Pare, may tanong ako. Nakabatay kasi tayo doon sa loan repay amount at date na binigay mismo ng borrower na sinang-ayonan ng lender. Pero paano kapag lumagpas doon sa repay date? Nasabi mo na may penalty, paano ngayon i-compute yung penalty? Pwedeng pag-usapan ng both parties pero paano kung hindi makapag-agree? Iniisip ko kasi na mas okay kung may klarong parameters in case nagdelay ng loan payment ang borrower. Maaaring 10% kahit na-delay lang ng 2 weeks. That's 1% per day after the repayment period expires, sometimes I forget to put it every time I approve a loan, but thanks for bringing this matter, next time I'll add that information every time. Mas okay kung naka-spell out explicitly sa OP ang mga ganitong conditions.

Asking for non collateral loan is allowed in this forum, but giving a negative feedback is also based on the discretion of the user, he can do it based on his judgement of a certain situation. If this negative feedback will allow his chance in signature campaign in the future, that's really bad for him but I guess that is not worse compared to the past rating system and I also think that signature campaign rules has to be revise to in line with the current trust system.
