4521  Economy / Gambling / Re: New online casino: Leo Monaco on: August 23, 2020, 11:31:23 AM
From my experience with casinos, I would stay away from this one. I took a rough look at the site and there a some factors that indicate that it is a scam site. There is no official address of the location, usually such casinos have at least a address in Malta, Gibraltar or the Bermuda Islands where they also got their license from to operate legally. Also as @dec2020mcl already wrote, they are operating under the 1668/JAZ licence what is the next indicator. So better stay away!
As you say about the location of their casino, check out the payment method and the terms that they have. They have a separated page regarding this condition and didn't included it to their terms and condition section for deposits, withdrawals and transfers. The "can take up to" 48 hours is a very long manual process and waiting time.

Your withdrawal request is subject to full verification process and can take up to 48 hours to be reviewed and processed by us. For amounts higher than specified, the company may use bank transfer or other alternative payment method.
4522  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is it when the year will be over there are always talk about the price on: August 23, 2020, 08:57:50 AM
They do it because that's what they think. Every individual is free to express their predictions about the market and that's been happening for a long time and this trend will keep going on even bitcoin reaches another all time high.

I have my own prediction and others have too. What's good about reading predictions is that you get to see different ideas and factors on how it's possible for bitcoin to reach those prices that they are explaining on their predictions, negative or positive price.
4523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Bitcoins before the upcoming banking crisis states author of Rich Dad Poor D on: August 22, 2020, 08:24:37 AM
He's been telling people to buy bitcoin even before the pandemic. He's a known bitcoin investor and he's including it with the videos that I've watched he uploaded. We will see how many will listen to his advise as we're exempted to it because we already have bitcoin.

Warren buffet will surely take some bitcoin pie after dumping his stocks over gold.
Let's leave him as is.

He doesn't like bitcoin and he had told it before so unless there's new official word from bitcoin, let's take him as a known investor that's against to bitcoin.
4524  Economy / Gambling / Re: CFIGHTS⚡️Crypto Fights⚡️Win real money on: August 22, 2020, 06:58:20 AM
How will we know that we are fighting a real person and not a bot? Since I've seen that the website will automatically choose your opponent and also what if most of the users chooses bitcoin does it mean it would take a while to find an opponent?
Good question, I happened to have this question also in my mind but I ended up only with this answer.
https://cfights.com/stats/games
Thanks for this didn't see this one before I rechecked the site and see the previous battle at the bottom. I hope soon they would have a feature wherein you can send a friend to someone and invite them to battle.
You're welcome.

I was also thinking of the same question as you did but after navigating with few pages that they have, I ended up with that link. Good idea you have about inviting a friend, they should have a friend request for each account to have personal battles or if not a friend request, just a request for inviting someone to battle.

Wait for the answer of cfights admin/mod, maybe they'll have a say with your idea.
4525  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bounce Back is coming? on: August 22, 2020, 05:04:54 AM
The market sentiment right now is expecting the bull run so I would say it's possible and with the recent trends, bitcoin is going up. I think there will be a significant change by the end of 2021.
For 2021, there will be an expected turning of events. Compare to the past years that we had since 2018, most of those years weren't that great for bitcoin. And for this year, just after the halving, we had enough reaction from bitcoin and it had increased although it wasn't expected to be that quick.

Don't get used to the pricing of $12,000. We're just there for a few days and this time, it has to go down for a bit and get to its support. Like those patterns that we've seen as bitcoin crossed to $11,000. We're only seeing a repetitive sequence as for sure there will be a bounce back.

4526  Economy / Economics / Re: What Role Will Crypto Play During ‘The Great Reset?’ on: August 22, 2020, 03:34:14 AM
I hope your dad will find greatness as he starts to study about bitcoin. Personally, if ever it comes, I'm not prepared for it but I've got to do something and all of us so that if it comes we have made ourselves prepared for it to start facing it.

