4561  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cash out or HODL - Bitcoin? on: December 23, 2020, 10:40:34 PM
cash out if you really need the $'s otherwise hodl !
worst thing would be regreat for selling -early-
Well, that holding isn't good all the time. If we can remember how HOLD make people regretting and blaming themselves during the last Bullrun is that because they are driven by a hold mindset. They don't sell because an expert says that it will continue to move high, it was just an unfortunate thing that it dumps right after hitting its ATH.

Should we have to ignore this thing now? No, we have to consider this. If we are good right now, having profited already, I should have to make a sell some of it. Hold if you are a long-term holder.
4562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you take loan(s) to invest in crypto? on: December 23, 2020, 02:24:47 PM
I never want to take loan just to invest in crypto,. I'm afraid what if the market will suddenly go down. It would be difficult for me to recover it, so it is risky to take loan. We can not predict the movement of the market sometimes it will go dump without a reason. Better to not take loan just use your extra money or your salary if you have a job at least 30%.
I know that you are anticipating the possible dumps and you are right. Some people got into trouble because of the work "what if?" This drives them to feel uncomfortable about their doings because in the first place they are already in the doubt.

I'm not really agreeing that a loan is bad but we are talking about investment and this is for the capital that soon to has returned. Losing can be happening but if we are able to manage this, there is no way we got into that thing but of course, a gaining return.
4563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any insurance service for gamblers to retain heavy losses....??? on: December 23, 2020, 01:45:30 PM
But yeah why seems no one is offering this? Is there no good returns if insurance for gamblers may be  opened ?

I thinks this is worth investing ,because all they do is spending and not thinking for what tomorrow may bring.

It's just encouraging more gamblers and even non-gamblers to gamble. Someone can get addicted and ruin their life without hesitating to gamble just because they are insured. Gambling is voluntary so it's not anyone's fault if they ruin their life because of this.
I don't think it was encouraging and attracts non-gamblers to go gambling because these people never think this thing. In real life, people come into gambling because they want to win, not being insured, and getting back their losses.

Well, I would like to see if there is a site that did this thing consistently.
TBH, this kind of service will be good but to wonder why we never saw this is probably due to the fact that they are not true to their promises and the site itself never profiting.
4564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP 5 James Bond gambling scenes on: December 23, 2020, 11:47:50 AM
Only Casino Royal will be his latest movie in regards to gambling, the rest have been made a very long time ago making young people never see it.
Yeah, I was to say that I didn't even see those movies because what I mostly see are his action movies. It could be interesting, maybe? We know that new technologies changing a lot and since this movie is old, will I think that it is more different from how it pictured out before.

Anyway, James Bond is not a gambler in real life(correct me if I'm wrong) but an actor that means he is not really familiar with gambling. But he does is just like he shows that gambling has been existed since before.
4565  Economy / Speculation / Re: Covid 2.0 UK has suffered massively and BTC is dropping on: December 22, 2020, 11:26:25 PM
news is spreading faster  . faster than a virus spread ? thats not a big issue but it would be alarming if the virus spreads faster and not the news but you are not sure if this news was true because you said its also a rumor . the only thing is true is that the vaccine are coming and the vaccine will always be on demand because we are waiting long for this .

im not updated on how stock market flows but im only updated in btc and btc didnt drop too much  .

btc can grow more because some vaccines can be brought using btc . people will buy btc first to be able to do that
It not the news but people are overly speculated on the spread of the virus just to give more hype. Besides, despite the spread of the virus, yet we saw that Bitcoin continues to pump rather than seeing it dumping.

I don't mind people talking about viruses and Bitcoin because as I look into the current situation, this helps the spread of Bitcoin and helping it to be more appreciated. We are about to grow its daily market volume than before without Covid.

