shanghai and China this was the press release by the spokesperson based in Malta. So this more of a FUD. Good time to buy and get more Bitcoins. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-11-21/crypto-exchange-binance-says-no-shanghai-office-amid-raid-rumors

That's a great news, hopefully this would help the investors to be confident again.

It's really dropping so fast now, in 24 hours, btc dump to 10% already and we just touched $6k again.
Binance low at the moment is $6790 - https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT
4531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 22, 2019, 02:27:44 PM
  • His 40 pt triple double against the Spurs I think is the 2nd time that a 20 yr old has made and the first who did it? His Idol LBJ
  • He and KAT are the only players in the past 15 seasons with 20 pts, 5 reb and 5 assist in a single quarter. Source
  • He is the first player to outscore, outrebound and out-assist a team in a quarter since Allen Iverson on Feb. 19, 2003 against the Bulls. Source
I just read that he is also the fifth player in the NBA history to average a 30 point triple double in a span of ten games. The other four were Michael Jordan, Lebron James, Russel Westbrook, and Oscar Robertson. What an accomplishment already in his very young career. Let's hope his team can back him up to win a chip in the next five years.
The management should take a look of this and give him much deeper squad, they are also a champion caliber team with Dirk leading them. Now that it's Luka's term he also needs to have good teammates to establish and achieved this kind of goals. He's still young and if he continues to have a healthy career he can be the next sensation. Though there's also a lots of respected players but his stats can speak for him.
Mavericks have been winning already, I think that would say a lot that they are a good team.

Its not all about Luka only, if you look at his stats, he had a good number of assists per game, and that is because he is making his teammates better.
For me, I would like to see this team for now, and who knows if they will surprise the heavy favorites to win the champion this playoffs, if they will reach at that level.
4532  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason for current bloodbath on: November 22, 2019, 09:53:50 AM
We have seen a overall bloodbath of all the crypto currencies and bitcoin being no expectation, but most of the users had predicted a dump before pump which could possibly happen post halving but isn't it too early that we are witnessing this dump? What do you think has created this dump?

Yesterday the police closed down Binance office in Shanghai. According to Cointelegraph this was the reason bitcoin price went down. I'm not 100% sure about it, but this news definitely influenced the market.

I don't see it a big news that should affect a blood bath, Binance has different offices AFAIK and even that office was close, they are still in operation.
They are operating in Malta, I think its where there biggest office are installed since its crypto friendly, soon, we will be back up again, this is just temporary.
4533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: November 22, 2019, 09:35:32 AM
It's good to take ML for Clippers 1.52 odd already a good one to take. Good luck to all of you that who will take the handicap, bookmakers seems to see the close game between this two teams.

That's pretty safe as most likely the Clippers will win this game and for sure Paul George will contribute as he average 28.3 points so far in 4 games.
You can check his stats here https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/g/georgpa01.html... I am using that from time to time to analyze players stats.

The -4.5 seems to high to cover, but if you take ML, you will only get 52%, I think I like at least 90% return of my bet.
4534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins prices are bleeding heavily on: November 21, 2019, 11:53:42 PM
This always happen when bitcoin price drop, and we still not have mass adoption to not have so huge volatility when a coin price drop, but maybe over 5 years we will have more people on crypto.
Before there was no mass adoption but altcoins are not pumping, I think that is the main reason, the main reason is the market struggle due to a long bear market and the only way to stop this bleeding is when BTC will start to pump again because as usual it will create some FOMO and when FOMO happens, you now what's next, right?
4535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any clue why whales are pumping shit coins at DEX? on: November 21, 2019, 11:34:41 PM
There's a pump group in telegram so maybe try to join and see if their call is really effective.
As for me, I never experience being benefited in the pump group but I am just surprise I am already part of the group.

It's really hard to find a consistent pump and dump group as most of them are scams, what I recommend are just those I notice but its up to you to conduct further study and analysis on the group.

However x100 pumps, I am not sure you'll achieve that in this situation.
4536  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with Fiat or Crypto? on: November 21, 2019, 11:14:19 PM
But IMO, they only think about how to collect as much cryptocurrency as possible through betting.

I think it's only a few of them will have the opportunity to earn as much cryptocurrency from betting. We know that gambling with fiat or crypto will not give much money unless we have the luck that will provide a way to win. No matter what, they will lose from little amount into a big amount without they can realize. I think more people will choose to gamble with crypto because they can hide their identity from the site, and they have a random coin to be used for bet.

its easy to say to collect crypto but in reality, we are the one helping the casinos to collect crypto from us, its their business and they are profitable in this kind of business so we can't win against them. Maybe there are few who have the skills but they are literally few, one thing I know is that there is an increase of users in the crypto gambling and that's a good news for the crypto market as a whole.

Hi, friends!

What’s On?🤔 In this blog we will give you an overview of the trends of mobile banking in the nearest future. Enjoy!

http://bit.do/fhZzY

why don't you think of SUR's volume and price in exchange ?, this makes it hard for investors and traders like me to trust you!
please if you still need a community make sure you handle it, it is terrible to see the price and volume of SUR on HITBTC!

I would understand the price because we have gone through a long bear market, but its trading volume is very low, its not even 1 usd per listed in https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/suretly/markets/... I know there's still a little volume in hitbtc but to be listed by less than 1 usd in CMC, this means there is no liquidity in this project, so what if the price will rise if the volume will remain low?
4538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 21, 2019, 10:38:10 AM
It is really weird to see Golden State Warriors being trashed like this, after years of dominance. At least they will have solid chances to get nr1 pick in the next draft. With a bit of luck  and healthy team,   they might be contenders again next year.

With that being said, does anyone follow next year draft prospects, it it expected to be good year?

They weakened since their top scorers are out because of injury. It seems embarrassing for the warriors to be this weak even with Draymond Green as their focal point in the offense and defense. I think they should give up this early and scout for top prospect for the up coming drafting.

There is no reason that the team will be embarrass on their struggle now because the fans will understand, curry, and Thompson are injured, what can we expect on the current warriors line up. Literally, the starters are actually injured.

Russell was injured https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/dangelo-russell-injury-update-warriors-guard-out-at-least-two-weeks-with-sprained-right-thumb/

May I participate in this campaign?

I've got negative trust because I made post in topic where talk about account selling,
but I'm not account seller.

Any time you can join because the system is automated, just follow the instruction in the OP,  but I am not sure if you would last with your negative trust, let the manager decide on that. Good luck.
4540  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Errol Spence Jr. Vs Manny Pacquiao on: November 20, 2019, 11:55:34 PM
i guess pacquiao's charm still works in the boxing arena. people are still excited to talk about his next fight.
He is a legend, what do you expect, plus he beat a younger and undefeated champion in his last fight.

wondering what would be the reason for him to finally say goodbye in this sport? but ok let him fight as long as he wants and let people make money out of him...
Maybe if he will suffer a convincing loss, he will surely retire and leave the sports for the new champion but people will certainly miss him because in his time as a boxer, he is a real boxer that really think on the entertainment of the people as his priority.
