4581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: August 21, 2017, 11:49:20 AM
I think not much risk if you understand what is bitcoin.but it's depend on btc rate.btc rate now growing fast and next future it's will be continue, this point of view I thinking that bitcoin is a good platform to invest your money.
we always wanted to see more people to understand this investment and allow all of us to gain not only those early adopters but also newbie but
willing to understand this investment as we grew old bitcoin will bring bright future ahead if we start investing now.
It is not how we understand about Bitcoin in not making it a risky investment. Bitcoin itself for any people is a risky investment because  compared to the past prices we are now on the price of Bitcoin in which we need to decide if we need to buy even if the prices are now high. Also comparing it to other modes of investment such as stocks here in Bitcoin the prices are only dictated by the market not by the company's financial performance.
4582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: August 21, 2017, 05:20:39 AM
So we're still not seeing a Kyrie or Carmelo trade before the season starts?

Still there's no update regarding news about these people.

I want to see Kyrie back at Cavs and play with Lebron. I want to see him play with him not comfortable.

These are pros, they'll work up to it.

Although, I'd like to see Kyrie make up for himself, Miami would be a good choice.
Even if Kyrie will not be traded before the the start of the season the damage has been done on the relationship of the fans and the relationship of their teammates. Seeing that he will bee seen as the bad guy waiting to be traded away from that team even his teammates won't look at him the same. Also I don't think that a Carmelo-Lebron Duo will be enough to win games most importantly earn a championship.

Congrats to the winners. Again this site has proved one of the high crowd attracting dice game. I always miss this chance to participate because most of the times it will reach an odd time in my country. Always running a good crowd pulling promotions to reach a billion rolls faster.

You do not miss it at all, there are still bunch of prizes to be claimed. If my math is not bad, there are still 28 prizes worth 0.013btc each. That's a nice prize to hunt but you need to compete with so many players and you need to have a great luck for that.
There is a pretty good chance of not being one of the winners in this event, as every time that there is this kind of event a lot of members will also anticipate and be part of the promotion making your chances lower and lower as there are many people who at the same time is betting with other members as well. Some even have the auto bet turned on making it more harder for you to win if you are clicking manually all your bets.
4584  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: August 20, 2017, 01:09:04 PM
yeah it can be possible because of the price of bitcoin today it will hit 5000$ after the year ends for sure, if all of the people knows about bitcoin it can be the end of the poverty. but it will happen not today but for sure in the future,

Not all people can afford to connect to the Internet, buying a phone that can connect to Internet is another issue, so how can you tell that the bitcoin can cure the poverty (possibly) if the poor cannot even connect to the Internet or have a phone. Bitcoin is very dependent to the Internet, meaning without Internet you cannot access to any Bitcoin. Kindly explain how can the bitcoin cure poverty if the btc rises up to 10000$ or more.
The price of Bitcoin does not have any relation with it ending poverty. So what will happen if Bitcoin did reach 5000$? Does it automatically make people down the poverty rate rich or even a middle class person? I don't think so, Bitcoin is considered as an investment but for people to experience the growth from it they must also put some capital on those things in order to experience taking profit from it and to remind you it is not an easy process to do so.
4585  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 20, 2017, 09:19:41 AM
When I hear steady income it means that you have a daily income and you have a payroll every half and end of the month. So doing signature campaigns, trading and other related stuffs in crypto currency cant be consider as a steady income as this pays us when the ico ends and when theres a pump in coins. But here even though we don't have daily income when we got our stakes and it is already in major exchanges, it almost or even surpasses our monthly salary. Thats why many are quitting their job in exchange of bitcoin.
However, having regular jobs will always gives us the steady income that we wanted.
I have to disagree. For me a steady income is where you get a fixed amount of money on a fixed period on a permanent basis. Yes some Bitcoin Campaign Signatures have a fixed amount to be given every week if you reach a certain amount of post but it is by no means permanent or guaranteed. For example if you missed the minimum post required you won't get paid and most campaigns tend to end in as little a month or so, so there is no permanency compared to having a real job as a regular employee.
4586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be useful for governments and banks? on: August 20, 2017, 08:31:54 AM
In my perspective if a lot of people are using Bitcoin as a mode of payment then it is good to the government because it can be taxable to them, the income reflected from the use of Bitcoin to any businesses can be tax now, also it can be beneficial to banks in a lot of way from conversion of Bitcoin to Fiat and payments receive from Bitcoin Visa Credit/Debit Cards it can surely boost the income of the bank, also businesses like banks can adapt to fully take advantage of Bitcoin if proven beneficial to their industry.
4587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 20, 2017, 07:51:05 AM
Spartak Moscow has bought Niang from AC Milan for 18.000.000 euros plus bonuses. That is the highest purchase for Spartak in their entire history.
This is great news for all of the parties involve. M'baye Niang will be having a bigger role in Russia compared on what he have in A.C. Milan. On the side of A.C. Milan they need to replenish their transfer budget on the massive spending they have during this transfer window, and obviously by buying Andre Silva the future will be with him not Niang. I just hope he will be successful under Spartak Moscow.
4588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 17, 2017, 02:46:48 PM
Villarreal are willing to 2,5 million euro to borrow AC Milan player Carlos Bacca for one year with option
if Villarreal want to permanently the status being they player then they have to pay 15,5 million euro at the end of season