This Covid-19 is a blessing to crypto, I think we should be thankful for this coz it probably we are not able to reach $23k if there is no lockdown.
4566  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Follow a trading process. on: December 22, 2020, 10:53:19 PM
Most people who fail in crypto trading are impatient with the process, to make large profits in trading the correct process is
also needed. So it is wrong to expect instant profit from trading, we have to carry out the trading process correctly, it makes
it easier to get profit. When the trading process occurs, there we can learn a lot about the right way of trading. That is what
ultimately makes someone become good traders.
And this is because they have the wrong ideas thanks to what they read on the Internet, they read about the stories of people that made a fortune in a matter of weeks and they want to replicate that success for themselves not understanding that those people are an exception rather than the rule, in order to get those kind of profits you need enormous luck and if you depend on your luck in order to achieve those results then you are no longer a trader but a gambler.
Indeed, we are both a gambler and a trader.
People who come into trading is just like gambling themselves for their future. What we might read on the internet saying that they are making huge money in just days, well, that be full of lies and that only to drag people to trading. If they are doing trading without knowledge of it, they are simply gambling themselves to higher chances of losing.

There is no such thing as shortcuts in trading, it should be a process, and that it takes weeks or even a month to see the result. It is so dumb to believe that they'll get money easily because, in reality, it is never like that.
4567  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't be greedy at this time. on: December 22, 2020, 10:31:55 PM
As a newbie I will advise you to always secure your capital always make sure your capital is safe, when you are trading and you are already in profit always make sure you secure your capital!!! When a you buy a coin when the price is low and the price increases always make sure you sell or always make sure you use stop lose!!!
Ain't guaranteed safe in here, trading is risky and many traders got into trouble because of their mishandled emotions that brought them into losing. Since we decided to become a trader, we decided also to accept losing but if we can handle this emotion (greediness), we are about to conquer already half of the battle. Ain't that we can escape from being greedy has we all have this but always we put in mind that we should not be a stupid greedy person all the time, we must control it otherwise, losing will come to us.
4568  Economy / Speculation / Re: New ATH then correction of 35%+ on: December 20, 2020, 11:54:17 PM
We are now setting new records I hope that 35% correction will not happen it's just to huge it's more like a big crash, it will not happen if the holders do not sell, yes they can sell some but not ll of it or half of it, we do not have the luxury of going down to the $15000 then coming back again, it's like we are starting all over again.
It is either to happen or not, we can't stop it, and inevitable. As some say that, the quickest it hits the peak, is just also the way it dumps. That is why we better have expecting dumps after this and anticipate the market corrections first. If we have some Bitcoins in our wallet, the best thing to do is to secure them now.

I have once missed it last 2017 coz I was thinking that the bullish trend will continue and I keep holding, but it was very unfortunate that it dumps. I'm thinking the same scenario and this time (for me) I shouldn't have to lose it again.
4569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]Canelo Alvarez vs Callum Smith Super Middleweight Title on: December 20, 2020, 11:30:00 PM
snipped~

Still Canelo's performance was not 100% satisfactory. He was landing accurate punches, so I will not claim that he was rusty after such a long break. But then, Callum Smith looked out of sorts and I expected Canelo to end up with a KO by the 6th or 7th round. Perhaps there was not enough power in Canelo's punches and that enabled him to survive till the end. On the other hand, GGG got a KO a few days back (vs Kamil Szeremeta).

Hmm I wouldn't say that he is "rust" but more careful in this fight. If you can see Callum Smith is taller compared to Canelo Alvarez and I think this is the first time he fought against a tall boxer like this and there are certain boxing techniques he can't apply in taller boxers because his punches and defense would need to have a different angle in order to land. This is what happened against Pacquiao vs. Margarito where Pacquiao had a hard time landing punches on the earlier round. So at least that is how a view things during that fight, if it weren't for the height disadvantage we won't see this kind of different style with Canelo.
That is what I look into him, Canelo can't be rusty because he is getting slowed but he needs to secure first himself of not receiving a hard punch as he knows that his opponent is not an easy guy to lose. We can't underestimate a fighter even we saw that they are good as before, their experience and styles can't say that it won't bring you into KO's. And the good thing is that Canelo allows Callum to survive until 12 round, Callum must be thankful for this.
4570  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What I think every trader should do to stay in the green on: December 18, 2020, 09:15:01 PM
Always staying in green should be the goal of every trader, however try to realize that red is not always the enemy, you just have to befriend the red as well as green because no matter who you are, there are times you make a loss.
It can't be all that way all the time. The volatility of the market will ruin that plus the so-called emotion that will affect to our decision making.
Though we wanted it to keep in green and profitable but unfortunately, we don't have such control.

