4561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why has Bcash failed at becoming digital cash? on: June 01, 2020, 08:45:54 AM
It is still "digital cash," but in the same way that Bitcoin SV, Diamond and Gold are also digital cash, in that not many people really use it for anything... The number of people who actually use bitcoin for purchasing things is still quite small. For the average person just getting into crypto, being assaulted with a barrage of options isn't really confidence-inspiring.

Really Roger Ver should have changed the name of Bitcoin Cash a couple years ago after it became evident nobody respected it as the "real bitcoin." Right now the hash rate of BCH is only about 2% of that of BTC, so it actually makes quite a bit of sense that only 2% of BitPay users would use BCH. It literally enjoys about 2% of the popularity (at least among miners).

Who's the CEO of Bcash? So much for being decentralized.

I'm willing to bet you know already that Bcash doesn't actually have a CEO. They just have a spiritual leader, Roger Ver.

I've been watching a lot of videos of the mayhem today on Twitter, can't get enough of it TBH. They also reinstated legal liquor here so I'mma get my beers on... Haven't had a real beer in over a month!

But for those who are looking for a heartwarming moment amidst all the chaos, I recommend you watch this:

military?  Huh

Americans doing American things. Best to leave 'em to it.

I have now reached a plateau of acceptance and indifference and instead of watching things like that I have switched to this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcnKvqDMnKU

Hmm... if you want something a bit more current I recommend this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZ0UZm7ZBsw

Dragon has docked with the ISS and the crew is gearing up to come onboard.

I always make time for a good docking.

This is what senseless rioting and looting will get you...mobilized military at your doorstep and on your street corner. They have the authority to command the public to comply with orders that normal cops don't. That's why you don't want martial law.

And to be fair, that idiot woman was told 3 times to get in her house and she didn't listen, just sat there filming. She's lucky it was just a paintball and not a rubber bullet.

No no no, those are cops. It even says "POLICE" across their jackets. I don't know who owns the armored vehicle tho -- that looks like National Guard to me. It was in Minneapolis, so could have been.
4564  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Story of how Luckygames Scammed me of my 8 BTC win on: May 31, 2020, 07:38:55 AM
According to the bets history (attached rezi59 and aliuniq19 bets history files), all accounts in the list used the same martingale strategy with similar client seeds as rezi59 account. You stated that you didn't use any type of bot, script or clicker, which is not true, since the martingale strategy included both Dice and Balls game to place cross-bets, with smart percent prediction and programmable client seeds, which can't be possible with a default betting system.
...
Since it's strongly forbidden to create multiple accounts for any type of abuse (martingale bot in your case), we are forced to suspend all your accounts and to keep remained assets to cover our losses.

This part makes the least amount of sense in the whole thing... First of all nowhere in the FAQ does it say you can't use a script while playing games. Second of all, how is it possible to overcome the house edge with a martingale script? Maybe there's a way -- I'm genuinely curious.

The scammiest thing they did is that, when I questioned about their faq, they modified it the same day to their will.

I can confirm this is correct. Here is the current FAQ:

https://luckygames.io/page/faq/

Here is a cached version of the FAQ from May 28th:

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:https://luckygames.io/page/faq/

You can see there's no language about using a bot (for faucet claiming or otherwise) in the cached version. It would appear they changed the FAQ in the last few days.

I would be pissed off too, and as you might have already guessed they probably won't budge on this issue since they are apparently closing down in the next couple months.

I notice there's already a Type 1 flag on their account. You can open a Type 2 flag on them if you like and use this thread as the reference. Not much else to be done unfortunately.
4565  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beaware about virus [QnodeCoin] on: May 30, 2020, 03:44:37 PM
Just for "fun" I downloaded the file, unzipped it, and sent the QT file back to VirusTotal. Indeed, it appears as some scanners are just declaring the coin miner as a virus. I also scanned it with my Malwarebytes which didn't find anything... The link to the Windows wallet doesn't even work.

What's weird, however, is that they already released an ANN for this project back in February. The user account promoting the current ANN is from 2012 and has zero previous posts -- no way that's an original account, was probably bought sometime in August 2018.

In any case, no decent reason to get involved with this project.

Edit: just saw the post by Rikafip, yes I agree
4566  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: May 30, 2020, 02:58:01 PM
Craig doesn't have a very good record winning cases.

DeMorgan - Craig was convicted of contempt of court charges and lost on appeal.

Hodlonaut - Craig lost in Norway (being appealed), Craig lost in UK

Roger Ver - Craig lost in UK and lost on appeal. Judgement against Craig for costs.

