461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitcoinGold is a Scam!?! Carefull with Your Bitcoin Private Keys!!! on: October 24, 2017, 01:00:27 PM
hello friends,

The BCG scam site https://claimbitcoin.gold/

people are still not understanding about BCC and yet another BCG is trying to scam people's BTC..
i am just sharing my perceptions and raising doubts...
As per my knowledge BCC (Bitcoin Cash) is worth trusting to claim the free coins and sell them for a quick buck but what about the BCG (Bitcoin Gold) ?
There is no electrum wallet for BCG and the website asking people to enter thevBTC private keys directly onto their website to open an account or wallet of BCG  Huh
well i tried to enter my BTC private keys (encrypted) but guess what i only see one error message as shown below ..
so friends, after entering all my BTC privatekeys , i see only one message as shown above..
if anyone tried and claimed BCG Huh? not sure.. if not don't even think about it because i feel that this site is trying to collect everyone's BCG  Tongue

are you lost your mind, it's very dangerous if you insert your private key into any unknown website. The hard fork is schedule to accur at 25 october, it's still countdown. Why are you in such a hurry to get your bitcoin gold. I suggest you to immediately move your bitcoin to another wallet, before something that you don't want could happen.
462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold schedule Fork on: October 24, 2017, 12:36:43 PM
I have same feeling. On Bitcoin Cash fork there was really huge excitement because it was something new and not experienced for mostly us. But still, mostly people waited for Bitcoin Cash only to dump it ASAP. Now when it's not first and probably not last fork, there is much less excitement. And there is less support for Bitcoin Gold if compare what we had with Bitcoin Cash. BTG don't even have working wallet and it looks not professional.

well, I thought every hard fork only aims to trigger the price of bitcoin to increase from before, this is evidenced by the bitcoin cash hard fork before. although many people talk about it because it has a lot of team support behind it, but still, bitcoin cash continues to sink, while bitcoin prices continue to skyrocket. and bitcoin gold hard fork does'nt even look better than bitcoin cash. I do not know how long this coin can survive.
463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTG Hard Fork happening now - share you thought on: October 24, 2017, 12:27:07 PM
the best method of claiming these types of fork of bitcoin is to deposit your coins on exchanges and receive the tokens there immediately after the fork. for example this happened about 24 hours ago on Yobit with a nice countdown that they emailed everyone and they even pumped it up to the moon too!

of course that is a trading strategy not good for those who aren't traders or want to risk their coins on exchanges. but it is the most profitable one.

Yes, I have a bad experience in the last hard fork ( bitcoin cash ). I kept my bitcoin on electrum wallet, and when the hard fork comes,  I could get my bitcoin cash if i'm using a bitcoin cash wallet, and export a bitcoin wallet private key. And After I got my bitcon cash, It's very difficult to transfer it to exchange, thought the exchange still working it's own wallet. And because of that, I can't sell my bitcoin cash in a peak price. I thought I wouldn't do that again for this fork. Better to deposit your bitcoin on exchange, so when you think it reach a peak price, sell it.
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold on: October 23, 2017, 01:52:02 PM
Bitcoin cash had a (relative) large amount of support, with Roger Ver publicly backing it and many mining farms. This rallied people behind it to help support and drive up the price. Bitcoin gold has neither of these attributes. In fact, everyone seems to want to sell it as soon as possible, which will drive the price down. I don't realistically see any significant amount of people wanting to buy bitcoin gold. This will create a very sharp devaluation during the price discover phase.

that's true, if most people think bitcoin cash is shitcoin, then what about bitcoin gold that looks no better than bitcoin cash, even if viewed from any aspect. I do not think bitcoin gold will survive like bitcoin cash until now. It's just have a little support, and most of them just wanna get some free air drop from it's birth, and will dump it right away.
465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on: October 23, 2017, 01:37:18 PM
Bitcoin fork time 1, Bitcoin fork time 2 ... how many time will Bitcoin fork in future?
yes , too many  BTC fork is very bad for the long term of  BTC  price ,  now  the  price is rising  as a result of   fork buying ,  it  will change in the future  if  BTC  dont stop forking  and froking.

isn't that a good sign, that before going the hard fork in bitcoin, the price will always jump up because of the buying wall generated by people who want to get free coins. Now the bitcoin gold, I'm sure there will be another hard fork that produces bitcoin blablabla and triggers a price increase for the bitcoin the umpteenth time. So, say thank you to every hard fork.
466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Newbie for signiture campaign [BOUNTY] on: October 23, 2017, 01:00:11 PM
I want to join signiture campaign. Is that posible to join?

well, since you're still a newbe in this forum, there's a lot of thing you should do other than just raising your rank.
- Persistence is needed, while you will need to raising you level into a minimum level for signature campaign , and it mean post with no payments.
- The job for a minimum rank ( Jr. Member) become very rarely now, thought the sign campaign manager found that minimum rank was not yet           eligibleto follow the signature campaign, as most are still beginners.
- do post regularly every day but never doing a spam post.
- Post in multiple section, not just one.
- Always read  A rules

467  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Practice trading on: October 23, 2017, 12:44:04 PM
Try training on a simulator before you enter the "real market", some recommendations are:

https://www.forex.com/en-us/open-forextrader-demo-account
https://www.fxcm.com/uk/forex-trading-demo/

these brokers offer virutal money for you to train and try different techniques out. Once you have trained on these platforms for a couple of months, you'll be able to go into the real market and feel comfortable enough placing real bets. Don't directly invest your real money into trading! It's like jumping into the sea without having learned first how to swim (spoiler - you'll drown).

