The Betcoin Casino Terms of Service https://www.betcoin.ag/support/betcoin-casino-terms-service are anyway not valid, because the contract partners and applicable jurisdiction is missing.
Betcoin.ag Scam!

(a) the person making the representation, or

(b) any other person.

(4) A representation may be express or implied.

These Agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao in The Netherlands Antilles for the settlement of any dispute or matters arising out of or concerning these Agreements or their enforceability.

Based on what shall the alleged agreements with Betcoin.ag be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong or Curacao?

How could “These Agreements” be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, while online gambling is not allowed in Hong Kong? Does this make sense?

If the Betcoin.ag operation shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, why do you need to irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao?

4 months and still no license? At which jurisdiction did you request the license? Why not state the legal information right now?

I had responded and posted screenshots directly after your questions; however, trolls immediately took the screenshots I posted and began "photo shopping" and using the information I posted in a manipulative manner....therefore, I deleted my post.

The conduct against the participants of this signature campaign is unethical at best and dishonest on the face of it.  At first I considered the fud just misinformed banter, but now I realize that it is more than just rash judgement.  I am now under the impression that it is a concerted effort to shut down an effective signature campaign in order to re-direct player traffic.  I understand betcoin's stance against the trolls because it is not possible to have rational discussions with irrational agitators.
The irrational agitators are those who promote a publicly approven scam, while promoting a scam is a criminal offense!

Is the company who operates Betcoin.ag incorporated in Curacao and holds a worthless Curacao eGaming license?

If this is the case, what is the name of the company? Why is the name of the operator not stated on their website?

If Betcoin.ag has a valid license, why do they not state the seal on their website?

Do you feel comfortable to send your Bitcoin to something while you do not know who the operator is?

Would it matter for you if this something would have a gambling license, or do you not care at all?
So, are you saying that anybody who endorses a bitcoin casino which is not licensed and regulated in some jurisdiction should not be trusted?
No. I am saying that anyone who lie from the start like Betcoin.ag should be not trusted and this totally independent of whether they have a license or not!

How many bitcoin casinos are actually licensed on this forum?  Do you know?
I did not check and do not care much...

He should not get paid for those posts Smiley

What would be better....a casino that is not licensed at all, or a casino that contracts out to software licensed and certified by gaming authorities off shore?
If the operator is not stated on the website like at sportsbet.io, then a license is unlike better than no license. Because with the license you have at least a trace to whom you have sent your coins. That was the way how I discovered that Timothy John Heath (who already embezzled player deposits) is behind sportsbet.io and bitcasino.io

Can't have it both ways....either unregulated and decentralized currency or regulated and centralized currency.
Of course can you have licensed and decentralized currency! Sportsbet.io do it this way...

So you use the decentralized currency bitcoin as an excuse for the non regulation and shadiness of Betcoin.ag?

Are you in the right forum?
Definitely yes Smiley

You are right. Deposit money to a gambling site mainly depend on trust and not control. But why would anyone trust Timothy John Heath while he already embezzled player deposits?
Are you confident that they do not use player deposits for business expenses/promotions? If so, based on what?
Do you believe that they pay everything from their own pocket and have a profitable business model, while their promotions are too good to be true?
Does this make sense?

My point is that making accusations against a site after a raffl like this one is pointless.

If the're guilty they can easily prevent players from finding out.  If they are innocent, it's literally impossible for them to prove so.

It's ironic everyone seems to have overlooked the users like xinzark who (imo) were almost certainly guilty.  You guy do realize, when someone enters more than once, and it's against the rules, you are the ones being cheated...right?  It's no different than the owner putting in fake accounts\ as far as how it affects you.

So far the only legitimate complaints I can think of involving Sportsbet.io and their raffle have yet to be made.

Focusing on something that you can not prove is a waste of time.
As long as the raffle-show has no terms and conditions, no one can breach any or cheat or is guilty (xinzark, etc.)!

Add in the fact its basically a free giveaway (5mbtc/ day right?)
No one outside sportsbet.io knows this!

House edge:
Sportsbet.io : 3.06%
mbitcasino.com : 1.56%
Fairlay.com   : 1.3%
NitrogenSports.eu 2.27%

Arbitrage : -0.82% Cheesy
...
Anyway I don't think the odds are bad. Compare with https://directbet.eu/Event.cshtml?EventID=27848039 (7.68% House edge) Grin
Hmm...in reality their house edge range is between 3 and 100%, if you consider that they can put the deposits simply into their pockets, what they already did!  Shocked

They could prove that they have the money for their too good to be true promotions and business expenses, so this is definetely a legitimate complaint.

A legitimate raffle-show does not help much if one day bettors will not get their money back!

4552  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Win a share of 3000 mBTC every day during EURO 2016! on: July 11, 2016, 03:43:20 PM
Yes, they could be audited.

And perhaps the auditor could prove they were doing something unethical.

But it would be impossible to prove the site did not cheat.  If it were possible to prove, we would have ourselves a provably fair raffle.

Personally, I think the only thing they are likely guilty of is allowing players to abuse their promotions.  They have immediate motivation to stop someone from entering each raffle 20 times, if anything they want to avoid any complaints about non-payment.

The players following the rules would be the only ones suffering.

Instead of focusing on Mar and mar, you should be hunting for alts and checking them against the data imo

Kinda like this:...

There are clearly two seperate users (at least), Mar****** and mar******

Instead of everyone interperting what Google+ means by "after checking this user won nearly every day"

Code:
Name        # of Wins  Total Won
Mar******* 5 1300
mar******* 5 500
How do you know that there are users behind the user names mar******* and Mar*******?

Is it possible that 80% of the user names stated on their website could be fake user names to imply they give a lot of money away, have a lot of customers and motivate other potential customers to deposit their Bitcoins there (without any control whatsoever)?

I don't, you're right.

I guess I should of said 'These are clearly two separate user-names"

Although, I can't prove that either.

Perhaps they aren't consistently case-sensitive.

By the way, how do you know anyone posting in this thread is a real user?

How could they ever prove that they don't have fake users winning prizes in drawings?

I sure can't think of any realistic way to do this.

I am looking forward to some mucho poker players participating itt though...esp chicagojoey
An independant third party auditor could check their finances, the user accounts and their technical raffle system (I doubt they have any), but for obvious reasons Mr Heath don't have any interest in doing this.

People are getting with Euro lottery offer and I am wasting my time on other sportsbook but it seems there a bug with their draw system which picking same person again and again, I will give try to this sportsbook when it get fixed but I think maybe few people are really lucky.
How do you know that they have a technical draw system? Are these prize draws supervised by an independant third party?

Can you tell me where my post that accused ? or you can not tell which questions and where allegations
before I saw someone make a post about the username Mar *** after checking it turns right this user won nearly every day
so there are only two possibilities :
1. more than one user using the username Mar***
2. the most fortunate people

So what  wrong?
3. employee - fake account