Carlos Bacca, I do not know I've ever seen anything special about him, especially after he left Sevilla, I think his career is dimming. This offer has to be taken to me, he could be tough in La Liga, rather than stay in AC Milan who has made changes Massive. Opportunities to play even smaller.

Don’t be too judgmental mate, Carlos Bacca is a great player and I’ve seen his entire playing career and I think his career was just into neutral status and not dimming. Maybe some says negative about him but with regards with his financials Carlos was successful and wealthy now. So for that La liga that would a great match for him since AC Milan has the better chance to be more progressive; and I think that there will be stronger sportsmanship if he choose to play again even better than he showed before.
Somehow he lost flare when Vicenzo Montella became their manager. Carlos Bacca was a big signing in Milan but never lived up the hype. Unlike Buenaventura and Suso who became more valuable to the team. Another player similar to Bacca is also a Milan player which is Keisuke Honda who wan recently transferred out. I came out to only one thing why they became sub-par players it is because Serie A is becoming a tougher and tougher league with teams such as A.C. Milan, Juventus, Napoli, Roma making big moves it will be in no time they will be a reputable league again.
4589  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: August 17, 2017, 02:06:44 PM
I think cashless society that you are talking about is impossible. Cashless society will never be happen.
Bound to be. Can not even doubt. Governments want to control our every step. It is the dream of all governments regardless of country. To control a human via non-cash money is much simpler so as soon as the opportunity arises the government will make sure she will use it.
We are not ready to go virtual yet, I mean even me as a consumer would still prefer Fiat currency as a form of medium of exchange or a mode of payment. I can't imagine a world in which our form of liquid assets only exist virtually. And come to think of it how will other older generation be able to have a smooth transition with a cashless society? It will be a headache for both the elders and the government just to make them use a virtually existing money.

Tell me please, what is the minimum bet for receive XP point on bitcoin and other currencies? Huh

Hi BitGame,

1 XP = 1 BTC wagerred. (Equivalent in ETH, DOGE,BURST and LTC)

Cheers,
Well to keep it short XP in other terms is the total number wagered in Bitsler. It does not matter whether you win in the bet or not it will still accumulate in your total number of Bitcoin wagered in Bitsler. Also I think I know what you are aiming at it is the Level 5 account in which you will have a higher faucet and also be eligible to participate in rains and other cryptocurrency giveaway, well you need to have a total of 1 Bitcoin wagered to get to that kind of amount.
4591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: August 17, 2017, 12:30:22 PM
I think that nobody is shock now every time we see Bitcoin rise and fall because we all know that it is a decentralized currency. What I mean about that is without any government controlling its price we are now at the mercy of the big players in which they are the deciding factor for the price. Also Bitcoin which frequently fluctuates in price is not a bad thing at all because we can take advantage of buying Bitcoin every time it becomes cheaper compared to when you have bought it.
4592  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: August 17, 2017, 02:56:39 AM
There will be more countries that will follow Japan in the near future. Seeing the role of cryptocurrencies in the economy now would make more investors and businessmen engage to something that will be mainstream. They cannot deny the fact that bitcoin or the cryptocurrency as a whole is slowly overtaking the big players before like paypal.
Well if it will have a positive effect on the businesses in Japan and Korea then most likely other retailers of countries will likely follow (countries in which Bitcoin is legal). The only thing that is stopping other countries to follow their lead is there even a consumer or a customer willing to pay in Bitcoin. Also the timing right now is bad for retailers to accept Bitcoin, because of the fact that Bitcoin prices are rising I highly doubt that customers will use their Bitcoin first as a mode of payment.
4593  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people dont even know what this is yet. on: August 16, 2017, 02:51:23 PM
I don't recommend people doing this because you will just look dumb with them, and it may cost you an awkward situation you won't forget. And why did you ask if they accept Bitcoin in the first place? Payment methods are often shown in their doors or near their cash registrar that is why you will see the Visa and MasterCard sign always near them it means they accept these kind of Payment of Methods.
4594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: August 16, 2017, 02:11:20 PM
It is possible to buy drugs from the darknet sites using Bitcoin, however there is a high risk you will get scammed, also the deal is of course illegal
its been posted many times and yes that's why its called dark market because we can deal something illegal In it, bitcoin can be use buying drugs not
only inside dark market but also to those well trained drug lords which also using internet to do their deals its something that posses of bigger risk since
it is an illegal transaction.

