There's no need to "prove it." It doesn't matter what you believe. Reality doesn't care about you, or haven't you figured that out yet? When you are an adult, you'll realize the real world doesn't care about you and neither do I.
"I care so little about you, I'm gonna keep on coming back to argue without proving my original point" LOL. if anything this should show to avoid BFL like the plague

You guys have to quit sending UNPAID pizzas to our house. Also someone sent me a taxi yesterday. WTF?
This is where I'd like a LOL button on this forum... Not to have to reply just... LOL! Someone should run a raffle to collect 15 BTC (minimum bid for his house, apparently). That would be many loLz to buy it from the creditors. would it not be better to put a fund together to get a legal opinion on what laws he is braking then sent them to the relevant people ? it looks like in this case you can't draw blood from a stone. If he gets 5K from coinbase might be be federal, but nothing else has apparently been enough to keep him behind bars or to have benefits withheld. It seems he's figured this all out through experience.

Annoyingly the Schildbach wallet seems to now enforce(!) a 0.0001 BTC default fee! Well, these issues aside - thanks for informing us. Well what do you expect? The minimum I always pay is 0.0006 or 0.0005 on the -Qt client. Non-fee transactions usually means hours to days waiting for confirmations. I second this. While mining with deepbit, their tx fees are not included. One payment sat for almost 4 days before being picked up by eligius pool. Just send the penny.

I cant find any wallet other than bitcoin-qt that lets you put a 0.00 tx fee. Surprising to see people in here wondering about fees. it's a penny. Go sell something on PayPal and tell me about fees.

i'm confused--are all blockchain.info wallets vulnerable? (even if you dont have an android phone)
Here are the rollout statuses of each wallet I'm aware of:
blockchain.info wallet: An update was released today that adds a new key using a fixed RNG, so you can manually rotate now. Another update will follow in the coming days that will automatically re-send all coins controlled by the previous keys to the new one.
Please note that apps where you don't control the private keys at all are not affected. For example, exchange frontends like the Coinbase or Mt Gox apps are not impacted by this issue because the private keys are not generated or controlled by you at all.
Basic rule of thumb - if you'd lose the money if the phone/tablet were destroyed (assuming no backups), and that device is an Android device, then you need to upgrade ASAP.
For blockchain.info wallets, even if the keys were generated on a desktop/laptop computer or iPhone, if any payments were made from an Android device, you are also affected. Likewise, if you have imported private keys from elsewhere into an Android wallet and made payments with it, you may also be affected.

in case anyone is confused about the color coding.
I withdrew all my BTC from vulnerable addresses. This image reminds me how my crazy (in hindsight) mother did the same with her cash from the bank on Sept 11.

I noticed it instantly, actually. I did too, just couldnt read it. Thought it was a new ad at first =P

But they are shipping. "Where do you think the difficulty is coming from" BFL are mining with customer ASICs making money for themselves at the expense of their customers ROI. Isn't it obvious? Besides, there are other ASIC manufacturers as well. Yes, in that post I was being sarcastic.

that face denotes laughter because I really do believe between asicminer and resellers, more terrahash have been distributed than BFL. Of course, I can't prove it -- because they dont give us the hard numbers of shipped product.

by the end of the year EVERY BFL unit will never make back the cost of the unit. Expecting to see that by December, they will cost more in electric than the amount of BTC it earns. The chips are so outdated now. The waiting game is about to conclude. 2 more months BFL customers.. that 30% jump in 12 days will continue to happen every 12 days for the next 2-3 months.
Ummm.... correlation, please. The reason that the hashrate is going up like it is and that difficulty is about to make its biggest jump ever is because of BFL units hitting the market. That's no condolence to people still waiting in the queue. But they're unleashing so much power onto the network that its inevitable that the proposition that everyone calculates on their own when placing their order would falls apart before they even receive their order. can only extrapolate on how much they actually produced, but i think the biggest issue (aside from them having difficulties in shipping, obviously) is that no one else imagnines how many other people actually ordered. So that even if they had started shipping without a hitch, people that ordered on day one would get fantastic results, while people that ordered on day 101 would get mediocre results, while people that ordered on day 401 will struggle to achieve anything, all on account of the difficulty skyrocket from orders prior to theirs. I understand the anger vetted at them. But people need to realize, when they see difficulty skyrocketing like nothing it's ever done before, that that's occuring because of the people that were ahead of them in line. Many leasons have been learned (or could have been learned) on account of BFL's actions. They obviously have learned a real lesson in presales and in providing best case scenario projections to the public. But the rest of us ought to have leared that this is an arms race. Everyone is trying to get a leg up on one another, And doing that, the ones that are first to act MIGHT win out, but the people that follow them won't. The shovel makers are making out great, everywhere you look. All they have to do is make a hint about a product release and they get flooded with more BTC that they can shake a stick at! already addressed this. difficulty is coming from friedcat and resellers like canaryinthemine (read above). not bfl

I posted a newer shipping update a few replies above.

yeah, they're a terrible company
I'm pretty sure CanaryInTheMine has resold (thus delivered) more hashing power in the form of block erupters than BFL has delivered to all individual miners who ordered from them. He's up to at least 4.52 terrahash or so in hands of miners. lol

Got this for my birthday and thought I'd see if anyone has a use for it. I can either send you the number and PIN to use online, or mail you the physical card. The former is preferred.
Anyone interested?

I believe it to be fairly closed minded to come to this conclusion. Butterfly have obviously had some substantial problems stopping them from shipping but I'm certain they will come good and they have begun to. Those with belief will be rewarded, just like bitcoin in general. The price of bitcoin comes down to one thing and one thing only, our belief in it.
oh boi. Yea here's your reward!! Give this BFL shill a bone. The reward is you being mocked on this forum later for that post. seems they still have shipped nothing. https://forums.butterflylabs.com/blogs/bfl_jody/277-friday-august-9-2013-shipping-update.html

...but we already have 4 liens against our house...which is like 2 times more than what our house is worth lol. So let coinbase sue us all they want. We are scamming for thase 50 BTC each. HAHA
Someone, please go torch the place. They might have insurance, but I'm sure nobody would rebuild it. And with liens, they cant buy any more property. And by the way, my girlfriend has perfect credit with 4 year job history and she owns her house. Her first coinbase buy for .5 BTC was denied for security reasons, so let us know how you make out. My first buy was denied for security reasons too...all first buys pretty much are. But I got email that they whitelisted me so that wont happen again and after i buy and wait 30 days I will have instant 50 BTC. I know other people who scammed coinbase of the 50BTC...actually know 6 different people who did...all poor like me too. And one person who wasn't poor but degened in gambling When you get the 50 BTC from them, come back and post the wallet address that you can prove you control and Ill give you free BTC
