4581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is all over the mainstream media lately on: June 19, 2017, 12:25:06 PM
Probably with the last price rise and growth of popularity Bitcoin has become more interesting to media too. After all, they are always looking for new sensations.
But majority of them still publish only bad news connected to Bitcoin, like cyber attacks and ransomware so mar people still beleive that Bitcoin is something illegal connected with criminal activities. That should be changed.
4582  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Comprised Poloniex accounts being used to manipulate the market on: June 19, 2017, 11:56:49 AM
Poloniex is facing different issues for a quite period of time now and this is one in a row. But I'm sure they will react if you pass them information through customer support. Scams are appearing more and more often and in more complex and sofisticated forms. Security is something we,should all work on.
4583  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: Best investment in 2017? on: June 19, 2017, 08:25:59 AM
So far it looks that Bitcoin realy is the most profitable investment in 2017. Just look how the price was moving from the begininig of the year. The tendency and some predictions are in favour of this trend so if you invest now by the end of the year your could put nice percentage in your pocket.
4584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin system collapses in the near future on: June 19, 2017, 07:52:05 AM
Why so many dark and pesimistic threads about Bitcoin death, collapse and similar? Bitcoin has issues, yes this is true but this is part of the normal process. Changes are needed and the system and users will have to adapt but that doesn't mean that the whole system will collapse and vanish.
4585  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you have 10 bitcoin !! on: June 18, 2017, 06:15:04 PM
If I had 10 Bitcoins at current price I would consider myself very lucky and even rich. The part of it I would definetely invest and try to enlarge this sum even more. Maybe also run some business on my own. The part of it I would hold as savings and smaller share I would also spend for the urgent financial situations.
4586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you using low fees? on: June 18, 2017, 06:11:07 PM
Not anymore because then all my transactions would probably get stuck. Now I use wallets with dynamic fees policy. But there are also no low fees anymore, even those labeled as normal or low are very high. But this is the new Bitcoin reality, if you want it use it efficiently and be sure that you would get or send the coins, you have to pay the price.
4587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ladies and Gentlemen, Bitcoin is about to be Centralized on: June 17, 2017, 07:01:53 PM
Some form of regulation of Bitcoin doesn't necessary mean centralization. But on the other hand aren't exchangers some way of centralization and control of Bitcoin? And every news like this that appears always causes panic with users before even they checked if it's true. Be rational.
4588  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading safely on: June 16, 2017, 12:09:39 PM
No matter how easy it looks no analysis, research or prediction will not show you how to be a good trader and earn money. And no trading bot too.You just have to try it on your own and gain your own experience that will not always be pleasant. Of course you need some knowledge and information but no one else but you will bring it you and make you successful.
4589  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: June 16, 2017, 11:53:29 AM
Don't panic this is worst thing you could do. Everyone got a little fear when it happens for Bitcoin price to fall but you should look at this from positive side, that it's convenient time to buy more coins, not to sell them. So, keep cool head, avoid the panic influences and invest in Bitcoins before the price rise again.
4590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: switching from btc to alts? Can altcoins sustain upward trend? on: June 16, 2017, 11:40:42 AM
Because of some issues that Bitcoin is having some users are thinking about abandoning the Bitcoin and choosing some alts. But to my opinion this would be wrong decision. Although many altcoins are showing rising I don't see any particular potential to replace the Bitcoin or achieve its value. So I wouldn't switch to any alt at the moment.
4591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Complete Garbage!!! on: June 16, 2017, 08:07:14 AM
Everyone has the right for its own opinion but.you have to consider the facts. No other cryptocurrency managed to be accepted like Bitcoin and no other cryptocurrency hasn't the real value in real world like Bitcoin. Many users have made fine profit from Bitcoin and for many it helped to improve the financial situation.
Bitcoin has also managed to shake the traditional financial system and make some changes. If you call all this a waste and garbage... Maybe you only have some personal frustrations regarding Bitcoin.
4592  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin heading to $4,000 on: June 15, 2017, 03:53:51 PM
The panic selling is all part of the ride, the question is where will it bottom out?

A lot of money will be made off the back of these movements

Exactly, moments like this are great opportunity to make good money. Especialy for experienced and skilled traders and they definetely will not miss this chance. And ordinary users should avoid the situation of panic selling because although at the moment seems that we are far from 4000$ the situation will change sooner than you think.
4593  Economy / Speculation / Re: price getting down on: June 15, 2017, 03:46:49 PM
Yes, it's time to buy. The price has dropped or better to,say it's been corrected but that probably will not take very long and the price will be on the way up again.
Just don't allow to get to panic selling like in similar situation some uses do. Pumps and dumps are normal Bitcoin phases, don't forget that.
4594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The king is already dead. on: June 15, 2017, 09:54:42 AM
Another theme about Bitcoin beeing dead? Comme on people, let's get serious. I thought that everything has been already said about fees issues. Sometimes some changes and adjustments are needed to get things going.
And this is not the only problem Bitcoin will face, the new ones will appear with time and it will have to adjust over and over again. So please stop this dramatic and heart breaking announcements about Bitcoin beeing dead.
4595  Economy / Speculation / Re: drop of the value... any reasons? on: June 15, 2017, 07:20:47 AM
I would say it's another correction of price that happens more or less regulary. Many altclooins have dropped also. But it's not the time for panic. In situation like this many users, especialy those unexperienced start to fear they will loose funds and want to sell as soon as possible. Don't fall for this.
4596  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to somehow regulate Bitcoin? on: June 14, 2017, 06:07:52 PM
Of course it's possible, some countries have already done that, at least partialy. And that doesn't necessary have to be the bad thing but also to protect Bitcoin and the users from abuse and the feeling that they are performing something illegal. But of course this could go in totaly opposite way when governments are trying to control or supress Bitcoin.
4597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: June 14, 2017, 02:19:08 PM
Real, fiat money will never disappear, that is my opinion. With time cryptocurrencies will have bigger impact in financial world and some changes and transformations will happen but fiat money will not be entirely replaced. But let's be honest, at current stage Bitcoin doesn't have proper potential to replace real money.
4598  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: too high transaction cost? on: June 13, 2017, 06:53:32 PM
The time of low fees is over. I think we have to accept there are no more cheap transactions. Either you will pay rather high fee or take the risk that your transactions will never be confirmed or you will have to wait a very long time.
Although the fee issues could be solved but I'm afraid there is not enough will and readines for compromise.
4599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: June 13, 2017, 06:18:45 PM
Some people say that is.much easier to get or earn Bitcoins than fiat money and that is why they prefere it. For some it's.more convenient to use because is much more anonimous than fiat money and you can avoid the banks. Some say volatility is disadvantage of Bitcoin and some love it exactly because of that and they see their chance for profit.
4600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $8 fee? for a $73 transaction? Really what the fuc is going on? on: June 13, 2017, 01:08:04 PM
Fees issues are nothing new you should have known this by now. Low and very low fees are past, this is not functioning anymore. Until some solution is found we have to agree with higher fees if we want for transactions to be confirmed and delivered on time. So you better get the wallet where you can regulate the fees.
