I don't think the OP should post a scam accusation on the scam accusation board as I think the user has not been scammed. It is just for report to avoid/ban or something about a site for the fraud. I do not think there is any benefit except giving them a negative trust on the forum (if they have an account on the forum). |

I agree with your second part that license is not the main element for trust but I am not agree with your first point. Thats true, having a license doesnt guarantee that the casino is not scam and can be trusted in the long run because this still depends on the casino's build reputation and it really takes time. Roobet is one of the trusted casino existing nowadays and I bet we are aware of their reputation here and outside. Abusers may take an advantage of collecting free coins, exchange it all into one coin then withdraw it. Of course it can be prevented by having strict rules to use the the exchange.
You are right those who use free coins which they get for promotion, rain, faucet and something like that can exchange their high rated coin to low rate and also multiple coins into one so that they can withdraw their fund by lowering fee and/or by filling minimum withdrawal limit. First of all your communication method was wrong which is used by maximum scammer. As they can impersonate on telegram easily and they can edit or delete telegram message. And also it is a bad choice that you have did a deal with someone who is a negatively trusted user as well as flagged user as he is a proven scammer.
