4581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 10, 2021, 12:24:53 PM
Arsenal are going to be hosting Crystal Palace in their next league match. They haven't had any loss for four weeks. They won three times and drew with Brighton last. This is a good sign for them as they are gathering themselves up. Crystal Palace are one of the easiest opponents for them. They won only once in their last five matches. Arsenal should be winning this match by a nice result.
Crystal Palace has never been a small team for any opposing teams and this isn't any different! This might look easy for the gunners because Arsenal seems to be in good form of late but this fixture should be featured with caution because Crystal Palace tends to play well against pensived strong opposition and am expecting this to be a tough game for the gunners.

My prediction for this game is Arsenal 1-1 Crystal Palace not going to be easy goodluck.
4582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB be worth $1,000? on: October 10, 2021, 11:20:55 AM
Of course it will and by the way this is less than 3 times of current value so a thousand dollars isn't far away from where we are and the fact that BNb has become one of the coins that is the biggest competitor to Ethereum...demand for this coin still exists to challenge it. And backed by one of the biggest exchanges and the token burns this coin has, all roads point to being bullish so this year or next year this should be come a reality.
4583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: October 10, 2021, 09:58:15 AM

Poland 5 - 0 San Marino | Andorra 0 - 5 England
this is an easy shot for the bettors. Poland, England and Denmark win by many scores
But such games have no value when you going in for the win, you will find that on a 100 dollar bet your profit could be anywhere near around 10 to 30 dollars for a 3 fold which isn't a good investment if you ask me  so the risk comes in when you choose to bet on the handicap which has better value than the win.  But these games seemed to have covered the handicap well and hope people would from these games.

4584  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Rate the Exchange based on your Experience on: October 10, 2021, 03:46:18 AM
Just got to use a new exchange which I got to know about through twitter, and they go by the name of FINXFLO... check them out here---> trade.finxflo.com/trade . Well my first time impression wasn't a rosely one because I had found them during their maintenance works which made the process lengthy  but I found several things different about them, KYC was super fast but what caught my eye was the need to whitelist crypto addresses for both deposits and Withdraws which is a process that takes time (3-5 days) could be shorter. Maybe after this is done process of withdraws and deposits is much faster but initial process is a pain and I thought could this be what will be happening with other exchanges to avoid any hacked or stolen funds from being transferred through exchanges??

China proposes adding cryptocurrency mining to ‘negative list’ of industries

China has added cryptocurrency mining to a draft list of industries in which investment is restricted or prohibited, although it reduced the number of sectors on the list overall, a document released by the state planner showed on Friday.

The “negative list” details sectors and industries that are off-limits to both Chinese and foreign investors.
Regulators in China banned cryptocurrency trading and mining this year, with the country’s central bank vowing to purge “illegal” cryptocurrency activities last month.

The crackdown has prompted cryptocurrency exchanges to cut ties with Chinese users.

Hello, I was wondering why 21M?
We really can't now the exact answer but he could have been a  blackjack player and he thought of it as such or he was into numerology and here 21 is considered as a good luck number and in many other cultures. But being a smart guy his choice can be backed by mathematics.

maybe SN wanted to keep 1M himself, then, when BTC hits 1.000.000, donate 1.000.000.000.000 to charities or make some kind of good actions? would be great, besides of giving us this beautifull gift. Its about to happen any time soon....thanks for reading.
I don't think this was ever the play which is why he left the very first time and I commend him for that.
4587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: October 09, 2021, 09:23:45 PM
Today's world cup qualifiers went as planned, about 95% of these guys were very predictable and I have a feeling that anybody that was wagering on any of today's games should have cashed in, the only tricky thing about today's games is playing handicap play styles to get value bets otherwise getting to pick winners was super easy.

Btw good to see England win comfortable and covering the handicap of -3.5 goals, so did Denmark.

Andorra vs England match will be starting in the next 30 minutes  and the line up are out...