From what I know Bitcoin related drug transaction are not even exclusively on the Dark Web anymore, it even exist now on normal online transactions. I read an article this early 2017 that this transactions goes us sending the Bitcoin first and after the confirmation they will sent the drop off where the drugs are located. Some might have a middleman for them, and from what I read some even meet in public places such as malls and parks. It exist and some of them prefer Bitcoin for their own personal reasons.
4595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: August 16, 2017, 12:45:51 PM
What's up with the Irving trade nowadays, does he have a team to go to already?

I don't have an idea on what team did he jumped to. But before anything else possibly that he don't have choice but to keep on playing for the Cavs again and just endure his feeling with Lebron. So he doesn't have a choice or else he will be blanked and no team to play but I doubt it, this is probably just a sort of drama.
Nothing is hot about the Kyrie Irving trade. And no team that is linked to him is closing in on the deal. Because all of them are following a similar offer to what the Timberwolves sent for Jimmy Butler and what the Thunders sent for Paul George to keep it short they are wanting Kyrie in exchange for their trash which the Cavaliers clearly don't like. Also from what I know Kyrie Irving is spending some time alone away from Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers this might be a signal in which he really does not want to be with the team anymore.
Battle of egos i guess.. But it's better if Kyrie Irving just leave the team since d rose is coming for Cavs. That's also a sign that Kyrie will play for shorter time. The Cavs is too over decorated with superstars. So i think Kyrie should find a team that will showcase his talent and to shine even more. I don't like Lebron. He shouting even on his coach. He deserve to lose that last championship.
I guess so, I also think that Derrick Rose signing with the Cleveland Cavaliers is a proof that Kyrie Irving will be as good as gone because I know that Derrick Rose is more than a bench warmer in the team. The only thing that will screw up the Cavaliers is if they don't get anything near equal to Kyrie Irving from my perspective they must look at their weak spots in order to beat the Warriors next season and by I mean weak spot is their Scoring in which they able to match the speed and strategy of GSW.
4596  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁 LOTTERY 🎁Most Popular Dice & Roulette🎁 on: August 16, 2017, 08:04:21 AM
Thanks for the information, but I just wondering why bitsler do not announce it on BCT, instead of that, they choose to post on their own forum. I know they need to get good traffic for their forum, but they sure need more players to play right or may be 4k of members is enough to get through this? Grin

The promo is specifically for Bitsler's forum, tho they did announce it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1268718.msg20540254#msg20540254 and also on the thread title, tho it's not that of a big announcement, so you probably missed it.

Cheers!

I mean they did post something back there about the promo for sure but they do not put it on game and rounds on BCT. That is why I saw there is only some people that posted it. Or may be do not even notice that promo. As you said they specifically put in on Bitlser forum, why? I mean if they put it here, they can get more people to join on their site instead only bitsler's loyal member

It wont make significant difference if they put in at bitcointalk imho, as we know that the main rule to join the lottery is that players need to be 4 stars level. The lottery is imho to give a rewards to their loyal players and for the bitsler's forum. They have done it before here, so it is reasonable if they put it on their own forum. Probably they will give another one on this forum as well.

