4561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Brave Rewards on: August 20, 2020, 07:00:39 AM
Common man,be practical why not just apply for KYC so at least you are gaining since you are using brave already?dont care how low it is because at least it is money for free.

The money is not free.you are selling your data and receiving a few cents for it.

If you are ok with that... but it is not free money.

Additionally,  you're watching ads to get those cents and give your docs
Bad deal if you ask me
Actually that is annoying part those ads that keeps on popping.

And yeah My Data is being exposed though what for me is since i am using Brave i had just passed my KYC so at least there are small amount that i can gather while using the site.

But thanks for this concern now i am thinking twice if i will continue using or will Go back to my browser before i learned about this brave.

Hey.

You Think What Is Your Placement In The Crypto Currency In The Next 5 Years?
Please Next time prevent using multi color post because it is very irritating .

If crypto is still here?i will surely stay and continue supporting my currencies.

what i am sure is as of now i have earned at least double of all my capital since i started investing in crypto and all my income from my signature campaigns.

4563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Chainlink is a shitcoin and will dump to zero on: August 20, 2020, 05:45:57 AM
Some people just try all means possible to stack more coins for themselves. Not that they truly hate the coin, but they want to spread fear, which is known to be FUD in the minds of weak ends,
actually this is what happen to Bitcoin way back when even Governments are talking FUD about crypto so the price fell badly then those FUD people are the one who buy tons of Bitcoin to make the price move high again and the loser are those who sells off.
Quote
causing them to sell what they have been holding. Those ones too, by the time they see that they have made little profit, they quickly sell of to move to the next one,
actually i am same with those person because i only aim for small profit but surely, though in Bitcoin i have different outlook thats why i am holding for long term.
Quote
forgetting that what they have is a gem. There are people waiting to stack them up.
Sorry but if you are Holding Altcoin you can never tell which is GEM r which is Bronze.

and chainlink for me will never be a GEM.
4564  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be carefull Newbies! Fake exchange promocodes scams on: August 19, 2020, 01:04:24 PM
I have recently signed up on the trust(lol)coin exchange because someone here was saying there was a promocode for a few free satoshis, I redeemed the code and tried to withdraw, it said I had to play atleast one roulette game before i can, which is what I did, and it said I had to deposit 0.016 to prevent abuse from the promo code. This is obviously a Scam!

This shouldnt be here in the Bitcoin Discussion board, if you are pertaining to the beginners and newbies out there, better post this on Beginners and Help board to make the forum clean. You can find the move button on the lower left most part of this thread.
actually this must be in Scam accusation section but first OP must provide some proofs and be reliable in all details he wanted to say for the safeties of His own account because this is a serious case i believe.
Quote
With regards to the topic, it is really obvious that such promotions and referral are just scams, maybe not explicitly soliciting investments to continue the direct withdrawal, but rather make you go from point to point and deceive you that you earn this huge amount then just require investment in the end. Investment in general isn't that bad, yet it must not be that huge. Take Roobet as an example, which they only require a dollar investment so you can withdraw, but you can still have the dollar back after withdrawal.
actually if it is good to be true mostly it is scam, and this is not far from others.

Good that you use Roobet as an example because the site is totally legit and has proven their  legitimacy when they make way to compensate Yahoo about the Bug their site face year ago.
4565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Importance of Bitcoin during the Pandemic on: August 19, 2020, 12:42:40 PM
Even before the time of the outbreak of the Corona Virus, Bitcoin and the whole Crypto Industry is always important. Cryptocurrency gave jobs to some people that only have the Internet and time as investments. Bitcoins sudden price surge really helped those people who HODLed them and that is an interesting fact because people knowing that can actually invite them to learn about Cryptocurrencies.
Yeah we all knew that but the thing now is Bitcoin is more helpful than the past and this time it is more difficult because the pandemic can be acquire thru fiat changing hands or going outside to pay for bills and everything.

While in Bitcoin we can just sit on our couch and start paying anything without hassle.

though the limit are there because not everything in each country can be transact by Bitcoin as there are many who has not adopted bitcoin yet.
4566  Economy / Economics / Re: China is winning the Economy Wars on: August 19, 2020, 12:33:30 PM
China is under  communist political leaderships, expect that they control everything under their jurisdictions, they are now starting to extend their powers and the tactics is how OP is trying to explained, a very good strategy that they don't need to go to war in order to control another countries but instead they are using their money to penetrates and have the power to control whatever poor countries that will fall to this tactics.

