461  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Money can buy happiness? on: November 05, 2017, 04:49:46 AM
not at all. Happiness does not depend on money. It is more like a psychological thing which is more connected to the human minds. Don't you think so?
no, it cannot buy real ang genuine happiness. It can buy material happiness, and provides material satisfaction. Real happiness always depends on how you see life.
462  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Money 💰💰💰 on: November 03, 2017, 06:47:56 AM
Money is one of our most important part in our life and we all work for money. I accept that money can buy a house, car, dresses and all things which we need in our day today life. But can money bring us true happiness???

A small incident which is making me feel if Money is the only thing we need in life. One of my cousin is married and have 2 kids and the younger one is just a year old. They are planning to leave their kids with their parents and go to a foreign country to earn more money. I cant imagine if both of them can be happy without seeing their kids or money has made them to take this decision. Do you think its a right decision?Huh

Also,Why is money so important in our life?
Money is a pretty recent invention but in any of the times I believe the barter system would have existed. But now tell me what is money used for? What is the purpose of having money?

I believe money can be used for
1) Food
2) Shelter
3) Basic necessities
4) Show-off
5) Education

We need money as each one of us doesn't have everything in equal amounts, so we need some exchange unit and that is how money came into existence.

In some professions, Masters Degree is necessary because of promotions.
However, in some jobs, Masters Degree is not necessary.
But, if you want professional growth, I recommend you to get a Masters Degree as long as you have all the resources.
465  Other / Off-topic / Re: Meaning of terrorist on: November 02, 2017, 11:21:53 PM
Classic terrorist:
Someone or a member of a group who commit a terrorist attack.

Classic terrorist attack:
A violent attack on a target which is unrelated to the goal of the terrorists, usually a civilian target, for the purpose of creating fear or terror so that the people will force their government to negotiate with the terrorists. The terrorists then have the opportunity to get what they want.

Bombing a shopping mall due to disagreements about military actions would be terrorism. Bombing a military unit in response to military actions would be called a militant attack or similar.

Terrorist \Ter"ror*ist\, n. [F. terroriste.]
   1. One who governs by terrorism or intimidation;
specifically, an agent or partisan of the revolutionary
tribunal during the Reign of Terror in France. --Burke.
      [1913 Webster]

   2. One who commits terrorism[2].
      [PJC]

From WordNet (r) 3.0 (2006) [wn]:
  terrorist
n 1: a radical who employs terror as a political weapon; usually
organizes with other terrorists in small cells; often uses
religion as a cover for terrorist activities

America's version of terrorist:
Any militant group or individual that isn't part of the legitimate army of a United Nations recognized nation state, which does not support the interests of the United States.

America's version of militant attack
Any attack from a militant group or individual which is being funded by interests of the USA, such as rebels being supported from the outside to overthrow Gadaffi.
someone who terrorizes a nation or group of people.
Someone who commits killing for the protection of his own ideals
466  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to prepare myself for World War 3 on: November 02, 2017, 04:16:04 AM
Hi,

I live in Europe and i am convinced that a world war will happen within the next 30 years, probably with nuclear weapons. There will be no internet, food, electricity, water available. Banks are closed so i can't get my money. No fuel in fuelstations so i can't use my car. No meds available everything is plundered in pharmacy's. Stores and wallmarts are plundered as well so no food.

What do i need to do to survive?
Start making a lot of Jams which can lasts for 100years like honey etc and a lot of candles. Then start digging underground and make an underground house with deep well water. Then you will survive alone after world war 3.
467  Other / Politics & Society / Re: To travel is to live on: November 02, 2017, 04:08:46 AM
"Travelling leaves you speechless, then turns you into a story teller" a famous quote.
the world is book and those who do not travel read only one page. What you people think about traveling is worthy for life or not?
i am in love with travelling because in the end we only regret the chances we didn't take.
everyday in our lives, we travel. GOing to work, to our house to our friends, and everywhere you go, you travel.
I believe that travelling is making your life story an adventurous one. It will make your book of life colorful because when you travel, you have the chance to see the world and the people living in it. You will get the opportunity to know them interact with and have friends with them. Enjoy travelling buddy!
468  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe all muslims are bad? on: November 02, 2017, 01:15:08 AM
Do you believe all Muslims are bad? How do they differ from the terrorists?

