4521  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share your stategy how to grow bitcoin on: May 21, 2020, 03:39:15 PM
I have found these things to help;
  *investment
  *Trading
  *Lending
But then, the risk is higher than joining signature campaigns, managing skills, and free-lancing. But if we can handle those things, we can expect bigger gains and returns rather than the amount we accumulate form campaigns and some other skilled-jobs.

But it is then we need to be Patient...
Patient to,
   * LEARN ( gives sometimes to research and study the behavior of the market)
*HOLD( tried not to lose hopes during crisis/bearish season) and don't get into,

And knows how to control our emotions. This is a big factor that could affect our decision making and it leads us away from what we plan at the very beginning. If we can make these things, no doubts that we can surely achieve our goal. Yet, it takes time but something worthy of it.
4522  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware of fake okex.com exchange on: May 21, 2020, 02:38:44 PM
Maybe it is better if you transfer this to Scam accusation section
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2409302

It is done already not with the OP but with the other person.

I have already reported this here, [SCAM]: Fake OKeX trading website.
okex.com exchange is one of the numbers of exchanges whos been clone by scammers. A lot of reputable exchanges been having this kind of trick and for sure a lot of people had lost their credentials. A tricky thing is that once we mistakenly input the wrong letter, it will directly send us to fake/pishing sites. This is to know that, anything illegal could possibly happen on the internet by now and it helps for the scammer still alive.

It is a good idea to bookmark the legit one to avoid getting pished. And we have to check first the site before login, this is to be sure that we are in the right place.

4523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Up by 16% Post Halving on: May 20, 2020, 11:50:20 PM
It is good to see that amid the crisis Bitcoin resistance is still rallying strong. From almost $10k a week before halving, then it drops at $8,700 during halving, and bounce back to $9,500 at this time. Felt that was a normal scheme at this time.

10%, 20% increase isn't impressive but if we could see it at 50%, people will absolutely think about Bullrun and that is what they wanted to see.
To see the impact of the pandemic in crypto, I have to say that Covid-19 is a big factor that helps the economic growth of Bitcoin during halving.
4524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel this pressure on physical gambling? on: May 19, 2020, 11:07:52 PM
In physical gambling (whether it's a big casino or just small gambling), do pressure on your opponents or playmates actually happen? Like for example, you only set a limited capital but since your friends still want to play, you will end up using all of your money. Or let's say in a casino, you have used all of your allotted money on gambling but since your opponent is winning and he wants to play more, do you exceed on your limit? Just because you don't want to look like you are afraid, that you don't have enough money already, and that you are losing?

I'm sticking into my limitation and Seem to sorry that I regret his proposal. And even I've loss already but I don't want to chase my losses to get back instead of accepting that you are not lucky this time. I don't think it is a pressure alike but that only he'll taking the advantage since he knows he is lucky this time and doesn't want to break the momentum. But as we are who knows to manage ourselves, we can simply decline such temptation otherwise, we will go home with nothing left in our pocket.
4525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sugarexchange, failed or scam? on: May 19, 2020, 10:46:43 PM
This is how it looks like
https://isthiscoinascam.com/check/sugar-exchange

Some details are incomplete and having an unknown team identity hiding back which probably means that it leads us to nowhere.
Even though it is not already been proven as a scam project but looking at its structure, I feel different from this.

But anyway, it is our own discretion if we give trust or not but I suggest not to try it. The risk is high, better to use the reputable exchanges for our safety.
4526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safest trading strategy on: May 19, 2020, 10:12:06 PM
The volatility of Bitcoin means a lot in trading in terms of profit and loss. But it is wondering why most traders are preferred for Bitcoin than of fiat. It is probably because the chances to gain are high when the market is bullish, unlike that fiat will have no chance at all. But thinking about the risk of losing, you can find it safe with fiat. But I know it wasn't important now and it is also on a case to case basis in a way that even using crypto assets in trading is at high risk but if we are able to manage it well, it still asserts you to gain.
4527  Economy / Economics / Re: Did COVID-19 Bring Any Positive Sign? on: May 19, 2020, 09:43:55 PM
Just an additional to OP's list,