Adam Back - Craig withdrew the case and paid full costs to Adam Back.

Vatalik Buterin - Craig has been unable to effect service.

McCormack - still in progress.

Kleiman - Judgement against Craig for partial costs. Still in progress.

I'm a bit sad he hasn't come after me or other Bitcointalkers yet -- what are we, chopped liver? This is his forum, after all (supposedly).

The biggest drawback in attempting to sue theymos or gmax is that they are Americans and U.S. law doesn't entertain the whole defamation thing as well as U.K. law does... U.S. law also allows him to defame the likes of theymos in court, so I guess he is already aware of what he can and cannot get away with in that regard.

That said, I'm obviously rooting for McCormack, and if the outcome of the Ver case is any precedent, Craig doesn't enjoy a notable reputation within the U.K. so there is nothing worth defaming, legally speaking.
4567  Other / Meta / Re: TECSHARE bitching about the trust system - topic #47246828268 on: May 30, 2020, 02:32:11 PM
If you are free to add users who have left no ratings whatsoever except a single positive rating to you to default trust, then other users are equally free to exclude such users.

Quite honestly I was trying to avoid mixing myself up in another TS thread, but after he stated this:

That would make sense if they had any information whatsoever to judge them upon, other than the fact that I included them. You call me obsessive but Suchmoon is literally picking through my trust list canceling out additions for no other reason than the fact that I added them as if any inclusion needs Suchmoon's approval otherwise they get an exclusion automatically.

I couldn't help but think of this:

Even if it didn't benefit me personally, I would still be happy including them simply based on the fact that the resident clown car passengers excluded them. Given their history of abuse I would say anyone they are targeting is worth considering for inclusion.

He's doing the exact same thing with his inclusions that he is accusing suchmoon of doing with exclusions. The main difference is including people to the trust system out of spite is potentially much more damaging than excluding them.

They have earned my trust and I have had long standing interactions with them outside of the forum

That's fine -- then you should leave them a positive trust. AFAICT nobody disagrees with the ratings you left for them (well, except for leaving a trust for someone based on your assessment of their ability to "preserve Americas Constitutional rights"  Cheesy )

Including them in your trust list means you trust not only their ability to leave correct trust ratings but that you trust their ability to use the trust system as well. You've added 2 of the 3 to your trust list for no discernible reason when a simple positive trust would suffice.
4568  Other / Meta / Re: Post Reporting Being Used As A Form Of Censorship on: May 30, 2020, 12:23:10 PM
I don't want you(nor any other troll) in my SM topics, I know it is hard to accept it but you will just have to.
Topic subject: "To all DT1 members, please exclude another abuser from DT system"

Which you then list all DT1 members by name (including me)
Quote me part of that topic where I listed all DT1 members by name (including you)  Huh Stop lying and accusing me for things I didn't do over and over again, shill.

"To all DT1 members, please exclude another abuser from DT system" Literally the title of the post.

Here you list me by name:

TECSHARE

"But oh I didn't list everyone!" You say. I reply "and?" You still literally titled your OP: "To all DT1 members"

If you don't want a reply from "all DT1 members" maybe just label your post "To only those that agree with me, please exclude another abuser from DT system"

He never said he wanted a reply from "all DT1 members." As a matter of fact, he specifically stated he did not want you replying in his thread, yet you did again anyway. He deleted one of your posts, and then a moderator deleted the other. The title of his post reflects him addressing all DT1 members, not asking for their input. Regardless, both of your posts were off-topic. Just open another REEEE thread about it -- problem solved.
4569  Economy / Reputation / Re: To all DT1 members, please exclude another abuser from DT system on: May 30, 2020, 11:23:21 AM
There's no more clearer cut evidence of BTC addresses belonging to the same person than through the transaction highlighted here.

In addition to the above evidence, it looks like he was talking to himself while mhanbostanci was banned in this thread.

Also caught doing it in this thread.

Here both mhanbostanci and Zz entered the same lottery.

While I don't have a problem with people having alt accounts, it isn't cool to use them to enter the same bounties, sig campaigns or giveaways/raffles, or even giving yourself loans... Since most of these instances happened years ago, I don't see the need for punitive punishment.

However, as pointed out there is a lot of overlap between the trust lists of these users and both higher ranking accounts are having some influence on DT selection, which is indeed trust abuse.

Pre-edit: I see that LoyceV just updated his weekly lists and the problem seems to have taken care of itself as all 3 users are now firmly excluded from DT.

