There is no safe method to gamble, gambling is risky.
You can not change the fact of the risk by any method there, is just only use low amounts of money.
how about strategy ? its can lower the risk ?

There are no really solid strategy on gambling though except martingale only. There are no others but with strategy you can't lower any risk, this will only slower your rate on losing your money. In a long run you will still end up losing unless you withdraw when you are winning, this could lead you to  a good profit but the problem we dont know how long that we are on winning side
4562  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Gambling Site to Invest In on: February 13, 2016, 02:54:17 AM

Tiny bankroll sure have a high risk but if you are in luck I am sure you will get a lot from it. But still it depends on how much you invested in that site. Btw how long that you manage to get 1.5 multiplier?

Bankroll size does not affect the risk if the max profit is adjusted accordingly. So house edge + max profit settings are the 2 things that regulate the level of risk.

How can it doesnt affect the risk? If there is more bankroll sure they will set on higher max profit so if people win it I am sure it will pretty bad for investor. But for investor sure they hope player will lose it so they can earn more. That is why I say it is risky for investor

You adjust max profit to the bankroll proportionally. Few simple examples assuming max bet at 10% of bankroll:

1 - You're invested 10BTC in the site with bankroll of 1000BTC (including your 10BTC).
Player shows up and wins 100BTC (max profit). You lost 10% of your investment (1BTC).

2- You're invested 10BTC in site with 100BTC bankroll.
Player wins max profit bet of 10BTC. You lost exactly the same amount: 1BTC.

3- Invested 10BTC in bankroll of 20BTC. Max bet is 2BTC (10%), player shows up and wins it. You still lose exactly the same.

See it now?

If all the operators apply the same max profit/bankroll ratio, the risk is the same. Bankroll is irrelevant.

What I saw here you are saying this based on one investor. How about if there is a lot of investor? In point 1 each of them is losing 10% of their money? Or that 10% it is divided in all players? And I am sure huge bankroll give a little payout compare to little bankroll, this is made to attract more investor
4563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your favorite type of gambling? on: February 12, 2016, 10:04:00 AM
Many says that game like blackjack, poker, etc is better than game of chance like dice. I tried casino game before but I got a higher chance of winning in dice compared to casino games coz its easier to play.

Dice would probably be the easiest hahha, but you'll be depending solely on luck.
If you have some skills, going for Casino games is definitely the way to go.
for true poker and blackjack requires skill and ingenuity, so that the chance of winning there is bigger than the game that have provably fair like dice.
but if you haven't skills. prefer to dice

I dont think so that you need more skill to boost your winning chance because your skill only apply in face to face game but for online I dont think it will work so the chance of winning is the same as dice too and I could say that poker has a lower chance of winning unless you got really good card on your first hand, may pair of aces
4564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: February 12, 2016, 09:54:27 AM
There is no safe way indeed. I think the only safe method is to yourself. I guess also the effect that it can not be safely. To play safe you should not put so much into.
And properly handle money.

What do you mean by that? Safe method is to own big amount of money and then start using martingale, with a good management between balance and basebet and the limit on how much you would want to win is needed. If you can manage these things well I think it should not be a problem because you can always recover your loss and get some profit too
4565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 12, 2016, 09:50:53 AM
I am going for Over 2.5 Goals with odds of 2.12 for the match between Sunderland & Man Utd...
What say guys, is this going to be a win???
In my view under is best option for this match as Man Utd is struggling not doing too many points and a draw could be very good result for Sunderland so they will try to play packed defense game for saving points

No, I guess the possibility here is that, we are going to see a 2 - 1 as a score between both the two, and Man Utd will win the game for sure...

I think to secure the bet both team to score is a good for betting because Man Utd winning is like a guarantee so the odds must be low enough
4566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best BTC casinos? on: February 12, 2016, 09:38:35 AM
which ever ones that offer the best bonuses upon signup and even after you go through the initial bonus after wards would be recommended ones.

