4561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anybody ever used pnxbet? on: July 06, 2021, 03:11:32 AM
I actually first heard about it from a friend. I then took some time looking for some feedback about the platform online. I mostly read that the site is legit. I also read a good portion of its general terms and conditions. More or less, I already have an idea about the site. But I thought it is best to listen to those who have actual experiences with it.

I've been wanting to try their platform also because they are promoted by many YouTubers here in our country but still hesitate because of the reviews I read here. Their website is well made and been operating since 2019. My guess is that they have poor customer service and don't solve any issues encountered by their users making them a bad website to play. If their motive is really to scam then they will just grab their profit and not hire influencers to promote their platform.

P.S. Incase someone thinks I am taking side with pnxbet. Haven't tried the platform yet, I'm still good with the current platform I'm using.
4562  Economy / Economics / Re: Die today, Die tommorrow, the same dying! still get vaccinated! on: July 05, 2021, 12:46:48 PM
Are you willing to be vaccinated?

I am a person with comorbidity so I'm afraid to be vaccinated because if it will cause a side effect to my body that I couldn't fight, it could result for me to die. I would just rather die the way I want where I am happy than to get any brand of vaccine, plus they don't guarantee yet that you won't have COVID anymore. If the people around me are vaccinated, that is already enough to lessen the risk for me of contracting the virus. I also don't get out of the house so there is a very low chance for me to get the virus.
4563  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Beach El Salvador - facts please ? on: July 05, 2021, 04:12:21 AM
I was therefore wondering if anyone has been there or knows of anyone who’s been there and can tell us what it’s really like. Obviously don’t DOX yourself or anyone else. Again travel is not easy due to Covid restraints , but I’ll be going there some day . It’s on my bucket list and I’m really looking forward to a surf and several beers afterwards Smiley

Saw a video about this and it looks like it is a remote town in El Salvador where it is popular among tourists especially surfers. Locals there can choose to get paid with bitcoin and use bitcoin beach's app to pay bills or buy their necessities. Tourists can also convert their bitcoin to cash on a bitcoin atm there. The video didn't mention if the town accepts payment of bitcoin from tourists because locals there only use bitcoin beach's app, and the app is only exclusive for them but this is already a good start for bitcoin adoption and really a place to put on the bucket list if you are a crypto enthusiast.

4564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know the Cards game..lucky nine, pusoy and tong its on: July 05, 2021, 02:43:49 AM
These games are popular in the Philippines but if you will search about it on the internet, you can find that it is not just famous here.

Pusoy's international name is chinese poker which is popular to some countries around Asia and they have their own mechanics of that game on their country if I am not mistaken.

Lucky nine is already a popular game in some casinos, not sure if this is also the same term in other countries but its mechanics is almost the same as baccarat.

Tong its is the Philippines variant for rummy card game. This is very popular here because it is easy to play, you just have to match your hands until you can't.
4565  Economy / Economics / Re: (HELP) - Which are the most friendly countries for a crypto startup? on: July 04, 2021, 08:59:02 AM
I will include here my country Philippines. Some businesses here and large companies are eyeing to adopt cryptocurrencies in their platform. Our popular wallet Gcash here plans to allow their users to buy, sell, and store cryptocurrencies on their wallets. We use gcash almost everyday here like paying bills, sending money, mode of payment, etc. so if they adopt crypto on their platform, this will make more people to be aware of what cryptocurrencies really are that it isn't a scam.
4566  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should we do in the sideways market of Bitcoin? on: July 04, 2021, 07:54:28 AM
Accumulate is the best thing to do now if you can still afford to but I don't recommend going all-in as crypto market is very volatile. Seeing their previous highs will bring us quick profit once the market starts to rally again. We've been consolidating for many weeks now so this is a sign that whales are accumulating. I don't think we can go lower than $30k at this point as bulls are strongly defending that support. There is no point selling at this moment if you're at loss like you bought during bull season. Market is very unpredictable, you will just lose money if you sold your crypto at a low price because you think it will dump more in the next coming days.
4567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You got a pifzer ? Then you can be eligible for lottery in Poland. on: July 04, 2021, 06:35:05 AM
This becomes a trend now in some countries now to attract more people to be vaccinated. It is a win-win situation, you lessen the threat of the virus to your body and have a chance to change your life if you win the lottery. It's just sad that some people are still afraid to get a vaccine because they are informed of false news, there may be some side effects that result for some people to die but these are only isolated cases. This often happen if you have other illness which often happens to older people who have a weaker immune system that can't fight the side effect. If your body is still working perfectly and not that old it is still better to get a vaccine because this will also benefit the people around us. You won't easily get the virus from someone if you are vaccinated.
4568  Economy / Gambling / Re: dappcasino.io - Gambling Dapps & Crypto Casino Reviews on: July 04, 2021, 03:41:26 AM