And if that time comes, the role of crypto will be big mostly to those who are just sitting around, holding, and watching what will be the stand of the economy. It's a sign that we have our plans or alternative solutions to flee from that reset like I've said only if times permits.

LOL thank you... It's when the gen. pop (not prison system) starts to realize the power of it. I found crypto cards like Wirex and Elitium to be good for consumers and HNWI to really help move adoption. Gotta get my pops one of these.
Good luck with that, pretty sure that your pops gonna love those cards if you'll tell him that it contains some crypto in it. I wish my pops is also into this technology but it seems that he's not although I'm eager to share him and give him some from my holdings.

I haven't taken any of those but I've heard of Wirex. You can also gift him a hardware wallet which will make him more into it.
4527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Theta Coins not showing in Ledger (Mainnet) on: August 22, 2020, 02:30:54 AM
Thank you Sunsilk

I contacted Ledger support and they said they can not help me. However, I am going to try the forum you just mentioned.
You're welcome.

They are also the one who owns and manages that subreddit. So, if they have already contacted and answered you, you will only get the same answer.
4528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Theta Coins not showing in Ledger (Mainnet) on: August 21, 2020, 10:17:43 AM
No one can help you with that concern. Reach out to Ledger and tell this problem so that they can help you how you can retain the mainnet coins you sent for Theta. I don't know the process either but you can reach them through posting on their subreddit.

4529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 2018 has been a horrific year for the markets on: August 21, 2020, 08:12:30 AM
By far, 2018 wasn't a perfect year for us who were waiting for the profits. However, we took profits in 2017 so, that's a simple give and take for both years. And, for those who were waiting for the right time to buy - it was the best year for them.

Speaking of Huobi. I start to see them active maybe last year with their expansions and ads everywhere. I think that they are starting to reap all of those exposures that they've made before. Based on CMC, they're the 2nd rank for spot and derivatives exchange.

4531  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Berivatives.com - The most privacy-friendly Bitcoin derivatives trading platform on: August 21, 2020, 03:55:34 AM
The forum rules tell about deleting the past bump/s that the thread makers make.

21. Old bumps should be deleted.

I lurk into your website but it lacks of details regarding FAQ, contact us, and other common information that a visitor wants to check first. Aside from directing your traders to a Telegram account which is your contact support. It's also better if you'll add exactly the chat support on your trading platform.
4532  Economy / Speculation / Re: Something unexpected needs to happen? on: August 21, 2020, 02:34:59 AM
the first thing that should happen is that people stop just doing Hodl and start using bitcoin to make payments, while people are focused on things like these:

Bitcoin Will Hit $340K if BTC Price Repeats 2016 Halving Cycle Pattern

most people will be buying with the objective of making big profits and they will not be thinking about using bitcoin as a means of payment and consequence Is we will see the big increase and then big fall because the whales are in charge and many people also like to surf the wave of whales

If these happens there's a possibility of a new coming emerging as a new payment of choice because Bitcoin stopped being a payment of choice because people stopped using it and just prefer to HODL for future profit, this is not what it is intended to be use and not Nakamoto's vision.
It is the preference of most people especially the newer ones when they buy bitcoin. They look at the value of it instead of the utility of it. There is no way to stop people holding bitcoin as we see it as a reliable investment and some that I have read online said that they're all good holding it until their retirement.

Breaking the norm of holding won't happen but it doesn't mean that bitcoin as a payment will be stopped. There's still usage for bitcoin the way it is made and these two uses of bitcoin will keep going regardless of the future price it will show.
4533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: August 20, 2020, 08:40:50 AM
This is our update, we lost a little in terms of BTC but, the BTC price goes up so we get an instant profit there with regards to fiat, It's pretty stable and no whales are playing haha. So far so good in this week/update.
I feel your happiness upon reading this update. Keep up the good job, you've made good amount for this week.