If you want to know about the bonus thing, you should check games and rounds tab. There are a lot of giveaway from old one to new site https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=71.0
4567  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Websites that accept investment as bankroll ? on: February 12, 2016, 09:36:21 AM
here are few sites that accepts investment

https://bitvest.io/
https://betking.io/
https://safedice.com/
https://www.moneypot.com/

those sites have different terms on their investment so you must check it out first before investing

can any of these websites be trusted?
recently i have been desperately looking for some place to invest some of my bitcoins but i can never find a decent place that i can fully trust. maybe i am too hard on them. but again i see a lot of scams, hacks and running aways that i find it too hard to trust them.

I think those four can be trusted. The owner of Bitvest is the person running 777coin which is an old site. Betking is the re-branded version of PRC, which is also very old and has thousands of bitcoin invested in them already. Safedice is not as old but it has been here for over a year. Moneypot has been sold to ranlo and co. recently who seems to be good guys. But anyway, these are just my personal opinions and exactly as ranlo said above, all sites trusted or not, could go under.

thanks for the details. i might invest in one of them after some more research.
but i am having trouble trusting any website these days. history has proven that any of these big ass companies even with a long history or thousands of bitcoin can say we were hacked (lie or no lie) and not pay their investors like what cryptsy did

It's relatively safe to invest in a gambling site, as they have more to gain in the long run by staying instead of running with the bitcoin. Do note, that when you invest, if the bankroll is big, you'll have to invest quite a large amount to make a decent profit.

I dont really agree on this actually, for saying it is true that long run is really profitable but how long is that you guys can't judge by only predict. Because sometimes when the big whale coming you will suddenly lose it like moneypot but suddenly they are comeback again. And you need to invest in a huge amount to see the outcome
4568  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: February 12, 2016, 03:49:27 AM
You can pick up a hobby, play a sport or find something to distract yourself from gambling. A good method is to stop visiting casinos and play gambling games. You also need to remind yourself that you will lose your money if you gamble and this will help you to stay away from gambling.

So how about the online? Like bitcoin? How do you suggest them not to open their pc? I dont think it will be easy for someone that work in front of pc, their mind will automatically think about gambling because that already become their habit. That is not easy to change someone just ask them to change their habit

How about blocking those sites by other people whom you can't control or ask to remove that firewall? That is one way I could think of that could prevent you from visiting those sites and never gamble on it again. Also in that way you cannot really access the site by any means. pfsense could do the trick. Wink

How are you going to block particular site? There is no way you could block it but let say you can block it, you should be the one who can unblock it again right? So there is no way you could stay away from gambling no matter casino or site. May be you can't go to casino because of far but from site you can access from everywhere which is hard to control from this kind of addiction

4570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your gambling stats? on: February 11, 2016, 05:08:55 PM
this topic would have been more informative if it were in poll form in addition of this current state because we could see how much most of people who gamble bitcoin have lost or won.

i have lost around ~0.1 so far.

To make some poll for this kind of thing. It will be no use as I can say because there are many people like to troll too. Btw I have lost a lot before the price hit $300. If I just hold my bitcoin just a couple of days I am sure I can make a lot of it. And now I am still trying to recover my lost before and I hope I just can make it again. After I recover it I will be neutral again

I assume some people are referring to betcoin.ag and some to betcoin.tm?

Which one is better?

What I do prefer is betcoin.ag. But you need to get some experience first so you will know which one is good for you. Although I am refering you to betcoin.ag doesnt mean that it is suitable for you to play there. Betcoin.tm is not bad too with his huge giveaway you can try it so you will make some conclusion about it
4573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: February 11, 2016, 04:53:18 PM
Of course that gambling can be profitable on the long run; there are a lot of professional gamblers living out of it!

Its possible, but even professional gamblers lose a lot, mostly they got sponsors.
Also gambling is always risky, you have to be very lucky.

gambling same as with trade. you can profitable for a long-term in trade. Trading also has a big risk. just like gambling,
so I thought gambling could be used for profitable long-term .