England starting XI: Johnstone; Trippier (c), Stones, Coady, Chilwell; Ward-Prowse, Saka, Foden; Lingard, Sancho, Abraham

Subs: Ramsdale, Pickford, Walker, Henderson, Tomori, Mings, Rice, Sterling, Mount, Kane, Grealish, Watkins

Andorra starting XI: Gomes, Martinez, Vales (c), Rebes, Vieira, Sanchez, Chus Rubio, Llovera, Marc Garcia, Jordi Rubio

Subs: Alvarez, Pires, Emili Garcia, Ildefons Lima, Pujol, Moreno, Alaez, De Pablos, Cervos, Fernandez

Well seems Kane is rested for this one, but either way England has a good team and I expect England to get not less than 3 goals this evening, am just hoping Abraham is our guy to get the job done.

My prediction: andorra 0-3 England
4589  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitvest is a scam on: October 09, 2021, 05:15:28 PM
A "instant cashout" casino where the hotwallet is ALWAYS empty. At a certain point, call it what it is, they're choosing to leave the hot wallet empty. It's not as if an unexpected surge of cash outs is the problem.
Not sure what the connection is between the casino being a scam and the hot wallets being empty here...but as far as I can tell this might be a security measure on their side to avoid losing funds incase of the platform being compromised and its commendable because security is an important element in the crypto ecosystem. But if the intention of bring the topic of hot wallets has to do with not getting paid engage their support and exercise some patience.

mods repeatedly literally harrass you, including specifically banning you for 3 minutes then unbanning you (because they weren't justified to begin with) just so you won't get rain anymore ("the same person shouldn't be getting top spot every rain")
If this is what you go through, if I were you I would find a different casino to play from to avoid this treatment but thanks bringing it it out here.
4590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Let's pay attention to BNB? on: October 09, 2021, 05:06:08 PM
While BNB was at $331 dollars on September 29, the upward trend of the last week is remarkable. I think that after BTC's correction, BNB will correct itself. BNB, which has risen to the level of $ 440, does not seem to be a surprise to reach the level of $ 500 by the end of the year.
Alot has happened over the months and unfortunately we can not say demand of the Binance coin was exclusively at play,no! Other factors have been presented such as the popularity of the exchange which has contributed to the coins success and the token burns which I see to be a huge factor to pushing the price of BNB up but with the limiting of most users accounts for not completing KYC on the exchange might have a negative effort on the exchange but am yet to be proven wrong on this matter.

Kazakhstan vs Bosnia Herzegovina match just ended, and as expected Bosnia won by two goals to nil . The Kazakhstan team stood no chance against a team that is vying for a world cup promotion slot but it's not over yet as their promotion will depend on what result will come from Finland vs Ukraine and am afraid the Ukrainians are the likely team to go through to the next phase but let's wait and see how their game will unfold. Wouldn't want to write any team just yet.
4592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 09, 2021, 02:44:52 PM
Barcelona are looking for a good midfielder to sign in the next transfer window. And their biggest candidates to sign seem like Manchester United player Donny van de Beek and Tottenham player Tanguy Ndombele.
With the Financial troubles Barcelona is going through, do these guys have the money to go out scouting for top players around the world? I don't think so, before it's too late to mitigate the situation they better look into their our academy and see who they can graduate to their senior otherwise going out looking for player to help build their team will leave them in more loan liabilities  .

Manchester United also have been after Ndombele for some time. They were thinking of a swap between Anthony Martial and him too. These options both are good for Barcelona and signing one of them can strengthen their squad.
Martial still seems like an important player for United it's just the arrival of Ronaldo which has made him look like his forgotten but this isn't true and might not leave to.
4593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the most bullish altcoin of the week? on: October 09, 2021, 05:13:28 AM
The market has quite a large pool of coins and honestly it's difficult to pick out all the best performing coins of the week but from what I have seen from my coinomi portfolio or should I say my picks of the week will be bitcoin which rose from $49k and now trading around $54.7k and of course we cant leave out Ethereum which has done exceptionally well which rose from $2.8 and now trading around $3.5k and I have noticed dash and bitcoincash is among them too.

Juventus 'interested' in Van de Beek transfer

Everton have made their interest in Donny van de Beek known, and now reports in Italy say Juventus could join the race to sign him.

Corriere Dello Sport (via SportWitness) say Juve are starting to weigh up a move for the United midfielder, whose agents have ‘initiated contacts with various clubs to relaunch their client’.

Everton are named as being 'particularly interested' in signing the Dutchman.