Not only China though, there are tons of other country that does this as well even US. It may not seems as harsh as how China does this but you do know for a fact that if a country put up a good amount of money in another country, those country will receive some privilleges. So how does this different from China?
this is  the problem now as even US has been lend by china of some amount in the past and there are humors that this is the reason why US is now creating trade war against Chinese government.
but of course this are only humor and none can proof it right or wrong.
Quote
Besides that I dont really see how is that an issue though. Basically China wont be giving you free money without signing any deal to repay them. If the country sign them, that means they should already know the consequences incase they wont be able to pay. If they have no ability to pay, then they shouldnt be taking those money in the first place
Of course thats the main objective of china to lend money as many as they can so each country is under their control because of the debt.
this is how China is very smart in some ways.
and they are now taking the fruit of their actions.
4567  Economy / Speculation / Re: We will likely see a sharp increase then decrease in price on: August 19, 2020, 12:13:00 PM
It's not greed to take profit along the way, everyone of us here has an entry and exit point how much profit we want to take but even if you are a short term trader you should have funds allocated for long term profit, because long term is where we got the most profit and it's proven.

But not all trader have an entry and exit point, especially with the exit point because many of us will hold for more when the price increase higher.
because you are not pointing for a day trader mate instead what you are talking about here are those chance trader that can afford to keep holding and not relying for daily income this is different from day trader.
Quote
Some of us want to make a bigger profit, so we hold bitcoin for a while until the price can increase more. If that is what we do, we will not make a nice profit, but we will get a small profit.
actually This is Semi long term holding mate, when a person can wait for a week or month waiting for what amount he wanted to sell.
Quote
We forget about our target sell price because we want to make a bigger profit, which is not always we can get. It's better to profit while we can than to lose the chance to sell at a high price.
when i am still trading i am not looking for being greed instead i am contented in at least gaining 5% for a day.
because for me?it is enough to gain small than losing at all.
4568  Economy / Economics / Re: Warren Buffet bought “Gold” for the first time. When Bitcoin? on: August 19, 2020, 11:46:27 AM
He might be investing in Bitcoin privately and not make it public. The mass adoption is begun to happen to all digital assets.
Yups Just like in Gold as i don't believe that it is really His first time buying Gold since all people in the world either want to have gold or they already have, and also He may have Given some Gift for His  Lover r other friend thats why it is impossible that this is His first time having Gold
So much hate for the Gold before and now, he’s investing on it like nothing happened. Anyway, expect Gold to pump higher because of this and since many economies are really suffering right now Gold is the best option to earn and save more profits. I hope bitcoin is the next step for Warren though we don’t need him to get invested but at least he’s a popular stocks guy and it can make a good impression for bitcoin so let’s see.
maybe the man Is just hypocrite to accept reality.

Having a lot of money?there is always a possibilities that He is accumulating crypto secretly?
4569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is very excited at the moment. on: August 18, 2020, 11:34:49 AM
After much speculation the value of bitcoin has been $12,000. Bitcoin is currently priced at $12,000. Bitcoin has actually been able to show that bitcoin is the king of the crypto world. As the price of bitcoin has risen, so have the prices of other cryptocurrencies. Ethereum, Litecoin etc coin prices have risen. What is going to happen in the market. What do you think about all this cryptocurrency? Let's discuss in detail.
actually we re more excited than anyone else, because we have been waiting this long to reach at least this $12,000 and now seems like staying longer because it is staying at 12,200-12,300 range.

i am planning to sell half of my holdings if the price starts to fall again for my safeties and readiness to wait for another dump or correction.

I think the same as you! Our market is not really in the bullish season, but it will be soon! Accompany with the pump of ETH and BTC, especially the launching of ETH 2.0 will positively affect the market. Many investors are expecting that there will be a bullish season for altcoins follow along the pump of ETH and BTC. Let's see what gonna happen!
so what is the Bullrun for you?if this one is not consider as bullishness?

are you fool waiting for another $20,000 before declaring to yourself that 12,000 is enough to call as bullish?
4570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best performing "old" coins on the market? on: August 18, 2020, 05:20:55 AM
For me the I would always suggest that the best performing old coins/token in the market that still kicking and pumping are ethereum, ripple, bitcoincash, litecoin and EOS. And I have no doubts investing for these altcoins.
i doubt that OP is talking about OLD coins and ethereum is not that old compared to the example OP gives.

though your sets of currency is what i have holding now yet it wasn't OP is looking for.

I think i support the first poster in which mentioned MONERO because this currency is really old yet standing still in good position now.one of the best for long term holding.

But for OP,why need to look for older coins when there are good currencies talking about performance like ethereum and EOS together with Ripple?