Wonder why TS is trolling this thread...

9/7/2019 3:50:44 AM   TECSHARE (0) trusts mhanbostanci (2)
9/7/2019 10:13:59 AM   mhanbostanci (2) trusts TECSHARE (0)

Maybe this has something to do with it.

Did you guys get the last payment for FJ already? For some reason I got the "balance updated" notification but when I add up all the balances from my last withdraw date its off by one payment of 0.015BTC. I haven't logged in last week so I am not sure if its this weeks payment or last weeks payment that is missing. Wondering who to contact to look into this?

Yes, I noticed the same thing. Was going to wait for about 12 more hours to see what happens... maybe its still in motion.

this all looks quite strange and even more strange that the team can't explain it .
I am waiting for more news about this

What's so strange about it? The dev cranked out a shitcoin cloned from Dash, cobbled together pieces from 4 different whitepapers to present as his own, and listed it on his exchange. Then he hired you to shitpost here for him in order to make it look like this project has genuine interest (which, BTW, you fail miserably at -- there's not a single soul who can't tell exactly what's going on here).

Even the GitHub readme is still plagiarized from Dash's readme.

This was a great time in the history of Bitcoin. You people should like what happens over the next few months.

Wow, good to see the real John Titor is here. There's a lot of phonies out there.

I have so many questions:

When does the coronavirus pandemic end?

Is Keith Richards still alive in 2036?

What happens if you hang around in our timeline for 16 more years, are you going to party with your younger self?
4573  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Flag] Bruno AKA Phinnaeus Gage, Gleb Gamow, YuTü.Co.in, Bitcoin 100 & ??? on: May 28, 2020, 01:28:04 PM
Well there you go. It's seemingly quite easy to fake an account on there, and that's all my concern ever was and that we shouldn't be merely accepting them as absolute proof of death.

"Having a fake account on there" has nothing to do with anything. None of this matters because the obituary from the funeral home (which the Everhere one grabbed its data from to generate its generic, form letter-type obituary) couldn't be published without a death certificate in hand. Obtaining a death certificate is part of the legal obligations of the funeral home.

It's common sense to not just blindly believe something that can easily be faked or hasn't been verified.

It's also common sense to have an inkling of what you are talking about before you start talking. The process can't "easily be faked" and it has been verified. You are still choosing to employ a ridiculous standard for "verification" in order to avoid having to admit you've been wrong on this issue since April.

And I don't have a grudge. My concern was always about the damage that could or was being done with his account.

Given your attitude toward him in the past and your persistent pushing of baseless conspiracies damaging to his reputation I find this hard to believe.

You even used the fact that the account hadn't posted in weeks as 'proof' that he was dead but Bruno's account is still alive and kicking regardless of whether he is or not.

Now you have taken to straight up lying. This is what I actually said. I didn't say it was proof of anything -- I said its all you could go by to see if anyone had access to his account or not. I never thought for a second there wasn't a chance his account could be reactivated.

I mean, I'd love to never mention him or his account(s) again

Then don't. Nobody asked for your opinion in the first place.

Excuse me, can you tell me why you doubt Bruno's death?...

That's not what we're arguing here. This is a thread about Bruno's account(s) being used to scam. The discussion above isn't about whether he's deceased or not but whether an online obituary that seemingly anyone can create is sufficient proof or not.

It's what you've clearly suggested several times based on nothing but rather insidious-minded speculation. I get it -- you always assume the worst in people. That's fine. Its your outlook on life, but we don't all have to share it, and it certainly doesn't aid you in navigating what is "common sense" and what isn't.

Have the last word if you must. I'm out.
4574  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 28, 2020, 12:09:55 PM
October-November will be the best opportunity of a lifetime to buy Bitcoin at a cheap price.

Translation: I'm a bitter nocoiner who failed and missed all possible dumps and now I'm hoping to fill my bags (buy 0.001BTC) during the "one last superdump to $3k". Yeah been there done that, you're not the first and not the last person like that here.  Cool

His analysis is woefully ignorant of the fact that the Federal Reserve just injected a few trillion dollars worth of liquidity into the markets. People are idiots if they don't think at least a few billion of it is finding its way into BTC every now and then.

By using the Elliott Waves theory

There was some pretty serious riots across Minneapolis in the past hours. Here's a video of the police guarding the killer cop's house:

4575  Economy / Reputation / Re: 🔥 FAKE: Defamation At Its Worst During Chipmixer Applications 🔥 on: May 28, 2020, 10:55:37 AM
You asserting your assumptions to be factual when it is not, does not make my denial of it a lie.

