...necromancer who spends all his time attempting to raise long lost corrupted spirits from their waterlogged tombs such that he might learn terrible truths about powerful artifacts which shall definitively confer upon him untold and overwhelming powers of subjugation over earthly carbon-based lifeforms.

Ok... I suppose you could argue for the use of a comma after the words artifacts and earthly in my sentence Tongue

Yes, I'm bored.  I voted.  I've been staring at code and now the only thing on TV are so-called experts attempting to predict the outcome of the election...

Maybe I'll watch a movie...

Looks like we've cross-posted, bud. Excellent submission! So, with your submission we have ...

Down in Louisiana there dwells an evil necromancer who spends all his time attempting to raise long lost corrupted spirits from their waterlogged tombs such that he might learn terrible truths about powerful artifacts which shall definitively confer upon him untold and overwhelming powers of subjugation over earthly carbon-based lifeforms ...

<carbon-based is hyphenated, thus needing a different word or rephrasing - sentient lifeforms or sentient beings may suffice>

After starting this thread, I conducted some research where I was surprised to read that William Faulkner's Absalom, Absalom is credited for containing the world's longest grammatically correct sentence, albeit not abiding by my constraints stated in the OP above. Ironically, Faulkner incorporated "demon" in his prose (the beginning of which is quoted below), whereas "evil" is currently in our attempt, perhaps somewhere down the line we'll toss in "pony" or "ponies" for shits and giggles, recalling https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=45298.0 and related this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=45324.0. (that episode still makes me grin ear-to-ear)

I'm still waiting the first person to add to what I've started ... (and NO ellipses)

4583  Other / Off-topic / Crafting world's longest English sentence sans punctuations, repeating words, .. on: November 08, 2016, 09:08:48 PM
EDIT: If you're unable to submit changes, please consider at least critiquing what we have to date. Every bit helps, guys.

No commas and not a single word is to be repeated (including "a" and "an" and "the" and of course "and") in crafting the world's longest sentence within those guidelines. I'll start, but feel free to change said start, alter it, etc., as long as we collectively achieve the goal. Oh, it MUST BE 100% grammatically correct, a given... and must make percent sense, another given whether factual, fictional, or a combination of the two, the latter of which I would consider great/nice/some other adjective.

Further constraints are: no contractions (e.g. there's); no abbriviations; no hyphenated words; no dashes; no colons; no semicolons; etc. In essence, a quasi-run-on sentence that's, again, grammatically correct.

I reserve the option of modifying the rules above as the task progresses. Maybe we can get our combined efforts submitted in the Guinness World Records. That said, have at, all.

Down in Louisiana there dwells an evil ... (note how my original opening has since changed)

Use this tool to make sure no words are used more than once: https://wordcounttools.com/

Use this tool to listen to it: http://ttsreader.com/ or https://text-to-speech-demo.mybluemix.net/ (the better of the two in my opinion)

For those who only reading the first post of threads, here's what we have to date:

http://Crypto-city.com is picking up steam with a surge of continuous signups (200 in the last 12 hours and still going) as we move forward towards another upcoming site update early late November / early December.   Grin

Googling "surge of continuous" I found ...

Worf: Perhaps today is a good day to have a surge of cucumbers continuously stuck up my ass.

"I hope we're not too late to join the surge of continuous signups at Crypto-city."

"Totally fuckin' amazing! Crypto-city still has the lights on so I guess I best get my scammy ass over there and join the surge of continuous signups."

For the past ten fuckin' months, Chantha Owen Lueung couldn't even get one of his declared 74K+ Cryptoc-city users to give its Facebook page a second Like still stuck at 1 Like since Owne gave it to himself, now this fucker wants you to believe hook, line and sinker that a surge of continuous signups is in the making. Talk about being a scammy fuck in the cryptocurrency space, this fucker takes the cake right up there with his partners Leroy Fodor and Michael Zinck, Marshall Long, Nick Spanos, John Fitzpatrick, Craig Steven Wright, Joshua Zipkin, Joshua Garza, Josh Zerlan, to name only a few of nefarious actors in this space.

Chantha Owen Lueung has been barred from trading on the legacy exchanges here in the US due to lyin' his motherfuckin' ass off to his investors who put their moneys trustingly in his hands only to get fucked royally. Now that this fucker has discovered the crypto space, he's using it to further fuck over the ill-informed, hence my presence here to warn you lazy fucks who don't do your own due diligence.

Chantha Owen Lueung is 100% bad news in the cryptocurrency space, and you can take that truism to the bank.

Thanks to this thread it's confirmed that I'm a fuckin' idiot! How the hell did I never see that I could plug in a user's name before (virtually exactly like conducting a regular search on this forum), let alone using the letter 'e' as a default search term upon clicking said option? Thanks for the thread, bud.