You may want to share your thoughts. Some think all muslims are terrorist. Reasons why they said that because they don't study about their culture and norms. They need more information about why there are msulims and how do muslim live, how are they related to ISIS and other terrorists group in the world.
NO. Not all Muslims are bad. Like Christians, there are also bad people and Good Christians.
But our common notion that when we heard about Muslims, we think that they are terrorist. It's overgeneralizing the whole community of Muslim people. It's a kind of cognitive distortions...
469  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Unemployment on: November 02, 2017, 01:08:15 AM
How many people in your country are unemployed ??

In my country everyone is of view that unemployment rate is very very high. Some people say that every second person is unemployed.
on the end hand with the arrival of information technology. A lot of people are working online/freelancing.

Do you think unemployment is the main problem in every country Huh
Yes, i think unemployment is the main problem in every country. Unemployment is the root cause of crimes, unhappy life, large number of poor families, beggars, and even drug addictions. For example, if you are unemployed, you don't have any source of income, eventually your will starve then, because of starvation, you will now start to steal or use of drugs just to escape from that.
470  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: November 02, 2017, 12:55:08 AM
Can the president of the Philippines can do it. Well I like what his doing in his campaign. It is very amazing program and very work program in the country. Many were discipline now because of him.
If we all help the President in fighting drugs, then we can all have a DRUG-FREE country. We must help him campaign his drug of war. Also, people should unite and cooperate to achieve this. Just be positive and hopeful.

Stay strong Philippines!
471  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe the news ? on: November 02, 2017, 12:48:10 AM
Or do you think media is independent ?
News are everywhere. Media as well. I think no media is independent, they are all dependent to advertisers, and the people around them. I believe in news especially when it pertains to weather bulletin and real-life events like natural phenomena and street-news. However, those news like life stories, celebrities, and others, big NO.
472  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The world without leaders? on: November 02, 2017, 12:37:59 AM
What do you think will happen to the world without leaders like the President, Prime Ministers, King, Queen, etc.? I mean if we accused our leaders of being corrupt, oppressive and all other things, if they are not in the position, what will happen?

The world will be a total "devastated". Imagine a family without a father or a mother, what will happen to the children.
There will be great war!
473  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What can you help to your community develop and improve? on: November 02, 2017, 12:30:27 AM
What can you help to your community develop and improve?

Do you have any current activities with them?
I have been an active member of my community since I became a teacher. I conducted several activities like community mapping for the least serve children like those special, out-of-school youths and the like. Then I gave them free lessons through modules or home visitation.

475  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ILLUMINATI DOES EXIST? on: November 01, 2017, 02:45:54 AM
DO YOU BELIEVE THAT ILLUMINATI DOES EXIST OR NOT?
IF YES, AND YOU WILL GIVEN A CHANCE TO JOIN THEM
ARE YOU GOING TO ACCEPT IT AND WHY?
AND IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THEY ARE THE ONE CONTROLLING OUR WORLD?
I believe that Illuminati exists. Even if they will kill me, I won't offer my life nor myself to join them because I believe that after life and heaven do exist. I don't want to suffer after life. The world belongs to Satan.
476  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: November 01, 2017, 02:24:25 AM
I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.
I agree with you however there are many things to consider. Divine law is different from that law of man. If the man did a very gruesome crime, For example he killed or raped other people, then I think Dearh Penalty is agreeable.

478  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you in favor of same sex marriage? on: October 31, 2017, 09:30:27 AM
Religiously speaking, No. However, who Am I to judge them. anyway, we are all created equally, with weaknesses and strengths, with flaws and none, with mistakes and some none. Yet, we are all have the freedom to express our feelings, to love other, and to give our affection to whom we know can also give what we've been wanting. Love knows no sex, no age, no race, no religion. Everything and everyone is fair in love!
Happy Day Ahead!
i also believe in that, this is a free world and we are free to love.
then everyone is free to choose,

480  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you in favor of same sex marriage? on: October 31, 2017, 09:07:00 AM
Who really cares, let them marry if they want it wont change my day.
It's only bullshit religious groups that's stopping them because some imaginary god has told them it's wrong.
I think you're right.. At the end of the day, we cannot give their own happiness in life! let them do what they think and feel is right! have a great day!
