What do you think will happen to the world without leaders like the President, Prime Ministers, King, Queen,etc.? I mean if we accused our leaders of being corrupt, oppressive and all other things, if they are not in the position, what will happen?

That said, the world needs leaders, no matter how much decentralized the administration is. No nation can survive without a strong and capable leader. Some peoples in Africa and in South America in particular had lived without any leader with a perfect equality between members. It can work on a small scale.
And I'd like to believe it could be possible at the world scale. But I am not sure humans will be able to coexist all together.

The world cannot exist without centralized control. A simple example of bitcoin. Power over the bitcoin distributed between miners, developers and users. It cannot be called centralized control, but decentralization is not called. Even this relative freedom leads to constant forks. However, only 1% of the population uses bitcoin. Imagine what would happen in the world?

If the world have no leaders, war will erupt day by day and lots of lives will perish. It will be what they so called survival of the fittest. Even animals have leaders what more for humans. Yes there are lots of negative effect of having a leader but the negativity can't outweigh the positive effects.

I'm not so sure if not having a leader would really have a dramatic impact at this point. It doesn't really feel like people care too much about "leaders" in the West to begin with. Although the US keeps turning their elections into a superbowl kind of spectacle...
In either case, I don't really care too much either way. If there were no leaders people would start finding ways to make profit out of keeping cities clean and stuff like that. In places were official law enforcement is literally useless citizens start creating their own "policeforce" as well, so I'm certain it would work out in one way or another. Whether or not that kind of society would be better or not is not something that anybody on this planet could answer though, at least not currently since we don't have any comparisons.

I think if the world will not have leaders, that will result in absolute peace, because no one will get drunk with power and do foolish things like set nukes to attack another country, or declare war, but that is only my opinion so you are free to debunk me.

The world would basically stop to function. The reality is that 99% of the population need someone to follow or they would just cease to be able to exist. As much as our leaders can make very questionable decisions they serve the purpose of being a figurehead by which their respective countries can make their mark in the world. If we simply removed the current leaders and all of the "social elite" they would simply be replaced by others who in time would end up the same as their predecessors.

Agreed. In law abiding societies, this is not going to be much of a problem. But in the third world nations, absence of a strong leader can lead to anarchy and chaos. And it can also result in secessionist movements if certain groups of people are not happy.
