"oh hey you can use my coin behind a proxy" is NOT a selling point.
Do you read, or just comment...? Quote myself: " Also, the name isn't just because of the upcomming features. It's also a "activist" coin agains the Central bank monopoly which try to stop bitcoin and all other coins if you haven't noticed. Believing the Central banks won't try to stop coins, is naive.. " And I do not hide that every coin can be used behind a proxy. " All coins should support TOR via the proxy setting, but as far as I know none got TOR seed nodes. (Correct me if I'm wrong) " The coin is as said, again, meant to live on darknets, not use darknets as a proxy. Also it's a "activist" coin. So in the end, this is not selling.. It's a offer, if you don't want it, then don't use it. Simple as that. All coins are "activist" coins. Every single god damn one. Your coin offers nothing unique or special, just points out the obvious. Your coin is no more resistant to "central bank monopoly" pressure than every other coin. There is nothing that forces people to use the coin on the darknet. Therefore that is not a feature. But hey, you have a 4chan esque logo. You might attract some kiddies with it! So why do you offer service to create new coins for people? Fun? Entertainment? Retardness? What's so special with your creations? Just because I don't use your service and actualy know to code doesn't give you the right to flame it with the selling argument. The reason the coin couldn't wait with release before the darknet features is because of services like you provide.. Too much junk, and it get lost between orgicoin and analcoin created by people like you for people that can't make a coin. The coin should have been released in the start of May when the project started, not now after 2000 alt coins. If you think the coin is stupid, say so, it's your opinion and you have full rights to say it. But you don't need to flame it.

Thank you for a real answer! Best of luck with your coin, I'll keep an eye on it!
No problem, and thanks ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I will update the first post with this info to make less confusion.

Get me if I'm wrong, all nodes can't be on tor which is what ever other alt coin can do.
Correct. The plan is to have three lists of nodes hardcoded into the client. Then you got a chooise, I2P, TOR, Normal Internet or a mix of them.. (In case of mix, you will work as a gateway between the networks.) E.g. (Psudocode, not implementated yet) ./anoncoind -onlynet=I2P - I2P only ./anoncoind -onlynet=TOR - TOR only ./anoncoind -onlynet=CLEAR - Internet only ./anoncoind -net=ALL - Mix, all of them ./anoncoind -net=DARKNET - TOR/I2P only

420 block a day? when I sync the client, it says 10317 blocks to sync. Is this a joke??
10317 blocks = 24+ days, heavily premined??
lol, right, the OP said "Not premined, only 1000 blocks premined", and "420 blocks per day" what a liar. Only half day (or less), that 9000+ blocks are gone?? premined? instamined? it's a crap.. Also not a shock that the person blaming lying have created a coin himself. Feel free to flame if you think it help your coin Although this coin is moronic, that retard has been posting "premine" in the threads of every coin other than that Infnitecoin or whatever crap it's called. Yupp, noticed that. It's low in my eyes to flame on other coins to make another coin created by yourself popular. However, You say you think this coin is stupid/moronic and that's no problem. It's your opinion, and you have full rights to think and say it. I don't see it as flaming. But the "premine" and lying claims are just too retarded.

when will TOR support be added i think that and ip2 are great ideas, all coins should have that really
All coins should support TOR via the proxy setting, but as far as I know none got TOR seed nodes. (Correct me if I'm wrong) Anoncoin will have TOR seed nodes that get enabled when TOR is enabled in next version, which could result in you never have to leave the TOR network with your node but still do your transactions. The same feature for I2P is also under active development. That would take a bit longer doh, since I2P doesn't use IP:PORT but rather Destinations (a hashed string between 516-616bytes). But we don't have a date on it yet, but you can watch the native_i2p branch. https://github.com/Anoncoin/anoncoin/tree/native_i2p

Sorry, typed a bit fast there. post is updated. On the launch it was only 1000 premined. Now it's more since people have been mining a day. The retargeting is at 420 blocks, not 420 blocks per day. Thanks for noticing and sorry for the confusion. See https://github.com/Anoncoin/anoncoin/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L845 for more deep-info.

How can I solo mine this?
Setup the config file rpcuser=username rpcpassword=password rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport=7332 daemon=1 server=1 gen=1 or use gen=0 and cpuminer/cgminer against localhost with the params from the config file.

I think I got the same VIRUS. Reporting it to the Crypto association. DO NOT DOWNLOAD this unless you have a Virus Scanner enabled. You will for sure get infected. Move on, this coin is contaminated. You clearly don't know what a virus is. And what a runtime error is.. Check it up before throwing such claims. If any of your antivirus applications complains let me know, and we have a look into the source. Seems like you're missing some Visual C++ dll files. Odd since it's build with mingw compiler. But I will research it. Was it the exe file insdide the zip file, or the installer that returned this error?

This might be fun, too. No pools yet, I assume?
Am I wasting my time mining solo @ 350kh/s?
Edit: hmmm... found three blocks, three blocks rejected :-/
Two pools. But one is down at the moment, should be up in some hours. (Getwork only) http://anoncoin.coinpool.in/ supports both Stratum on the servers listed on the page, and Getwork via a Stratum proxy or cloud.mining.coinpool.in:8332 (Getwork)

i think when 'they' decide they don't want p2p currency to be allowed, these features could be rather handy. Name is quite cool too.
I agree. The project was started in early may and was going to have native i2p support on first release, but with the new "sport" in creating coins we feelt forced to release it now..

What does your coin offer new?
Nothing Working on native support for I2P, and other darknets. Other than that; nothing yes.

DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME. ALL STALES AND ALL REJECTS. NO NODE INFO..ETC THIS COIN IS DOOMED.
actually it is starting to work now, i think the dif is rising so you can now get some coins, it seems this is always what happens to start and then after a while the coins start coming. Correct ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Missing node info? 198.144.187.112 54.214.83.193 193.150.121.24 193.150.121.28 Stales and rejects? Ofcourse, with so low diff, and with current hashrate you can't expect all blocks to be valid.

It's great to have another altcoin finally, there are just so little released now, we really need this! I'm sure it will gain value and adoption very fast and we all get rich, unlike the other 57 coins released last month. I support this coin, it has great future untill diff=2 ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) +1 It's not about getting rich. It's about security and the ability to remain anonymous online. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) But yes, it's too many alt coins out there.

says 51 transactions?? but no coins? please donate a few if you have mined a load. thanks Ab2kit4NEznF1CGQWuhQ4Wwwao7QvTCpZx
100ANC your way. Remember, it can be 51 imature transactions, meaning the network needs to confirm it before it shows up in your wallet.