And remember that even though FX markets share some characteristics with crypto markets, crypto markets are still the most dangerous one's (unstable).

It's good to learn how to trade from a virtual account first. You could get it from etoro, Iq option and there are many other such like these. Even they provide you a mobile app for your trading. From here, you should learn about the price movements, what could influence the movements of the price, and how much time it takes to recover to ATH from it's bottom. But remember, when you already use a real money, All thing you've learn could be different. So never get too greedy on trading. In crypto currency, Hold for long term was a better way for investment.
468  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: October 23, 2017, 12:28:44 PM
It is said that bitcoin will destroy the fiat system but i believe that if this happens the world will change completly because banks and a lot of things will go out of market.

I believe most of the people around the globe is gonna use bitcoin in the future and it is a given fact, but I dont think its gonna be on 2022. And I also believe that bitcoin and cryptocurrency is not gonna destroy the fiat system which has been with us for quite some time now. I think its gonna be better if fiat and cryptocurrency is gonna join force, if that happens, people are just gonna be in such advantage.
It is not a given fact. I don't like to ruin anyone's expectation of something but it is time to get real here. Believing that everyone will use Bitcoin in the future is simply hoping for nothing as everyday we are improving we can see that online transactions now can be paid right after they deliver your goods which is called pay at your doorsteps system, this system eliminates the needs of online payments such as Bitcoins and Credit Cards. Also another issue is the additional transaction cost you will be incurring if you opt out to pay in Bitcoin.

Maybe bitcoin will be used by most people in the world in 2022, but people use it as facilities to invest, not merely used for daily transactions. I am more inclined to think that, soon, every country will make their own digital currency, which may replace current cash. and about the cash on delivery system, I thougt it's a method of buying and selling transactions, not the method of payment. And it will be easier if when the goods arrive we pay them in digital currency instead of cash.
469  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: October 23, 2017, 12:12:16 PM
We have different strategies about earning bitcoin or how are you going to manage it. In my case my goal is to earn as much as many bitcoin before it reaches 6000$ or 7000$ (I hope)  but there's one different thing about my strategy and it's "To earn bitcoin without investment" Meaning earning bitcoin through hard work like signature campaigns, bounties etc. So i hope i achieved this goal before the price starts to grow again.

This strategy is effective for the user who doesn't have a starting investment. Start with the campaigns and other services to earn without investment and after earning profit use it to trading or to other investment in order to grow it more  Wink

I've been thinking like that. By following the signature campaign or bounty campaign we Could get bitcoin without having to investing our money first. And so the number of our bitcoins will continue to grow over time. But don't you think that would be very unfortunate, your big enough assets, just kept in the wallet, while it can be develop with a wise management. so your asset increase becomes more significant.
470  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: October 23, 2017, 11:57:47 AM
That strategy requires you to have good timing on the market. But the problem is, by doing so, it will make you emotional and you will be prone to make mistakes making you lose some of your money.

If you want the best strategy for ordinary investors like us, "buy the dips". If you have a job you should save 20% of your monthly salary and make that available to buy when Bitcoin's price is falling.

Plus a lot of patience, whenever you want to buy or sell your coins you should always consider your resolve because impatience clouds our decisions and it might make your investments in a bad position. Watch the market, take advantage on the different changes in the charts , buy coins then sell whenever it reach your profitable goal.

It is necessary to determine what profit you are willing to receive from each coin. You do not need to be greedy. set a small profit of 7-15 percent and sell.

I thought that's what the active traders do. That is, determine the percentage of profit as a sign to sell, and determine a percentage of the price reduction to buy. I can say that staying with a profit above 10% already includes greedy in the world of trading. But it makes perfect sense if we are in the scope of crypto currency.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: $2300 for ethereum mining. on: October 23, 2017, 11:45:30 AM
Zarados: with the cards I mentioned in my initial post I can reduce power to 75W, the whole rig is below 900w. AMD cards can produce more hashrate but they are more expensive and use more power.

well, power requirement under 900w is one of value added. because in my place of residence, there is a tax authorized by the power company for residents or businesses using above 900w. with low power requirements I think we can also reduce costs and enlarge profit.