It's a good website review about gambling dapp platforms. It shows and explains each bonuses offered on different websites which can help gamblers when trying a new gambling platform. The explanations are very straightforward so everyone would not have difficulty to understand it. The website also contains reviews of different categories for each gambling games like dice, crash game, plinko, and hi-lo so it can really help you if you're looking for a specific website review of which platform to play that game.
4569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The point of Dogecoin. on: July 01, 2021, 08:56:21 PM
Is there really any points of dogecoin other than to meme it and use it as a pump and dump?

Dogecoin can also be used to gamble in some websitess. With its low fees and cheap price, your bankroll will last longer rsther than using bitcion to gamble. Other than that, I don't see more purpose of dogecoin in the crypto space. It is just a memcoin for me, and the developer of that coin also admitted that is was only created for that purpose. Elon Musk just made it popular for some unknown reason. I'm sure he knows that dogecoin has unlimited anount of supply and the top 10 holders of that coin owns a very large amount of supply which can drive the price down a lot.
4570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What really makes a cryptocurrency successful on: July 01, 2021, 07:53:14 PM
Their usecase in the blockchain technology is what really makes a crypto successful. There are many cryptos now that shows a lot of potential in the future because their project solves some problems that blockchain tech lacks. The team also behind that project are very active updating about their progress and future plans. They always engage to some events like hackaton to make their project become more popular. They do partnerships with some popular companies or other crypto projects to improve the usecase of their cryptocurrency.
4571  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to deal with bear markets on: July 01, 2021, 07:04:50 PM
If you're new in crypto, dealing wirh bear market is really difficult at the beginning. You think that you are the most unluckiest person in the world to experience that and you won't be able to recover your loss anymore. Overcoming these experiences will greatly help your mindset when bear market occurs again. You will know what is the best thing to do or avoid. Bear markets don't last forever, if we have strong mind to hold our coin and not be affected by the fuds spreading then bear market won't be a problem to us.
4572  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Cryptocurrency a Good Investment? on: July 01, 2021, 06:16:32 PM
It is a good investment as long as it is not a shitcoin or memecoin. If that particular crypto has a real project then there is nothing wrong investing to those coins. A crypto can soar more than 500% of its price after some years as long as its development is continuous. If we invested to those coins in their early stage, it could bring us a huge amount of money that could be enough to use in our retirement. Been into crypto since 2016, price is really volatile but investing to it for long term is really a good choice for me.
4573  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there really a lot of money to be made trading bitcoin? on: July 01, 2021, 02:48:38 PM
Yes if you will have 100% trading accuracy. Imagine buying and selling at the right timing. But in reality this is hard to achieve and no one is able to do this, bitcoin's price is affected by many factors. Technical and fundamental analysis doesn't always work. A single news could greatly affect the market. People often think that it is easy to earn profit when you trade bitcoin or any other crypto especially on a bull market. They don't consider the risk if something bad happens that will cause the price to dump.
4574  Economy / Speculation / Re: Using BTC only for Trading? on: July 01, 2021, 01:58:29 PM
Your thoughts on this. Do you think one can be successful just day trading on BTC only vs the other coins/tokens? thanks