*Being READY- preparedness is very important and quite to see that not all of us are in that thing. Definitely, having this COVID-19 and this pandemic surprises all when the government imposing lockdown we're a lot of people losses their job and have no money to buy food and other needs. Almost everyone sorting this as a learning tool that we also have to save money just for in case the thing like this will happen again.
4528  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need advice on becoming a successful trader on: May 19, 2020, 09:20:57 PM
If we have that kind of courage and eagerness to become pro and successful trader we need to be patient as well. Because becoming a trader is not an easy job that we can learn instantly and becoming pro in a day, a week, or even a month but instead, it usually takes a year and it also needs continuous learning. And if we don't have this kind of attitude, ain't no wonder why we fail.
4529  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price might drop now?! on: May 19, 2020, 08:46:45 PM
I was expecting that dumps to follow as Bitcoin price moves high in the past days. We can't ignore this thing but consider this as a normal event that comes in crypto. We are just in a few days after halving and quite good to see the market slowly getting high but it didn't give me the confidence to think about Bullrun at this early.
4530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING: Skill-based vs. Chance-based on: May 19, 2020, 03:26:21 PM
Pick the luck based casino games when you are begin with, it maybe harder to make money from these games but this will make you aware that it is not easier to win money from gambling so they will always try to save themselves from getting addicted to it.
I don't know how to save themself if they always make it.
If you only base about luck or having luck, then you'll go into Luck-based game. But you are trying to apply your skills and knowledge in a particular game, then skilled-based game suited for you.

Even if you have a lot of money and willing to lose either, but something we feel imbalance if we just keep losing. Might not ask ourselves why not to have this one knowing that there is a big chance to win on there? We need to be smart also in some other ways.
4531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whales are busy accumulating Ethereum, but Analysts claim it’ll fall. on: May 19, 2020, 03:01:41 PM
Don't fall to their claims, they are whales, and they want to play some trick again. They are trying to save their money but not us.
If ever we follow them, should we get assurance from the market? of course not and with the fact that they don't know as well. They are also having their own speculation and because they have that power to change the trend by enforcing us to buy more.
It was a good idea to observe the market movement first before getting in.
4532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I sold 32 Eth for BTC...now I’m wanting those Eth back. Wait? on: May 19, 2020, 02:36:57 PM

Should I get my 32Eth back? Wait? Or leave it in BTC and start buying Back my 32 Eth with fiat?
I'd rather leave it for BTC and start to buy back ETH with fiat.
Yes, we can't hold that FOMOing to start sooner as the market prices continue to move but of we can anticipate it in timing, we can assure of big returns rather than of losses. But seems too difficult and either to be a big challenge knowing that we never know what will happen next. Maybe it was just a bit of luck for us if it never drops after we bought it. And if we can manage to hold it until next year, well, not for sure it will be doubled or even more but the possibility will be close to that.
4533  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why the whales want to trade as anonymous on: May 18, 2020, 10:08:12 PM
Why the whales want to trade as anonymous?

It is because for their safety also, in fact, we all are anonymously doing the same.