Besides ETH and BNB, I think you can choose QTUM as your long term investment. They continue to develop the project, and also currently QTUM's price is cheap, so you can buy now and then hold it until 1-2 years later, see what you will get. I personally still hold some QTUM ss my long term investment.
Binance is one safe coin because this is one of the fastest growing exchange now so yeah BNB maybe one of the best candidate also.
4571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Chainlink is a shitcoin and will dump to zero on: August 18, 2020, 04:49:20 AM
don't fall for the hype, this shitcoin should never be in the top 5 even the top 200. It is a pump and dump by a group of scammers led by sergey. It has no real value and is useless.
yeah says from an account created week ago with only  2  posts?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2838381;sa=showPosts

if you have a good intention then better create a scam accusation together with your proof and not this kind of shitpost .

there are tons of newbie account originally created just to make something like your claim so if you are not one of them better to provide proofs and let us all know what is your main objective making post like this.

and why not even com back to support your accusation?
4572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a Fake Bitcoin? on: August 18, 2020, 04:04:19 AM
Yes.

It's called Bitcoin Cash.

Smiley

Another one is Bitcoin Satoshi Vision.
you forgot to add Bitcoin Silver and all of the forked bitcoin lol.

For OP?you will never be faked if you will only purchase and use Bitcoin and  nothing else, though there are some good altcoins also yet Bitcoin is the safest of them all.

After I read some comments on this topic, most of the people thought Bitcoin forked coins such as BSV, BCH, BCD, BTG and
others as fake Bitcoin. I don't blame this, because indeed some forked coins claim to be real Bitcoin. And that is very misleading
information.
and why need for Forked when there is already existing and original?
whats the motive behind forking a great currency like bitcoin?
from my experience there are no fake bitcoins, all i know is altcoin but the price is still far different from bitcoin price. If you have ever met fake bitcoin, then you have to be careful in making decisions if you choose the wrong choice then you will get a big loss.
why need experience?to learn about fake bitcoin?Lol Claiming to be the Real Bitcoin is a clear statement that one coin like Bitcoin Cash is really fake and misleading people .
4573  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donald Trump signs executive orders banning TikTok and WeChat on: August 17, 2020, 03:05:29 PM
Trump will never end this battle against China  as long as he is the US president while the effect is already obvious towards their economy.

Accusing tiktok and wechat as a surveillance apparatus of china to the whole world.(this is what i have watched in news)

What about US having eye  to the world?

The products of google company such as amazon, facebook, youtube are prohibited in China, Trump's being aggressive towards China does not change this, because China already has antipathy to American products, I am not talking about the Chinese people.
I think Trump is aggressive because the United States is buying too much from China.
Buying what?well the whole world is buying so much thing from china but why only Trump is making this stand against the Chinese government?

Yeah china is also aggressive but they have the rights because they have already investment in every country and even the strongest country in the world has credit from them.
4574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🌟Just seen someone win $42,000 in btc on bitvest.🌟 on: August 17, 2020, 02:38:16 PM
I believe it is 55 more or less btc mate and not 60+? Correct me if I'm wrong but that is how my computation says about your photo.
55 is still a huge amount of btc  . 1 year later the price of btc pump but i doubt if he have some btc left because he was also a big bettor . he is lucky if he decide to kept his btc a year  or more for savings . big bankroll

If ever the owner was able to save that 55btc upto 2017 he's maybe retired now and just enjoying his life or the other way around if he keeps betting those days, maybe the casinos or House already upgrade their websites now wherein they will be the one who always win, at that time when owners photo win, BTC werent that high they possibly didn't consider winning at all times but after that or 2017 ATH, many casino maybe update their system so they will find way to still win at all times.
Big bettor like the mentioned one?surely that BTC involved had already lose that same year.

Gamblers will always gamble and for people like him?55 btc is just a peanut we are only looking how much he won but what about the amount he already lose?

This is the problem in Gambling where people always looking for your win but never asked how much is your capital before winning that big amount.

He might spend more than 100BTC who knows?

But one thing is clear here that Bitvest is a legit gambling site lol.
4575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Brave Rewards on: August 17, 2020, 02:01:04 PM
You need to do KYC to receive them.

If that is not a problem to you... The amount of rewards also depend on which country you live in. In my country, the rewards are ridiculously low (like cents per month)

I agree, the rewards is very small. But if nothing else, just let it accumulate and don't see it as a potential earner for you. I have been using this brave for so many months but got few cents only. Or maybe I'm not really keen in using it. So if you decide to use it, don't expect that you can earn a decent income because you can't. Treat it as earning dust of satoshis from faucets and just forget that you are earning something while using their network. You may want to check this article also.

https://www.pcmag.com/news/brave-browser-will-pay-you-to-view-ads-but-theres-a-catch
Actually for me?it doesnt matter how low the reward is because as far as i know it is only incentives for us using Brave browser things that Mozilla or chrome can’t give so at least we can consider it as passive income and just let it sit for years because no matter what we will still use the browser so just leave it there.
I didn't take my rewards in them, I haven't applied but I've heard that they're asking for KYC. The rewards are not that high.