I prefer trading altcoins that really has a real project not like those memecoins or dog-related coins where it is only driven by hype. Trading good altcoins like bnb, eth, ada, matic, etc. will give you more profit compare to trading bitcoin. Altcoin's potential to double in short-term is easy to achieve, just look at bnb at the start of this year. If you can only afford to have a small capital, trading altcoins is alot better than bitcoin. If you trade bitcoin, you won't feel your profit if your capital is not thst big.
4575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why on earth do you own bitcoin? on: July 01, 2021, 08:26:37 AM
Been hearing this question since 2016 when I started investing in bitcoin. My answer is we are slowly going into a digital world and cryptocurrencies not just bitcoin will make a big impact when this happens like most businesses will become cashless. People still don't accept the concept of digital money, they still think that it is not secure or can disappear easily because it only exists on the internet. Having bitcoin is a good investment also because it has a very limited amount of supply so its price will likely increase in the future.
4576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you pay with Bitcoin whenever you're able to? on: July 01, 2021, 07:27:12 AM
I once paid using bitcoin when I went to a grocery store few years ago, its value at that time is still small so I had to pay a large amount of bitcoin which at this moment its value now is more than 3x. I regretted those moments when I remember them and should have just saved it. Right now I don't spend it anymore unless there is an emergency, I am treating bitcoin as my long-term investment and will just spend it when I retire. Paying with bitcoin on a daily basis now is just a waste as its value continue increases over the years because of its limited supply.
4577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding 5 years a just a imagination on: June 30, 2021, 03:12:39 PM
Been into crypto since 2016 so I can say hodling for 5 years is not an imagination. A portion of my btc earnings here from signature campaigns goes to my non-custodial wallet where my plan is just to hold it until I am not able to work anymore. I am not sure if it will still have value by the time I retire but holding btc is very different from altcoins. Altcoin's development depends on the developers so holding only good altcoins like eth or bnb is good for the long term while holding low cap altcoins is a risk because their development is not continuous and most often the devs behind that leave it in the long run.
4578  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this a good plan for learning tradning ? on: June 30, 2021, 02:18:48 PM
~snip

It is a good plan but just like school and graduating to have work, you won't experience the real world unless you try it yourself. Those just explain only stuff about trading but it doesn't include what you will experience doing it and how to overcome it. It doesn't even have a topic about risk management which is important to learn when you want to trade. Some traders I know only knows the basic fundamentals but they still do good in trading. To be a good trader for me is not just all about good in fundamentals or theories but also good in dealing with their own emotion too.
4579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling Licenses - What they actually mean on: June 30, 2021, 01:36:41 PM
Do you think someone needs to offer a legit crypto gambling license to give consumers more protection? Or are we ok where we are know?

Licenses could really help the reputation of crypto gambling websites. This proves that they are operating legally and less likely to scam their users. I'm sure that all of us won't want to go to a gambling casino that's been operating illegally. Having license gives confidence to players that their money won't be stolen easily. This also means that they are funded enough of their business if they have a license.

I checked on google about some of the popular websites to see if they are licensed and yes most of them are really registered with Curacao's license.

- Sportsbet is licensed as a corporate bookmaker in the Northern Territory under the Racing and Betting Act 1993 (NT).
- FortuneJack is licensed by Curacao.
- Stake is licensed by the government of Curaçao.
- Bitcasino.io are provided and regulated by Moon Technologies B.V., who are operating under the license 1668/JAZ issued to CURACAO eGAMING by the Government of Curaçao on October 1, 1996.
- Chips.gg is an online casino with Curacao license.
4580  Economy / Economics / Re: When everybody tell you take take risk with money on: June 30, 2021, 11:33:17 AM
Never go full retard!! You can take any risk but never take risk with your MONEY!!

So are you implying that we should not have business or dive to an opportunity where we can increase our income? Businesses always take risk so people should also learn to take risk BUT they should learn what or where their money is going or how they really earn from it. Never take risk if you don't know what you're investing into, some people's mistake is this. They just invest in something just for the reason of someone told them that they would earn money from that.