That's the thing though -- the real timeline of events is not based on "assumptions". Its based on documented words and data that is accessible by all, and runs contrary to your assertions.

Here's the order of events you presented:

1.
I mediated a dispute between Timelord and some members of the Turkish community

2.
they added me

3.
as a result I ended up back on the default trust list.

Here's what actually happened:

1. You added Turkish members to your trust list and they reciprocated (with the exception of Blacknavy who added you first).

2. You ended up back on DT1.

3. You mediated the dispute between Timelord and some members of the Turkish community.

So, you lied. Stop lying and I'll stop correcting you.

You can selectively edit my posts and leave out the parts that contradict your vendetta all you like, it doesn't make you any more truthful.

Some of the users I added for the simple reason that I agreed with their trust list.

You see this? I posted this months ago, well before your cherry picked quotes above. Both things are true, you just want to pretend only the parts you selectively included apply. Let me point this out again...

But since I admittedly can't prove that I know what you were actually thinking or what your actual motivations were, I ask that people look at the body of evidence presented and come to their own conclusions.

Here you are admitting you are making your conclusion based on assumptions. You some how think you have the magical ability to know my inner thoughts and goals, and if I disagree with those conclusions I am a liar who is up to something nefarious. There is no "body of evidence". There is you vomiting up the same lies over and over again in the desperate hope that if you repeat it enough times people will believe you.

I "selectively edited" your post to take out the parts that were irrelevant to debunking your lie. Everything you are tacking on to this argument has nothing to do with the fact that you lied about presenting events out of order.

This is the timeline you presented:

1.
I mediated a dispute between Timelord and some members of the Turkish community

2.
they added me

3.
as a result I ended up back on the default trust list.

This is what actually happened:

1. You added Turkish members to your trust list and they reciprocated (with the exception of Blacknavy who added you first).

2. You ended up back on DT1.

3. You mediated the dispute between Timelord and some members of the Turkish community.

So, you lied. Stop lying and I'll stop correcting you.

Except I did do the slightest bit of research, at least to the extent that I went through Everhere's listing process myself. Anyone can seemingly create a listing there without legal verification. The only time I saw you needed to verify the death was if you were collecting donations.

The creation of Bruno's obituary on Everhere was automated and taken from data provided by the Boersma funeral home, who did file and receive a copy of his death certificate. This should be evident based on the first line of the obituary:

Quote
Here is Bruno Kucinskas Jr.’s obituary. Please accept Everhere’s sincere condolences.

It just happened to appear in the search results ahead of the Boersma one, which is why I grabbed it first. A few posts later ibminer posted the Boersma one, which should have been good enough for any unbiased person to conclude for certain that he was deceased.

I tried to create an obituary there to test out what you said and upon completion it was met with this message:

Quote
The obituary will now be reviewed and verified by a member of our team. Once approved, it will be online and visible to all visitors. Please note that we reserve the right to delete all obituaries with fictitious or inappropriate content.

So practically you should apply as much rigor to your theory about not knowing the truth about something without firm evidence that you did with Bruno's death as you would to understanding how the obituary creation process works.

For whatever reason you are continuing to overlook common sense in order to pursue a long-standing grudge against a now deceased individual. As a moderator you should be able to be a bit more objective in your approach to these issues, even if you are writing about it from your shitposting account.

I don't know for sure if his family collected the funds from his account, they never got back to me about that, and it's not my place to pry any further.
4577  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: May 28, 2020, 10:06:07 AM
The sad thing is that this probably won't have any effect on price. That reflects on how stupid and shameless market participants are. The chicken fiddler recognised Craigy as an opportunity to make a splash and he got the job done. Now it's established enough to no longer matter what happens to him.

The Faketoshi Factor is still heavily priced in... I expect it to gradually fade away and put the fair market value of BSV at somewhere between $30 - $40 a coin. It may be years before it sinks this low, however, especially if BTC starts to take off and brings along the altcoin market with it (as it is wont to do).

May 20th, 2019: price of BSV is $61.70
May 21st, 2019: Craig registers copyright for Bitcoin white paper, price goes up 20%
May 29th, 2019: China "fake news tweet" says Wright transferred 50,000 BTC to Binance
June 25th, 2019: BSV reaches local high of $242
August 27th, 2019: Judge Reinhart rules against Wright, orders payment of 500,000 BTC to Kleiman estate
September 19th, 2019: Wright and Kleiman enter settlement discussions
December 19th, 2019: BSV reaches local low of $80
January 11th, 2020: Judge Bloom drops sanctions on Wright, gives him more time to receive documents from bonded courier
January 15th, 2020: BSV reaches local high of $343

Then pretty much every noticeable move since then has been tied to coronavirus economic fallout.