Why many people afraid of doing KYC? Because they want to live here anonymously and that is also why they choose to trade in crypto rather than in any other trading form. But unfortunately, this anonymity will be over soon knowing that many exchanges are already requiring to pass KYC for all users, quite that it ends the hides.
4534  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Small assets, trade or invest? Good decision? on: May 18, 2020, 09:46:36 PM
You can do trading and investing simultaneously, in fact that is what I'm doing right now with my asset in binance and local wallet. Both have weighted risk depends on what type of trading or investing you are doing since we have plenty of those, in trading you can do swing trades, day trade, marginal trading etc. while with investing you can do short or long term investment, also the risks depends on the asset like bitcoin that has too much risk or gold that has less otherwise. But for me, if you are active engager to the market maybe you'll benefit most with trading.
Yeah, you can do both if you have the capability of doing it. Maybe you could consider yourself for it but actually, not everyone could make it. But if you only have small assets, it rather chooses one and that is the most preferable and convenient for you. And for me, I'd rather have to invest only. Trading is very risky and its vulnerability to losing is quite high especially when we are not having a good skill in this particular. But if they have that guts and trust themselves, then that's their choice.
4535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid being cheated by altcoin developer on: May 18, 2020, 03:07:35 PM
If I hire a developer to create a fork of Bitcoin with a small premine. How do I make sure I get my premine and that the developer hasn't ripped me off. Is there a way to know for sure that I have received my premine? What would be the steps when launching the network to verify the developer hasn't done anything 'tricky'? Thanks!
That was a trust issue and it really hard when you are dealing with someone who has their own interest and that was to scam you. In this kind of market, you can't just simply give your trust to anyone especially when you are talking about money or investment. Because not sure if that person will give you back. If you can make it, then better to do job rather than relying to others. That's the only way to avoid being cheated and lost.
4536  Economy / Speculation / Re: Some Interesting pump in BTC on: May 18, 2020, 02:43:08 PM
After the halving the price of BTC has increased now from the past few hours is this a bull effect??? I think big business fortunes are buying more BTC now because the entire global market has been crashed right now so they filling the bags by buying BTC and making it demand..

This crypto market is always been a twist, to be it seems like the price might reach $12k in couple of weeks. Guys share your thoughts.
$ 15,000 can be achieved I'm sure, maybe at the end of the year the price of Bitcoin will try to go up,
for now I don't focus on Bitcoin, because Fomo is gone after halving, it's better to Altcoin
But that was worse if we'll go into altcoins since we know that these coins are just depending on Bitcoin. If that FOMO will start, I have no doubt that altcoins will dump also. I suggest to you, better to keep Bitcoin and if you are afraid of buying today because of that possible market correction, have to save it.
It for sure that the market won't rally that quickly. Bullrun ain't that possible but for that short period of time, never gonna make it.
4537  Economy / Speculation / Re: All Time High:: 2020 or 2021 ? on: May 17, 2020, 11:47:02 PM
Halving is over but now everyone is waiting to see bitcoin go to All time high again. Many people say that it may touch a lot earlier to its ATH and we may not need to wait for December 2021.
So do you think that bitcoin will touch ATH in 2020 ?
I was thinking of another ATH next year 2021. But as the other members say, "we don't have that assurance", we are still predicting and that means it can be changed. No one could tell but we are just hoping to see it back then.

4538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency crime in Netherlands. on: May 17, 2020, 11:15:38 PM
I don't think this is a new trick for scammers but I do believe they have this creative plan a very long-time before doing this and somewhat it looks effective. TBH, I really amazed their doings but the only thing it is illegal and I have to condemn this action.
Not only it happens in the Netherlands but also it happening globally. We can't totally stop this kind of activity for they have smart ass and they will still find a way to scam people.
4539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bests bounty campaigns in the Altcoin section to join right now. on: May 17, 2020, 10:59:11 PM
I appreciate the effort having that list but only GOLD stablecoin is seemed to be legit, in fact, the campaign runs since last year and it is still active until now. But I don't think the rest of your list will show that kind of potentiality and even that IQ Cash bounty won't warrant anything.
And even we call them promising campaigns (those still running) but we can't hold the minds of others to think differently and show some doubts as they also suffering such disappointment in the past.
4540  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling issues? Read this! on: May 17, 2020, 10:37:09 PM
It was an unfortunate thing to happen this time where people get addicted to online gambling. But even though it was happening in my self, I'd rather not to run for a doctor or any from the OP's list to ask help but rather to go counseling with my friends and relatives, and particularly with the family members. Addiction is a serious problem and Hiding this problem is not a solution if we want to get out. And the most effective thing that could help is to seek advice from near you, not the doctor.