This is why I would like to say that have as much green trades as you can, but if you ever have few red ones do not be worried because that is in the nature of trading world and you will make some loss in the end even if you like it or not.
Emotional trader won't see good result but just a lose one.
It is to remember that we are not in control with the market movement, thus, if we are not able to become adoptable to the market there is no way we can help no matter if you have a good strategy.
4571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of fake Telegram groups on: December 18, 2020, 08:50:26 PM
Scammers have now gone advance and using all means to perpetrate their actions. A few days ago I saw myself in some fake groups of real crypto projects while they are claiming to do giveaway for partnership reasons, Christmas seasons and so on. One thing that made me aware was that report spam was placed on the group which was unusual immediately I opened it and went to check for their original groups and it was different. I saw many giving testimonies of having received the claimed giveaway offers which I am sure it's a game from their co-scammers. An innocent individual might fall for it. Please let's beware and take cautions, report any fake group that you find yourself in as spam.
Fake groups, fake identity, everything can be fake in the internet.

It is absolutely they'll do as they make all means to make their goal succeed. And it was very unfortunate how these greedy individuals caught into this trick to the fact that they are not listening us. It is the way they brag people offering big returns, profit assurance and really good to be true but in the end, you will just surprise that they all gone and not active anymore when their is complaint.

I've learn in the past, I don't what to experience it again nor to let others having the same. It is really difficult to know if they are reliable and a reason that we don't need to trust someone easily in the internet.
4572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Please let me know about any online casinos or sportsbooks on: December 18, 2020, 02:07:24 PM
Just like what other user suggested you could visit https://www.btcgosu.com/ it's one of the most popular review site and also what I used when looking for a bew good gambling site to play with.
I don't think that he wanted to play because as I understand to OP, he wanted to give some reviews and put them on their site. This probably talks about paid reviews and make them top these gambling sites and ask money for their good reviews which is common these days now just to attract gamblers.

I don't think that this was a good idea, of course, not. Legit/reputable gambling sites need not pay people just to rate them good but have it voluntarily sends their reviews and feedback for free, and base on their personal experience.

This is where it is worth wondering why he makes statements that he did not train properly.  What's this?
Justification of loss or is it vice versa Threat to future rival.
Now, if I train, then ... All... You have no chance!!!. You are defeated!
All this is psychologically calculated by his managers.
Do you think this is so?
Or just an excuse, a real fighter would not say that, that's a disrespect to the winner, he should put some action in the ring and don't talk too much. There's no threat outside the ring, the real threat is in the inside and we should not easily believe what we heard as all they said might only be intended to attract the attention of the media.
It is a mismatch for him, indeed. I don't think that such white lies and alibi will make people believing him but instead, it only tare him down.

If that he suppose to think about and the reason for his losses, I think a scheduled rematch will be schedule and give him a long time to let him trained so well. And for such a time he losses again, he might proclaim himself as a loser, not a whinner boxer who blames others.

That was ridiculous to hear.
4574  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long will go Bitcoin? on: December 18, 2020, 01:02:57 PM
How long? I say we gonna reach $50k, not this year but in the near future.

I shouldn't have to ask that Bitcoin will never stop soaring high But I was not asking also that it will reach too high which gives no chance for poor people to get some part of it because it was very expensive.

What we have today, the current trend will simply mean that Bitcoin's demand had to grow. I mean, this pandemic, this COVID-19 has its purpose and has a positive impact on crypto.  Maybe, we are so happy having this lockdown cause that also a reason for seeing many people roaming around to crypto space.
4575  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Will be the next target of bitcoin in initially of 2021 ? on: December 18, 2020, 12:46:05 PM
I'm mad because I'd never think that Bitcoin will make another ATH and because I was thinking about the aftermath in the last 2017 Bullrun which I think could be just of the same scenario. I'm still not so confident next year and probably it was different from what we have today. Dumps are inevitable and market correction can't be ignored despite the current trend.