I believe there is still many 4 stars players right here on BCT, may be they just not active anymore due to play on other site or missed this thing. But actually it does not matter since it is on low people then the chance to win this will be higher and I do hope to win some cash again here like last time Grin
There is no doubt many 4 star people is from bitcointalk. I just once asked in chat if someone was from bitcointalk and many of them, especially people with 4 star and high wager answered me that yes, they were from btctalk.
Also don't forget guys that bitcointalk is great place for bitcoin related services advertising and bitsler runs a sig campaign. Look also, after sig camp, bitsler started to reach billionth bets much more easily. This means many people are from here.
Exactly, they would have stop the signature campaign if it's not effective, I am part of the campaign for many months already and I am happy to promote one of the best gambling site. Not only that, they paid great amount for advertising therefore they get the best result from it.
Well if they came from Bitcointalk Forum I guess they saw Bitsler here first as OP was dated back in November 28, 2015 which is almost 2 years ago  which is a lot of time to promote the site. Also another thing to guess about is that any person who is with proper knowledge with Bitcoin or wants to discover more about Bitcoin will end up discovering Bitcointalk.org.
4597  Other / Off-topic / Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin on: August 16, 2017, 06:13:23 AM
i dont really have much money when im with my parent, my family is mediocre that hard to saving money
im already regretting, now i am working and saving some money for BTC

Man don't say that your family is a mediocre, you have to love your money. And even how hard it is to save money, it's your duty in your family to encourage them to save. Don't regret that you are with your family, just a friendly advice. While you are still with your parents do your best for them, love them with all your heart.

How can one disagree with what you said dude. You're right. I think family should.come first. Always. Its important to have savings and young people should be aware of that though for me as well your responsibility to your family should never be compromised.
You shouldn't blame your family in being a mediocre or middle-class family to what you are now. By the time you are an adult you can do thing independently which means your parents don't have any obligation to take care of you. As early as 18 you can do financial decisions and even long term goals for you to target to. From now on continue on what you are doing and be better with it as investing is really a great way to get out of the rat race.
4598  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: August 15, 2017, 02:21:28 AM
Money is not above all, but money is needed to live. For money, you can buy quality food, pay for treatment, travel, create and provide for your family. This is just a necessary element of life.
Exactly money is needed to live, we always want to say that money is not important, but the sad reality is money is needed for our daily lives because nothing is free anymore also we have limited knowledge to even self-reproduce crops and breed animals for us to live and taking care of plants and animals are also not free but can be costly for us. So the hard cold truth is money is really an essential thing for us to live.
4599  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁 LOTTERY 🎁Most Popular Dice & Roulette🎁 on: August 14, 2017, 07:59:22 AM
Maybe this question would be asked but I don't know answer on this.
For example if I want to withdraw 10 bitcoin, bitsler has maximum fee 0.0006btc, so I think currently that is really low. If I decide to withdraw that amount, will bitsler automatically pay itself more fee and I receive confirmations as usual or do I have to split coins and withdraw, for example 2btc, then 2btc agan and so..?

it is weird to say this but you know bitcoin fees are based on transaction size in bytes not in how much bitcoin you are transferring!
this means it doesn't matter if you withdraw 0.01BTC or 100BTC in both cases the fee can be the same. and depending on how many outputs their system chooses to use if your payment the fee they pay can be different. but you still pay the same amount of fee.
for example you pay 0.0006BTC fee but since the tx is big, bitsler pays 0.005BTC in the transaction to get the high priority that you asked for.

This is correct. Players misunderstood the fee structure on Bitsler. The fee that you see in there is more of a "bitsler fee" rather than a transaction fee. So if you choose 0.0006(high priority) it means you are paying 0.0006 for a high priority transaction. So if a high priority transaction needs to have 0.005, then bitsler pays 0.005 fee and only deduct 0.0006 from you.

Are the estimated number of block before confirmation accurate too?

For a high priority withdrawal(player pays 60ksats), it says Confirmation time 1Block yada.. yada.. yada..

Thanks for clarifying.
Well the way I am seeing it is if you are withdrawing that big of an amount Bitsler is actually shouldering the transaction fee everytime the Bitcoin you are withdrawing absolutely outweighs the transaction fee, but maybe I don't know how the procedures of how high rollers' withdrawing and deposition instructions are but maybe it will need a confirmation first in one of the admins before they are really allowed to withdraw that kind of amount. Also every transaction is recorded via blockcypher in which Bitsler will provide the link.
4600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible for a country to block bitcoins (or even the whole cryptos) on: August 14, 2017, 07:05:16 AM
Well at my perspective if I was assigned to block all cryptocurrencies in my country I would simply disable all wallet providers for all cryptocurrencies rendering their services unavailable for my our citizens. With than being said it won't totally block the exchange and transactions of cryptocurrencies in my country because many new wallet will be available for them to be use by.