Clearly bullshit

I agree. Very similar to a lie. Just someone so decided to draw attention to Bitcoins. And the old man would hardly have realized that he had found Bitcoin

READ THE FUCKIN' ARTICLE and you'll learnt that the old man also didn't know how to masturbate till after he approached a couple versed in such things, teaching him the ropes, including on how to fire up the found working hard drive that the bitcoins were supposedly located.

Glad to see that Decred its still highly active due to this page starting two days ago and now has five replies.

Funnies aside, if I were granted an audience with Decred principles for five minutes - NO BULLSHIT - I'm confident that together we can turn Decred around.

FUCK YOU, nomad! I just checked out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNVgzk3tbl0, and now thanks to your fuckin' link I'm back to leaning toward your camp. 4594  Economy / Services / I Need a Vector Logo - I already have design - Only 2 colors - Noncrypto related on: November 07, 2016, 03:01:55 AM
I require the services of a logo designer to transform my near-ready, fairly simple logo into a completed vector logo with slight modifications to my design. I'll be paying with bitcoins. Payment upon completion useless agreed upon terms are made, predicated on the trust factor between both parties - myself and the designer.

It only has two colors with transparent background: black (#000000) and red (#d31415).
It's all text letters (specific font family; no artwork) arranged according to my specs.

I'll privately submit my design, whereupon a versed designer should have no problem completing the alterations into a vector format in very short order. I'll clearly as possible stipulate what I'm aiming for in the final design. Chances are good that you'll be redesigning my attempt from scratch oppose to taking what I have and providing the final touches, but even then, again, it should be a quick process, relatively speaking (if I'm not mistaken). You're just arranging black and red text - words and letters, respectively - with one word in italics, and the entire image is offset/rotated -14.15o. Chances are also good that unless we're exactly on the same page, quick edits should be expected toward finalization of the logo.

Replies should be to this thread depicting an estimated price range expressed in US dollars (given the fluctuations in the bitcoin exchange rate of late). I WILL NOT be making my choice by price along, hence also requiring candidates to post examples of past work not bound by an NDA et al.

I'm watching this thread so not to miss any questions, concern, replies, etc. Feel free to PM me as well.

Once I choose a designer, I'll lock this thread. I won't immediately declare who I chose, but will later give the person kudos upon accepting the final design and payment's made. The winning designer will be welcome to use me as a reference (free of charge, of course).

I'll later reveal the design accepted once my project is in full force. I'll require a quasi-NDA from the designer I use (nothing formal, i.e. in legalese writing et al. - just your word).

I'll make my decision sometime after 24 hours have passed using the timestamp when this thread was started.

Okay, enough about ducks, platypuses and boobies, back to Cryptsy. How come I've never seen this video of Paul Vernon and Jim Shockney together before? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7MKVWpdQZ0

If anyone's having issues with HYP, you can download the full chain with wallet here: https://www.crypto-city.com/index.php/hyperstake-hyp-ann/

Here's an idea, why don't you tell your business partner, Leroy Fodor, to fully refund all his StakeMiners' investors who've requested refunds but only get pennies on the dollar per week, with the backlog now over three years before everybody's paid in full, not counting future requests by investors, and not counting Michael Zinck who had no problem exiting StakeMiners sans waiting in queue like everybody else not named Michael Zinck or Leroy Fodor. Not quite a fish, but pretty close, them ducks are. Thanks to Google, I can now confirmed that I've fucked ducks, most similar to the above duck. Note the duck's bill being similar to a ballcap brim. Note to self: Go to Walmart and purchase ballcaps so to occupy myself during the long winter months. Another note to self: Register libraryofduckbills.com, a porn site that only accepts shitcoins.

Sorry gleb but that's nowhere near a fish. Its a marsupial called a platypus native to Australia. Seeing as how in the past I've shown that its valid Smiley Its duck billed sure and lives in ponds yeah but even if it quacks like a duck it isn't a duck.

Sorry to prove this wrong but its not related to the duck family. It is the only mammal to lay eggs though

Well fuck me in the ass! I guess I've never fucked a duck then.  Cry But, as least I'm versed on how to keep them ... what did you call them? ... oh, yeah ... platypus ... keep them platypuses webbed-like-a-duck paws taunt so not to scratch my belly during coitus.

On second thought, thanks to Google, I guess only the Lord Love a Duck.

But in your picture earlier i see..

I guess theymos and his buddie's the Monero crew and VOD etc had me downgraded.
So.. i guess there is no point in me ever negging anyone etc it won't be viewed by people.

Kind of sleazy senseless bullshit from forum staff if that is the case (i need to look into it)
I don't see what i have done to deserve being downgraded or what ever.. nor was i notified if this did happen.

Hey, maybe you can get paraipan (1) to give you some positive trust. He's at level two. He's also dead. Here's to hoping that he's not voting Democrat in Chicago come Tuesday.