I was not saying that I'm not trusting Bitcoin but I think we are too silly to say that we don't value the possible market changes in the coming days and that possible dumps to come.
4576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: December 18, 2020, 10:37:36 AM

Regular season opening in about five days. How's your favorite team doing so far? Any changes on who you might think will go to the playoff this season like Warriors or maybe Pelicans making the cut?

Any bookie who has odds available for this season's champ?
I'd love to see Curry on the floor, being the last dragon (as the basketball fans said to him) but his days just ended up. He is still my favorite player no matter whoever his teammates. But to ask my favorite team this season, I'm still on the warrior.

I know that warrior can't be that good as before and fewer chances to get back their strong teammates again, and to the fact also that many rookie players are so dumb as well on the floor and shows no respect to their oldies players. However, this will never chance mine and just continue giving support.
4577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP dumped and BTC goes up, coincidence ? on: December 17, 2020, 09:07:05 PM
I don't have clear data in the past that specifies such an accusation in regards to their market demand changes. I will not say that this is a coincidence not to say that is true coz I know that XRP is a centralized coin, its price can be moved up and down no matter what is the price of Bitcoin while Bitcoin moves freely no matter what is the price of XRP either be high or low.

I stop pointing out that Bitcoin can be influenced by whales, a decentralized market won't look like that. Of XRP pump when Bitcoin dump or of having different direction will just of some cases and changes that can't be controlled.
4578  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blocked funds in a poker room on: December 17, 2020, 11:52:03 AM
It would be better if you include the website or the link of that website so there is someone who can visit it and tell his or her opinion about it, $37k is not a joke, it is huge money hoping that you can still get it, I don't have any idea about that website but it only means that you have entered a not good reputable poker website, I don't think that they have plans of turning back your money. This would serve as a good lesson for you so the next time you will do it, make sure that you are on a good and trusted website.
https://www.bodog.eu/
That is the site that OP had mentioned in his previous post. But as I tried to access it and do some site search but unfortunately this will appear.

I might give to the conclusion that OP's problem will be his location as this site imposed access banning to some countries (including mine).
Anyway, this will give some insight into how this gambling site Bodog works.
Quote
Currently, Bodog only allows players from Canada to play on their site. I did some research online to verify this information. As well, I contacted their customer service team and asked them myself just to make sure that I wasn’t incorrect. In the future, I’d like to see Bodog open up their site to players from more countries so that more people can experience the excellent website that they have built. If you live somewhere other than Canada, check out some of my other site reviews to find one that does accept players from your country.

4579  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Experts...how long do you think this bullish trend will last? on: December 17, 2020, 09:42:10 AM
I'm not an expert nor we can see anyone that could really tell until when.
And for all the bullish season that we have in the past and including this year, I would say that 2020 is the longest one. I hope that this will continue until next year, that seems so possible. We are almost 1 year in a bullish market and it is still on momentum and besides, we are not expecting the price it reaches $23k (at this post), we are likely to reach $25k at any time.
4580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you rely on the odds when placing bets? on: December 17, 2020, 09:17:16 AM
Your favorite team depends only with the actual situation of the game, then you'll determine how the odds looks like. The probability will be shown on many possible situations, so if we rely everytime on odds I guess you'll be frustrated with the real outcome. Maybe relying on luck will be a good mindset to avoid stress on betting with our favorite games.
I think there is no other choice, we can only rely on luck, which is not guaranteed to be obtained every time we make a bet, even though we all play a game that we like, we still cannot guarantee the possible winnings that can be obtained, the odds of winning at gambling are very small.
Indeed, gambling is truly a game of luck. No matter how good we are, no matter if put on the lower or higher odd, all of these things won't give us assurance to win. Even if we conduct a study which one will have a huge number of winning bet base on the odds, it is possible that the result will be different in the coming days and that because also it matters on the players. And this a reason why that I really don't focus on the odd but also consider what team I have to trust.
