I think anybody buying in ETHX india will still continue to buy from there itself because from site you can buy at 18200 +182(fees) . While on Ethlabs the price is too high at 19950 which is too high as a price difference.

45 Btc you are sitting with lot of them. How did you manage to get so many OP? Hold some of them as it is. Invest few of them in ETH and some other in altcoins which you think may have a good prospect in future. Well risk free is only in banks where you get the fixed return if your country has a positive % return in banks for customer. Else investing btc in risk free market is negligible.

I think GST will be applicable on the exchanges since they are providing services so it will fall under GST, if so govt allows the bitcoin in India. Now what percent will it follow etc will be the thing to watch out for might be even 18 % it may be. This becomes secondary for now. But yes traders and exchanges whose turnover will be above 75 lakh need to get GST number and file the returns accordingly.

What is the price of 1 btc? Also how much do you have currently is it a bulk deal or a very small portion you are trying to sell. Let us know so that accordingly people who meet the requirement will only be interested rather than everybody coming and asking you.

I would suggest that be cautious investing in any cloud mining because majorly many are the ponzi schemes where they will initially give you returns but after sometime the excuses will start and at the need will shutdown taking you money . So instead invest in btc or other altcoins if you feel which will have a good future so that atleast your money will be safe than investing in such ponzi schemes.