4595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake bets on: October 08, 2021, 09:50:15 PM
Edit:
This seems to be a pretty controversial subject, so I decided to write this blog post to expand on my thoughts on this:
https://twitter.com/CSGOEmpireV2/status/1375068884584267778

Sorry didn't open the to see the tweet but fake bets Huh

I'm curious to hear what the Bitcointalk community thinks about this topic;

Casinos using fake bets to attract new players.

I was surprised to learn that the vast majority of videos and streams on Roobet.com are actually fake.
Here are a couple of examples of different deal formats that casinos are making with the influencers:

A) Bet amount inflation; The streamer only wants to gamble with $100. The site gives them "$10000" in funds, but only 1% of this is withdrawable. The viewers will think that the streamer is gambling with $10000, while in reality, they're only risking $100.
Not to sound like a shill for Roobet but I have been a participant of some of the twitch streams which are usually characterized to have giveaways of the funds that the streamer wins after a betting session and later gives away some of the winnings to the streamers that were watching...and nothing about this give the impression that this was fake and fortunately for me I have gotten to win some funds as well.

ronaldo played in the first half and was substituted if injured in the second half, that's not a good strategy ,the enemy will return with full strength in the second half because there is no ronaldo then it makes the enemy's confidence increase ,not only the attack that ronaldo has but the defense is also strong ,the second half is the determination of a match will not underestimate it

That's right, when ronaldo is not played or substituted in the middle of the game, there will be a change in the rhythm of the game from United, opponent will have a chance to beat them. This is very likely to happen when MU does not provide opportunities for other players to attack the opponent and to rely on ronaldo. It will be different if Ole is able to make a better strategy than last season, where all the players can play well.
But what we are forgetting is no player is bigger than the club, and why should Manchester Uniteds play type bend to suit one player and not the team?? Not even Ronaldo should be played like his irreplaceable...it's team work and not solo effort, though sometimes this pays off. Btw Ronaldo is still human and won't be available for every game hence we need to groom other players to be ready for this time and be able to perform.
4597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHIB the new tough competitor to DOGE on: October 08, 2021, 03:44:36 PM
Fact of the matter is when it comes to meme coins there is no other that comes close to dogecoin or shiba inu. If a meme coin came and claimed to be bigger than either of these then there might be a possibility of manipulation of the coin which could be a trap for the investors which could see the buy and dump scheme at play. But comparing the two I would side with doge as it's been in the industry far longer than most but shib might have the edge today because I see it's devs to be more active and trying to take it to higher heights.

It's 'a real shame' the way the SEC is regulating crypto: SEC commissioner

At least one voice at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is growing louder in speaking out against the way the agency is regulating cryptocurrencies.

Commissioner Hester Peirce, affectionately dubbed "crypto mom" by crypto enthusiasts for her understanding of the technology, has not been shy about her desire to provide a more clear regulatory framework around the industry. But in a new interview with Yahoo Finance, she may have delivered her harshest assessment yet.

"It is disconcerting to me that for three years now I've been asking for regulatory clarity, and we can't seem to provide any," she said on Yahoo Finance Live. "I think this is really becoming a huge barrier to this industry being able to develop in a way that's safe, but also in a way that allows innovation to happen. And it's a real shame to me that we are not just taking up the mantle as regulators to develop a regulatory framework."

The SEC has recently been stepping up its regulatory power over cryptocurrencies, most recently by blocking Coinbase from rolling out a way for customers to earn interest on their crypto assets. According to Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, the agency threatened to sue the company if they moved forward with that planned service which was later scrapped. Other crypto platforms, however, are still offering similar services

I honestly think most of our sports stars have not got into crypto based on their free will because non of these guys are really engaged into the whole crypto and blockchain ecosystem and neither have I heard or seen any tweets from them, or social media posts to support these crypto projects they are linked to. Had it not been part of their remuneration package most of these wouldn't be part of crypto imho.

Great comeback for France thought that 2 goal lead Belgium had sealed the deal but seems like Mbappe and Benzema had other plans which rescued the French team from a knockout and possibly conceding defeat before the match ended. Now that things have evened out am thinking the French will go on to win as the are playing with so much conviction and keep pressing Belgium upfront which has put them in so much pressure.