On April 23rd, BSV started to diverge away from BTC, but I checked BCH, ETH and LTC for reference and it seems to be more of an underlying crypto trend rather than anything specific to BSV. Indeed, BTC's overall dominance seems to be on the rise since that date.

Long story short: the Faketoshi Factor is far from being priced out. I'm certain it will be carved out of BSV's market cap eventually, but it hasn't yet.

I would take anything Nutlidah says with a pinch of salt as he's obviously bias and can't look at this situation objectively. You've got to be pretty gullible/niave to think all it takes to prove someones death is an online obituary that anyone can make for anybody.

Since you won't let it be I feel compelled to respond. You can't make an obituary for "anybody" -- the obituary isn't published until a death certificate has been requested by the funeral home, which in this case is Boersma Funeral Home.  Obituaries aren't added to more general sites like Everhere until it has already been published by a funeral home elsewhere. I don't understand why you would call me "naive" when its obvious you didn't do the slightest bit of research on this issue.
4579  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lawmuc Scam on Crypto Project. on: May 28, 2020, 07:10:37 AM
You have to be careful, because it is not the work of a single person, behind this company there is a whole network of people who try to recruit people and then scam them.

Sounds a lot like a MLM scheme.

I know personally that they are attacking the blue hill foundation, the person behind it is the user Crytpo info, who has taken all the personal information from the team working behind this project with the help of a former partner called Matthias Bernhard Volker Kloska, who is associated in the Aurora project together with Marcel Sanders, Kurt and Darryl and as the Director of the same project. Together Matthias and Crypto-info , they have cheated a youtuber with Alias Davidoski in order to further defame the company.

What is your source for this? Crypto-Info has stated numerous times he has no association with LAWMUC.

Unfortunately I do not work for LAWMUC, even though Powermine screamed out here on Bitcointalk that i am receiving commission from them.  I actually do not nor have any affiliation with them.

I don't know how many times I have to tell you but I have no association with LAWMUC lawyers.

Just remember to keep trying to discredit me, even though I have no affiliation with LAWMUC.

So without any actual evidence connecting the two its your word versus theirs.

I suppose you will probably point to this post from January as "evidence":

“Due Diligence” is the term thrown around by the Blue Hill Foundation/Mining (AKA: Swiss-Asian Resources) in their Telegram group to try and convince people that this is a regulated STO. IT IS NOT.  Let’s however do our due diligence with respect to the team members.

How much confidence do you have with these people holding your funds with this fictitious STO? I will target 3 people from the Blue Hill Mining Team to make my point.

Let’s review a few scams involving these people.

Fluxonclub (FON Token)

Here is a mining scam based upon a pyramid, AGAIN. We find 3 very interesting names repeatedly appearing. Rafael Moya, Israel Guerrero and Federico Dion. These people also appear with important positions with Blue Hill Mining.

Summary

If you have already “purchased” Blue Hill Foundation Tokens, then congratulations you have given your money to known SCAMMERS with proven shady pasts.

If you want your funds back no governing financial body (e.g. FINMA and SEC) will fight on your behalf as this isn’t a regulated STO, it’s not even a STO. There is no-one to hold them responsible for your funds.

The relationship with these scams is mlmaman.com (MLM - Multi-level Marketing). Adrian Jacuzzi’s Mize Network collapse lead to to the recent launch of PowerMine which is behind Blue Hill Mining (https://reviewfye.com/powernodes-collapses-mize-network-reboots-with-powermine/). MLM are the public drivers for this pyramid scam.

Incidentally the scammer Rafael Moya is active in the official Blue Hill Mining Telegram

Remember the names Rafael Moya, Israel Guerrero and Federico Dion as these are your front-men scammers behind this particular SCAM, due diligence indeed.

WARNING: Blue Hill Mining is now called Swiss-Asian Resources Ltd.

Citing his reference of a lawyer's office does not necessarily mean they are one in the same. You may be right -- it could be a fraudulent law firm. However, if Crypto-Info truly worked for them, it seems like he would put up a better defense of them.

My honest advice to you would be to have the Blue Hill Mining thread locked and just advertise it elsewhere. Obviously things aren't going in your favor here.
