What you call censorship other people call ORDER.
It's enough to see who Merited your post to "know the winds"

Also keep in mind that if this community cannot stop few fuders from ruining this coin with their selfish shows a.k.a pump-dump-pump then we all have to ask ourselves is that really what we want.

462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bitcore- BTX - SEGWIT - hybrid fork 1:0.5 of Bitcoin- 7% Airdrop every week on: March 16, 2018, 02:25:54 PM
Is this topic actually moderated by someone or is it supposed to be like that >> playground for dumpers and pumpers?

It is unmoderated., A option to arrange the posts on the amount of Merit would be nice.

That's really not good.
To much ridiculous posts and misleading info for official ANN thread.
All that stuff should go to BTX thread called "Speculations and trading" and definitively no in thread that should give people answers to wallet problems and all other technology stuff, roadmaps, mining and stuff...

Is there any community DEV to clean all this mess and putt this thread to the right path?

This topic is becoming more and more polluted.

Is this topic actually moderated by someone or is it supposed to be like that >> playground for dumpers and pumpers?

464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: March 16, 2018, 11:33:58 AM
December was unrealistically high profit wise - now we're back around where we were in ~September time frame last year.  We had a major bull run in the late spring and early summer of 2017, followed by a low spot at the end of summer, and then another crazy bull run at the end of 2017.  Right now I expect to see those with credit card debts (for hardware) to be panicking and cashing out, but if you're hardware is paid for there's no reason to panic imo.

Bunch of people are selling rigs, they have made calculations when mining was at the Peak.
Now with changes in profit gains they have made decision to sell of hardware and even make some profit on it.

In a few days POS kicks in, I hope daily volumes will grove at some point.
466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HUSH Secure Private Messaging and Transactions [Equihash] on: March 15, 2018, 08:31:58 AM
Cryptopia deposit and withdrawal is working ok for me Wink

Like someone mentioned its long term project and i will just hold it...

How is mining doing on HUSH?

Well now it's not the right time to sell HUSH that's for sure.
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zcoin (XZC) - Implementing Zerocoin technology for financial privacy on: March 14, 2018, 01:59:58 PM
What's current hashrate for XZC on MPH for GTX1080ti for DJ34miner?

"What to mine" reports strange numbers?
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ### A ChainWorks Industries (CWI) Project - SweepStakeCoin | Fast Fun Secure on: March 14, 2018, 01:37:56 PM
It's not important to unlock wallet, that's only for sending coins or staking.
Wallet can be locked or unlocked, you would still have connections and syncing would start after few minutes.

Did you try to turn firewall off?
Also it seems that deamon is not running in your wallet.

try to start CMD, and enter command netstat -a

In active connections try to find if port 17570 is active

469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ### A ChainWorks Industries (CWI) Project - SweepStakeCoin | Fast Fun Secure on: March 13, 2018, 05:40:44 PM
Are you sure you actually created SweepstakeCoin.conf
and not SweepstakeCoin.conf.txt?

That could be the problem if you have options to not show extension of known files.

470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ### A ChainWorks Industries (CWI) Project - SweepStakeCoin | Fast Fun Secure on: March 13, 2018, 02:04:37 PM
Maybe it's problem with your firewall, when you first start your wallet windows firewall usually ask you to allow connections.

Did you "Allow traffic"?

Bi-Weekly Update 13th March
Electrum

Electrum is scheduled to be launched in the second half of this year and it is therefore with great pleasure that we are able to inform you, that work on Electrum is progressing well ahead of schedule. It is currently in closed internal beta testing. We expect to be able to release a fully operational and optimised Electrum client to the public very soon.

Electrum is a lightweight client, that allows users to quickly create and access their own STRAKS wallet, without the need to download the entire blockchain.

Electrum is already now available for download, however due to it currently being in a closed internal beta testing, all archives are encrypted. Find further details at https://electrum-stak.org/

STRAKS-Vote

Scheduled for release in Q2 is STRAKS-Vote. The platform will give users, investors and community members the opportunity and ability to to raise product, business and marketing proposals for public voting and funding, giving you the chance to become part of STRAKS’ long term success. This as an opportunity for you to propose and realise ideas of your own, that will support and strengthen the future market position of STRAKS. We firmly believe that if the community realises its full potential, that the utilisation of more people involved in the progression of STRAKS, will significantly help to increase STRAKS’ real-world utilisation and perhaps more importantly; its market reach. Once live, we highly encourage the community to get involved and show support through the STRAKS-Vote platform.

The team is happy to let you know, that the vast majority of the platform is already completed. Some minor UX tweaks are still necessary and STRAKS payments will soon be implemented. As always, with any STRAKS product, it will undergo rigorous testing and optimisation before being released to the public.

