Putting all your money in altcoins is not good idea. Diversification is the key to have better portfolio, allocate most of your funds in bitcoins than in altcoins. Altcoins are good invest but there are some altcoins that are not good in our portfolio, it is better if we will research first the background of the altcoin before we put it in our portfolio.
Diversification is the best move when investing. Bitcoin and altcoin that is profitable so I agree there are some alts not valuable in the market. It is still best putting money in btc which could gives more profit and some in altcoins. although the market is in pretty good condition at the moment I am selling my altcoin for BTC. I don't believe in altcoin but now bitcoin will start to dominate market movements and I will follow and focus with bitcoin. |

Then stick those two atlcoins, they can make you profit if you hold those two and also both are good to trade, it will be profitable for you if you are good in trading altcoins.
if what you mean is daily trading requires better skills than long-term trading. of course, it will be able to develop by continuing to learn and try trading. just seeing will not make us good at trading. no matter what assets are most important start with your analysis. |

Yeap,its true(universal truth).without key coin is not yours.Exchanger always Risky to hold.if you don't own private key you don’t own the coin.I think exchangers and banks are same.Because exchanger and bank both can hold your money. So it’s Better to own key and hold coin others you can face horrible situation.
but I still always hesitate with the exchange because I feel the risk of loss continues to haunt me. I am more comfortable with a personal wallet to store assets even though the risk is still there. but for daily trading, I always leave my money in exchange for buying money assets. |

Ethereum is still my favorite. I hope when ethereum experiences a bullrun and it will have an effect on the erc20 token, because I have a lot of erc20 hold that I got from the bounty. I'm really waiting for that moment to happen in the near future.
Not like that, Ethereum bull will not affected other altcoin which based on erc20 tokens because it's completely different projects. Other erc20 tokens are just created because that's the cheapest token to create, even it's free. So there are so many erc20 based tokens, and the price for sure will not related in any way but at least there will be an influence on the altcoin market. ethereum growth will indirectly grow trade. but it will happen if there is no dominance of trade that happened like it had happened to bitcoin in the middle of last year. |

Many crypto experts talked that Libra would be a gate to the cryptocurrency world. But I don´t think so. Libra will be more similiar to classic digital money than to cryptocurrencies. So do not expect big things.  I think the functional libra coins are not much different from coins that will only be used on their platforms. maybe traded in the market, but the clearer use will be on their platform. and it will be a transformation of a social media platform into a trading platform with their digital currency. |

BCH is also one among the altcoins that are depending on Bitcoin's market trend. BCH will never grow for sure if Bitcoin don't show pumps this year.
Look at the CMC chart now, Bitcoin moves high slowly and tried to scroll down, everything is also moving the same. This simply means that BCH together with Bitcoin and altcoins will do have positive changes in this year.
Right, BCH price movements follow the movements of Bitcoin. on the hard pump yesterday (Q2) 2019 BCH became a coin that is always pumped after Bitcoin, then another coin. this year I hope BCH can recover to 0.1 BTC  it's very reasonable because they are like connected even though they have different markets. but in general, it should not be only BCH that follows the bitcoin pump. other altcoin can also follow it depends on how altcoin developers make strategies to attract requests so as not to be left behind by bitcoin. because we know that when bitcoin pumps, the dominance of trade in the market is really like being manipulated by bitcoin and altcoin has to be left behind. |

I'm not asking recap on what's happens in the Cryptocurrency industry, but on how 2019 made an impact in your lifestyle, motivation and financial status, is it positive or negative, are you full of hope or losing it, what is your assessment this coming 2020.
For me last year was motivational and no impact in my lifestyle but my feedback is positive. But I didn't get any good payment from bounty hunting even I was hunting harmony bounty. As last year I think is certain good bounty projects doesn't pay good rewards. Still I have hope for this year, the reason is Coinhe bounty. Bounty looks bad, it seems, in 2019. There aren't many successful projects that pay well. this year is unlikely to be much different from last year for the bounty campaign. when a new project is constrained by investors, it will be hard to believe that the bounty hunter will get a good payment. |

It looks like altcoin is getting increase without the help from the bitcoin as XRP is getting 10% increase while bitcoin is getting only 1% based on the CMC chart. Crypto is getting very good fundamental caused by bitcoin right now. strong grow will come for sure I agree about this but it looks like a good altcoin is just an old altcoin, I mean projects like xrp, xlm, and others. for new altcoin seems difficult but I hope if bitcoin halving really happens this event it can give a good influence on altcoin. of course, they are in a market that is difficult to develop. new projects with markets that are not yet strong and are easy to fall. of course it would be better for the old altcoin that is already listed on the market and has a high trade. but for a new project that has good updates, I think for sure they can compete in the market. |

I think because since 2018 most ICOs have been scam or failed in developing their products so they have failed to compete in the market. After that, investor confidence in ICO began to disappear and is now replaced by the IEO trend.
even with IEO, it cannot grow the crypto investment market. You can see that IEO has not produced many successful projects, this is related to investor confidence that cannot be improved. now their money only revolves in market trading and it is difficult to add fresh money from new projects. I think bounty extention up to 8 more weeks is your advantage as hunter because all we know that if bounty will extend you are the one who have benefits becauae you can earn with extention also. And if you are promoting a good campaign, I think you wish it will extend for a year.

i dont know how many of the people here are ready for the raise. but it is a fact that most of us will not be ready because we scare that market will keep going bearish. that is why we can not dare to prepare enough for a possible bull. those who are afraid are those who do not have a strong analysis of the market. when they can do a market analysis that has a strong enough sign of a bull coming there is no reason to be afraid of investing. if you are still afraid of the bear, you better wait for this market to be in the bull and you will regret it because you lost the moment. |

This is the problem with BNB, it completely relies on whether or not Binance is up and running tomorrow. You never really know what's going to happen. Binance could get hacked, like we've seen a lot of exchanges have issues with and not even be open for business this year. This is the reason I don't hold BNB long term. I just can't be guaranteed that Binance will still be operating in a years time.
You are right, BNB's fate and future only exist in the development of the binance platform. when they decide to stop the project the BNB will disappear from the market. and that won't be good for long-term investment. BNB is a risky asset for long-term investment. but if for daily trading I think we can see how the BNB market moves first. |

We are have been in red market since 2018 and many altcoins keep losing value yes of course people will say they are bad, we all know how people are, they easily have a change of mind when things go tough, if altcoin market recovers today they will instantly start saying another thing entirely

The only price that seem possible for xrp to reach is 1$. If it went up and reach 1$, it will be a great relief for its starved investors. Anything can happen but price of a coin that is trading at 0.19$ will not be going to 28$ in near future. since its centralized one, may be banks can pump it.
Lol, but I would have to agree. XRP is one coin that it is still under 95% from it's all-time-high. So we should take baby steps here, try to reach 1$ first and see how it goes. It already lost it's luster from investors because of the worsening conditions. So it will be very difficult to reach 28$, in my opinion. we will see how the developer's efforts to make it happen. because the estimated price is very far from the current price. maybe we should see what updates can make the market price of XRP increase that much. |