Not bad either to get that profit by just waiting. Success really matter to those people who are willing to risk their money and get profit in return. However, it is risky too at the same time. It is just that some are really lucky when it comes to investment.
It's part of investing however luck is just a little portion but risk is the bigger part of it. As long as you know what you are investing and very much particular with the risk you are about to absorb, you will be good at the end of it.

This new kind of investment(gambling) is good compared to ICO project to which many are scam nowadays. So, if ever someone might interested in this then one should grab it now because later there will be more investors but lesser players and investment will not be good in that time.
I doubt it that there will be lesser players. The crypto gambling is still continuing to become popular worldwide so this is an unstoppable trend. Even before the ICO, they've existed and still today keeping up and firm. I agree with you that it's better than a ICO that's already dying.
4534  Economy / Gambling / Re: CFIGHTS⚡️Crypto Fights⚡️Win real money on: August 20, 2020, 07:34:19 AM
I've seen this kind of concept before but it ended up closing and I have no idea where they are today. Betting for the next price who will be up and down, it's sort of forex but it's entirely different since you're betting with another bettor not with the market.

How will we know that we are fighting a real person and not a bot? Since I've seen that the website will automatically choose your opponent and also what if most of the users chooses bitcoin does it mean it would take a while to find an opponent?

4535  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think Warren Buffett will change his mind about bitcoin? on: August 20, 2020, 05:37:17 AM
For now, we have heard his actual thoughts that he has for bitcoin. It could be that he already bought as he's a known investor and he'll be the first to know assets that he can earn from although it's just a guess.

But he has called bitcoin a "rat poison" before and looks like his actual belief for bitcoin is firm. As much as we want to know that he'll change his mind, he knows the investing game. And at least, let's accept for now that he doesn't like bitcoin.

Hi Gabor, most likely you'll get to have more exposure for this mining for sale on Computer hardware.

Whether it's for rent or for sale. Good luck!  Smiley
4537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin market cap can exceed Gold's after the next decade on: August 20, 2020, 03:21:35 AM
It's a decade so that's safe to assume with that market cap. Bitcoin's price is quickly increasing so there's a big possibility that it can happen on that prediction. Remember that bitcoin is a speculative asset so those speculations that have realistic claims can come into reality.

The digital age is where we at right now and a lot of investors looking for alternative investments that can easily be understood by them. Bitcoin is the perfect asset for them and it's not that hard to understand which can make the demand and market cap higher any time soon.
4538  Economy / Services / Re: Looking to HIRE! on: August 19, 2020, 09:43:03 PM
Paying in bitcoin or not? I have seen projects who are looking for reviewers that have a wide reach with their YouTube channel. If you're okay with receiving/paying altcoins for this hiring, Marketplace(Altcoins) is the ideal section for it.

Otherwise, if it's a bitcoin payment method for the commissioned post - it's on Services.
4539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting website on: August 19, 2020, 02:02:52 PM
Are you really sure that you are a bettor and not just someone who works for 1xbet?
Only OP knows, there's no way we can verify that, even if he will say he is just a bettor and not affiliated with 1xbet, there's still some doubts from the others.
This is another newbie posting for one specific casino or service and then they will never reply back to those queries from the people of the forum.

they planned to run a signature campaign but it didn't do good because they can't even solve their gamblers complain.

yes they do and failed.. they answer the complains but according to them they can't solve it as 1xbet now is manage by a new team, what a lame excuse, right?
New or old, they should clean and sold all of the problems the past administration left to them. They're in responsibility to take care of those left customers whether has or no problems to complain.
4540  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Akon's cryptocity in senegal could work on: August 19, 2020, 11:22:43 AM
I'll wait until it's been finished and things implemented on the Akon City. At the very first understanding by looking at the news and proposal, we can't simply believe the idea because it's still in the planning phase.

If Akon didn't use a token made from his name but it's bitcoin, more support will he get from different bitcoin communities and countries who do believe on this project. The example of a struggling economy is Venezuela. Many stories from the citizens there were able to survive the hyperinflation through bitcoin.