Please find screenshots for your consumption of the platform in operation here (with placeholder content for now): https://imgur.com/a/YMQou

STRAKS-Data

STRAKS’ Data Dashboard is nearing completion and is scheduled to go live in the last week of this month (March). All the supporting APIs necessary to give full visibility of all relevant statistics have been built and are now publicly available (https://straks.info/en/api). The Dashboard will give users, community members, investors and business owners a comprehensive overview of all network and market statistics. We firmly believe this is an absolute necessity to ensure full transparency and more importantly to give potential business partners a greater insight into the full impact of integrating STRAKS as a payment solution. Not enough cryptocurrency-projects have fully realised and understood that the real value they can bring to businesses is not just innovation and another payment platform, but more importantly “reach”, resulting in greater brand awareness and ultimately turnover. For that to be transparently evident, data is an absolute necessity to businesses to discern the value of integrating STRAKS.

Discord Sweepstakes

For users new to STRAKS or simply looking to get involved in the community, a channel that runs hourly sweepstakes/giveaways every day, has been made available on Discord. Prizes vary from a few STAK to tens of STAKs every hour. Get involved today on Discord here: https://discordapp.com/invite/PM9j5XQ

Next.Exchange Voting

The voting is still available to everyone (and it is free). We highly encourage the community to submit their daily free vote by accessing the link below and clicking the main call-to-action button. STRAKS currently has 832 votes.

https://nextexchange.featureupvote.com/suggestions/4580/straks-stak

SouthXchange BTC Voting

Thus far STRAKS has gathered 521 votes, which is only 10 more votes since the last update two weeks ago. We strongly encourage the community to contribute towards the public listing voting process, if they are interested in seeing STRAKS on SouthExchange. Just 19 votes separates STRAKS from the top 3 voted coins. A top 3 placement achieved by this Wednesday, would guarantee STRAKS a listing.

Votes are submitted by sending BTC to the address (123yK6b5i8dDQozwdgYPgZ8XUdzbWbk2HN) where 1 vote = 0.001 BTC.

Your Sincerely,
The STRAKS Team
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ### A ChainWorks Industries (CWI) Project - CWIgm | Simple Powerful Stable on: March 13, 2018, 07:46:58 AM
Look interesting, i will follow this thread, I hope i can get the solution here to my rx 500 series,  Is it okay to use with a 5gpu's?

hi john1010 ...

as posted - the current miner is nvidia based only at the moment - and tested on the maxwell / pascal series cards so far ...

the amd cards are not yet supported by the miner ... that is a future development we are aiming at - tho will not eventuate for some time yet - as our beta testing module for CWIgm is for stability rather than hashrate for the time being ...

CWIgm 'should' cater for all the video cards your OS / video driver and BIOS can handle ...

but again - thats what this closed testing is all about ...

#crysx

hey admin I just want to followup this conversation of ours, any update about the AMD cards?

You are referencing to an old post from last year, plans have changed from that time so answer is probably" NO"

Trezor Model T Unboxing - New Cryptocoin Hardware Wallet

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRSwos5oewQ

Do we have any videos of SD-card slot actually being used for something in these phase or is that option just to be future proof for some new coins?
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [OPEN] ⒹⒹⒹ DENARIUS SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN ⒹⒹⒹ on: March 13, 2018, 07:33:36 AM

We await for kingcarsens response, whether or not he wants to continue the campaign.

Thank you for the information, didn't we had that same question last week? Grin
I guess he is probably still thinking about it.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HUSH Secure Private Messaging and Transactions [Equihash] on: March 13, 2018, 07:28:39 AM
They said upgrades are done, so if you still have problems open a ticket.
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MANDATORY UPDATE ## BlakeStar (BLAS) ## on: March 13, 2018, 07:27:12 AM
How many nods this wallet have in beginning if I don't add any addresses of my own into config file?

I had only 1 connections and wallet is in status not responding 3 minutes after the start. Huh

ERA wallet, its syncing with very high CPU usage, 4 days behind.

478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ASUS B250 Mining Expert MB - 19 Cards! on: March 13, 2018, 07:24:16 AM

Thanks, I'll have to take a look at my bios later when I'm back at my rig. This guy's video is fairly basic. Leaves most things at default/auto values. If memory serves, the pcie x16 section in the bios is under PEG. I think I tried every option - auto/gen1-3. Will go back and check later. I hope the slot is ok...  Undecided

Last resort would be to actually unplug all other cards and try with only one card in X16 slot.
First you can try to turn of rig and try to plug in /plug out riser few times in that slot, there may be some contact problem due to dust or oxidation.
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zcoin (XZC) - Implementing Zerocoin technology for financial privacy on: March 12, 2018, 07:12:36 PM
I don't understand if Reindex is required if I am on a previous version of the wallet or only if I am stuck on a block? Huh

I have this version "Zcoin Core version v0.13.4.3" and I am fully in sync.
So if you have the same wallet try to reindex.
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Asus B250 Issue - changed a BIOS setting now won't show BIOS screen on: March 12, 2018, 06:12:23 PM
No I didn't know about it til you said, I will try it if you think it will help.  Will that reset everything, back to default settings?  Unfortunately I am away from my rig right now and can't test it but thanks for the suggestion  Smiley

Clearing  CMOS will send you back to default factory BIOS settings.