The configuration I gave you in the beginning of this thread goes below 900W for everything together (GPU, motherboards, SSD, ...). If you mine ZEC, it will even go lower (below 800).

so the rate of electricity usage is also affected by the type of coin we mine. well, that makes sense, since every coin has different difficulty to mine. But the thing is now, I just want to buy the GPU that available in my local country, so I don't need the cost of shipping from abroad and tax payment at the excise, which can increase the amount of capital needed. And the RX 480 I think is the right choice.
472  Economy / Economics / Re: £500 to spend, on Ether or Bitcoin? on: October 22, 2017, 02:22:57 PM
I thought that ethereum has a future, although at the moment it is still in second position by market cap, and it is almost impossible to replace bitcoin at the top position, because bitcoin is like a mother of crypto currency. But for features owned by ethereum it is worth to consider in the future. Meanwhile, bitcoin still has problems with the speed of delivery and the fee is still very high. Even so, the price continues to increase with time. So that's all your decision.
473  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: October 22, 2017, 02:11:34 PM
I think the strategy you apply is good, my advice if you benefit from bitcoin sales, try adding 2x your capital to buy bitcoin at a low price and resell when bitcoin prices go up. And do the same when you benefit.

actually, every bitcoin price is down trend, I always buying it. That means, I increase my capital in bitcoin investment at certain moments only. I prefer to call it discount time rather than price plummeting. After the tidy capital, it's time to continue the strategy as usual and earn profit when it touching a peak price or new ATH.

475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why I hate BITCOIN on: October 22, 2017, 01:52:09 PM
Not selfish dear, I strongly think altcoin should be given their chance to prove their Worth

Sure, that is fine. Alts should be allowed to prove themselves especially if they have something to offer that Bitcoin does not, but hating Bitcoin is just silly. Giving up an opportunity to make 5x (not saying that there is one) just to spite early investors who have made 1000x and stop them from making is 5000x is retarded.

exactly, altcoin certainly has some advantages over the features of bitcoin, this is something that should be more expose and proven to people. But I think you hate bitcoin just because you can't buy when the price is cheap. And now you're only able to get a lot of profit through altcoin, because bitcoin already requires big capital for big profit. Is not it.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: $2300 for ethereum mining. on: October 21, 2017, 01:38:24 PM
There are many other coins that you can mine with a GPU.  Nvidia cards tend to be more silent . Use Less W and can mine more different coins  with a good hashrate. Currently Mining Vertcoin (Lyra2rev2) Zencash (equihash) and Solaris (Xevan).
If you are more into the flavour of the day use whattomine or coingecko.

Good luck with mining!

So you're recomend to use nvdia cards than other gpus card? Well, I have no problem with the GPUs noise, but if it's use less W than other GPUs, I should considering this specification. And about a coin that I will mine, I would prefer the coin that available on my local exchange, so its not difficult to cash out my coin.
477  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: October 21, 2017, 01:27:51 PM
guys do you all have basics strategy? it is very crucial not to use strategy?im newbie

Of course, there are some basics strategy on crypto currency investment. It is buying in the dip, and sell on high price.  Big capital, means big profit, small capital means small profit. So far, the bitcoin price is always recover after it's crash or dump, It means, never cut loss your bitcoin when it's crash. And the safest strategy in crypto currency was a long term investment. Hope this could help you abit.
478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: To Buy BCH or not to Buy BCH? on: October 21, 2017, 11:33:33 AM
Wait at least until s2x hf

totally agree. If you're intend to buy bitcoin cash,  you should wait until november. I believe The segwit2x hard fork will affect the price of bitcoin cash while the rumors says that, there would be a crash with bitcoin price while the segwit2x hard fork, And I thougt, the bitcoin cash would have an opportunity to rise back around $500 or even higher. Well, its just a speculation.
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: $2300 for ethereum mining. on: October 21, 2017, 11:18:39 AM
I would like to do a GPU mining and I have a capital of about $ 2300. But I need a recommendations from experienced people to choose a better device for mining ethereum. My choice is in Shapire RX 480 for GPU, what do you think, please tell me your opinion.

Yes this investment amount you are having is enough to start mining. Components such as processor, RAM, 6 GTX 1060i cards, risers, PCI, Power supply and rig. These all will cost your around around 2k USD. You can mine the electrum or Monero with this specification.
You will be able to get the 400 USD in a month. If you run it in domestic or residential location. If you go to commercial location means then profit will damage because of electricity cost.

well, don't you think $400/ month was too high? Or thats normal for mining electrum or monero with those rig specification. I could get my ROI just within 5-6 month. If I would mine crypto currency other than bitcoin or ethereum, I thought I will go for Zcoin. And about the domestic or commercial location, was it give a different electricity cost? I just calculate a normal cost.
480  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: October 21, 2017, 10:53:01 AM
I like it, yes.  Remember to JUST IGNORE the dips, it will always comeback up - always.  May take a few days or weeks but that rise in value is always in the near future.  Your idea is clever.
I also like the strategy adopted by some  member of bit coin discussion I also appreciate it as this strategy is so clever and wise. I will also follow this strategy in future because it has a great benefit in term of income.

it's good to know other people using the same method with my strategy. Bitcoin prices are always active in fluctuations, based on the date of rising and decreasing bitcoin, this should be the time of the bitcoin price to decrease, but it turns out the price actually touches the new ATH that is above $ 6k. I thought we should Prepare for the next drop.