Common man,be practical why not just apply for KYC so at least you are gaining since you are using brave already?dont care how low it is because at least it is money for free.
4576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ChainLink - Sell or Hold for some more time? on: August 17, 2020, 01:24:41 PM
What do guys think of ChainLink's long term price prediction? Do you recommend, if someone bought it @ $1.5 better to sell and buy back at correction? Worried, What if there is no correction?
Chainlink’s season has already passed piece of advice better sell it off now and don't wait for another correction because if luck was not for you all chainlink holder?
That correction that you are waiting will be the start of another dumping so be practical and be contented for your earning since Chainlink grows very high this past weeks.
Price is adjusting, so don't invest it at the moment. Maybe the price will go down to $ 5-6 and you can wait until then and buy
What kind of adjusting? And how come you know?what if this is not adjusting instead bearishness ?

Anyway i am now a supporter nor holder of this currency but if im in the position?practicality will surely help me decide .
4577  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The importance of support resistance on: August 17, 2020, 12:18:36 PM
Obviously Support and Resistance are important and I consider it to be among the most important factors for crypto speculation.

It's a good basis when anticipating the next market movements, placing your orders that based from this information gives you better
chances to gained from the market.

Quote
I have been doing trading for quite a few years and I have experienced many times that the Support and Resistance play a major role in deriving the next crypto trend.

Once you have a good familiarization with this trading tool, it will lessen the chance of losing your investment.

Quote
I have seen bull runs when bitcoin broke the resistance and also I have seen the bearish trend when bitcoin kept on breaking the support.
Even today I believe the next bull run will be when bitcoin breaks the resistance around $15k.

Though it's not that accurate due to possible sideways, but the chance is much higher if there's no manipulations that will take place.
4578  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be carefull Newbies! Fake exchange promocodes scams on: August 17, 2020, 11:21:34 AM
These are completely fraudulent matters! I don't know what this token you will get for the 0.016 BTC deposit ?! Things like this are very common in new projects where they say that they will give you the token for free, but when you want to make a withdrawal they ask you to deposit first.

Free satoshi I assume it's BTC that OP is mentioning, he will get some satoshi after using the promocode, the problem is in order
to claimed the free BTC OP needs to deposit such huge amount.

A very proof that this really an attempt of scamming him by whoever give him this info. Good thing OP didn't fall for this scam,
Just wondering what if it's not that huge amount that OP needs to deposit, maybe there's chance that OP might fall to this trick.

Quote
You must pay attention to such types of fraud and completely avoid them, any site that asks you to deposit first is undoubtedly fraudulent.

That's for sure, why in the hell someone will attract you to give something free but in order to received you need to deposit
first. That's really annoying better to ignore and stay away.
4579  Economy / Economics / Re: Exclusive Tax Proposals On American Billionaires on: August 16, 2020, 05:26:03 PM
The election is nearing, and I don't think this will pass into various readings considering that everyone's attention and efforts are not really directed into making billionaires pay hefty taxes. Everyone running for a position in the government are trying their hardest to appeal the masses and get their votes. Anyway, there would be some opposition for this, surely. Then again, we are in the age wherein most people feel like the billionaires aren't already paying enough taxes (which is true, partly) that they have to increase their contribution to the public coffers for the welfare of all. The intention is good, though the timing isn't, and can be purely for show and appeal.

OK. Let me translate this in to simple English.

In short, the lazy welfare rats want free money by taxing the hard working rich people. They want to tax capital gains and dividends, at a rate which is equal to the tax on regular income. But if the tax level is increased to such an amount, then why the rich should make investments? They can simply hold their wealth in the form of bullion or treasury bonds and avoid paying any tax. But then, there will be widespread unemployment and the economy will be ruined (I am sure that the welfare rats won't mind that, since they are not impacted).

Very precise and your point is valid. Why rich people will help the economy if they will see that this taxes will haunt them up, they will keep their assets in other forms or fly away from the country and start a fresh life in another place where rules like this is not implemented.
It's not really good if this senator are looking for additional sources of funds for the country, longer effects like you mentioned, if those rich people will stop providing job, the lower sect of people will feel the impacts, those who are in power will not going to be affected as they already have comfortable life.
4580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea and Australia, they are bitcoin pro on: August 16, 2020, 05:10:12 PM

It will not take long to see more countries will also adopt BTC and ETH for it really can thrive even in this covid crisis. A developed countries like South Korea and Australia can easily adopt cryptocurrency, it must be easy for other countries as well. All other countries I think will have no option but to also adopt because we all need secure transactions.

No longer far from realities as bitcoin and blockchain system are already
gaining interest from more countries around the world, for now we are
seeing news from this two places.

Allowing more readers to learned about this new technology, eventually
we will see more countries will participate to this innovated technology.

Soon every places from the world will learn how to use and take advantage
of this industry both for investment and for the actual usages of this chain.