Nope you are wrong, gambling will never be the same as trading because gambling risk is far more higher than trading and it can be addicted too beside in trading you will be more safe enough because you can't lose your money just lose the value of it. So if you compare trading to gambling I will choose trading
4574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: February 11, 2016, 10:35:38 AM
addicting was happened when you won for the first time, it's such a new exprience, it's caused the feel to get more and more, trust me even when you win you just lose it again
It all depends what kind of gambling you do. I primarily do sports betting (eSports, NBA, NCAA) and I still have yet to go negative with my deposit. I put in $8, now am closing in on $30 by the end of tomorrow if all my bets go as expected. I've had losses, sure, but if you play your cards right you can make some fairly easy money. Just always do your research and don't be an idiot.

This is gambling, although you can get good research but if you are no luck you will still lose that game. You can't determined your game is a won game after you gather so many information because it is not a guarantee match, information is only to boost your winning chance
4575  Economy / Gambling / Re: Moneypot just took a huge loss? on: February 11, 2016, 10:32:59 AM
Is there a list of all the sites (apps) that are under mp?

I think you can directly go to their site to get this kind of information. https://www.moneypot.com/apps
4576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Regular Season Discussion on: February 10, 2016, 12:05:18 PM
Miami lost last night but it was good game
anyway for tonight i will pick 2 matches

Boston Celtics - Los Angeles Clippers   win to Boston
Phoenix Suns - Golden State Warriors  win to GSW

I think GSW sure win but the payout must be really low, better aim for over, it is good enough to win. That will be sure profit game Grin
4577  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: February 10, 2016, 11:59:55 AM
From my experience, once you start winning - no matter how much you loose - you never want to stop. Luckily I have given up now.

If you make 1BTC profit for example, whenever you gamble your expectations will be at making 1BTC profit.

This is from my experience.

That is why you should limit yourself. After making some 1 btc you should withdraw it and continue with the same method again, may be start from 0.01 btc. If you dont make any limit on how much you loss or win, in the end you will just keep on losing everything that you already achieve it, no matter what you did
4578  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: February 10, 2016, 11:56:55 AM
Find another interesting thing that can keep you away for gambling new think that attract you more Wink

yeah, diversions, if we have something new to put on our interest, then quitting gambling is easy, I think going out and finding new good peers who don't gamble is a good idea...

Yes, spending more time with friends or family members outside will really help to lose interest in gambling. Basically, until one forget about gambling should be online than it will be easy. So try to avoid using computer more, when your alone.

No matter what you do you can't forget about gambling. The problem is you need to control yourself, the point of hanging out with friends and family is to maintain yourself for not gambling, not to erase all your knowledge about gambling. That is two different thing. Try to avoid using computer wont be good enough because nowadays they implement something through your phone so you can still gambling using your phone. You just need to control yourself and all of them is on your mind
4579  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Gambling Site to Invest In on: February 10, 2016, 11:52:38 AM
Well, safedice is pretty good. They have a tiny bankroll, so you'll make alot from your investments. I don't really like SafeDice though, I've had some bad experiences.

I invest in moneypot, because with them I have some good luck. I've practically multiplied my 0.1 investment by 1.5 now Cheesy

Tiny bankroll sure have a high risk but if you are in luck I am sure you will get a lot from it. But still it depends on how much you invested in that site. Btw how long that you manage to get 1.5 multiplier?
4580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your favourite gambling game ? on: February 10, 2016, 11:46:26 AM
My favorite gambling game is poker its easy and fun.
I also like dices its only very risky to do, but gambling is always risky.

Actually poker game is not that easy to earn because you must face up to 8 people in one table and that is a lot of thing to do to make sure you win a lot from it though. And dice game is not that risky because this game is only based on luck, you will win if you are lucky enough and lose it when you are not lucky. This is just simple
