461  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much cash do you carry? on: May 13, 2014, 10:49:56 PM
I use my credit card to pay for everything if I can.  I earn a tonne of rewards with it and pay off the balance every month. Also, using a credit card for bigger purchases, they carry extra insurance for warranty purposes.

I also carry about $100 bucks in cash with me at all times. Credit/Debit machines don't always work and even the card sometimes doesn't work in all machines.

462  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn up to 2.4 BTC/Month by Posting on: May 13, 2014, 08:23:49 PM
Wouldn't weekly payments be much harder for Stunna as he doesn't pay members automatically?

Also wouldn't weekly payments encourage more users to jump ship and switch between different sig deals each week? Automated payments come with its own challenges, but weekly payments is simply convenience for the participants, at the cost of an overhead to the campaign owner.

Yeah... Weekly is just awesome, but frustrating for organizer, monthly is easy for organizer, but a bit too long...
Bi-Weekly?

How is monthly a bit too long?

Are people depending on what the earn in the sig campaign to supplement their income? Monthly is more than fair. Not only would it be very time consuming it would make payouts very small and a waste for the users that don't make very many posts monthly.

I have to agree with DoggyStayle; being a porn actor could be a fun job, regardless of any other considerations. Grin

Screw my old dream haha.  I'm with you guys, porn star it is.  Smiley

I can't really see it being all that much fun.  I love sex and all, but banging porn stars all day would get tiresome.  Not to mention, some of the porn stars are nasty. Considering they take cocks all day long I can't see them being all that tight.  I imagine it's one of those businesses where you have to start out at the bottom and nail the nasty ones first.

Like any job I'm sure the last thing you want to do when you get home is have sex with the women after banging sluts all day.
464  Other / Off-topic / Re: Question about dreams/night terrors, do you get them? on: May 13, 2014, 05:54:42 AM
Never had night terrors. What actually defines something as a terror though? Everyone has dreams and sometimes they're messed up or crazy, but I usually forget them very quickly after waking up.

Well for me, it's those nights where you cant sleep and you expect the same thing to happen again.  Yes, everyone has dreams, but the night terrors always seem to end the same way.  Sometimes, it's like a never ending nightmare for the night.
465  Other / Off-topic / Question about dreams/night terrors, do you get them? on: May 13, 2014, 05:34:54 AM
So I've had many discussions in my life regarding this issue.

My dreams have always been a little more hands on than most.

i grew up in an old farm house that was handed down through generations. I remember having these dreams when I was a kid that just seamed really messed up.  I could see them coming, if that makes sense.

It's like dreaming about total darkness, but it's like someone is watching. You feel like you are in danger but you can't wake up.  When I do manage to wake up I can see images that look like ghosts and shit.

When dream like this there are weird noises in the background that don't make sense.  I've done a little research on them and they appear to be night terrors but different.  I'm in my mid 30's and I really would like them to stop.

Anyone else having the same kind of experiences?  Any thoughts? Ways to get rid of them?

Always thought working in a brewery would be pretty cool.  Microbreweries and craft beer are becoming huge around where I live and there are actually courses you can take on becoming a brewing master.

Whenever I think of working in a brewery, I always think back to Norm on Cheers.  He seemed so happy when he worked at the brewery.
467  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst Movies You Have Ever Watched on: May 13, 2014, 01:26:15 AM
It's funny, whenever I see threads like these pop up there are usually multiple things that come to mind.  This one is so easy though, easily the worst movie I've ever seen:

Joe vs. the Volcano.

That has to be the worst movie ever made.  Not only did it not make any sense to me. It put both my buddy and I to sleep, and it was a sleep over which made it even worse!  Sleepovers were big when we were kids.  Stay up late, play video games, and watch movies. It totally screwed up the night!!
468  Other / Off-topic / Re: Mobile phones you ever used on: May 12, 2014, 07:22:35 AM
I cant even remember the models of most of my old phones. I had a big motorola brick as my first one then a slimmer but still huge siemens phone, then onto a load of nokias, none of which I can remember the exact models but I know what they look like. I might try find the images on google or something just for nostalgia  Cheesy.

LOL!

That's the exact same thing I am doing right now.  Huge flash back!  It's crazy to look back at them and remember how revolutionary we thought they were back then. I remember I thought it was so cool that we could download ringtones for like 99 cents or whatever it was.  Now I look back at them and think, what a piece of crap!

Then again, the thought of going back to them wouldn't be all that bad.  Maybe we'd see more people actually socializing with each other instead of their phones in bars and restaurants.
469  Other / Off-topic / Re: Mobile phones you ever used on: May 12, 2014, 07:08:32 AM
I've used many over the years. I bought my first cell phone in 2000. I believe my first cell phone was a Nokia if I remember correctly.  I remember one phone I had was a Kyocera, loved the phone, had a flash light on it, that was huge back in the day, LOL!

Currently using a BlackBerry Bold 9900. Had it for a couple years now.  Been a great phone for me, looking at getting the Q10 when my contract is up in a few months.

I've thought about branching out but I hate the virtual keyboards.
470  Other / Meta / Re: Postcounter on: May 12, 2014, 06:56:47 AM

You have a regular post-counter too but you need to enable it. Go to profile, Forum Profile Information, then tick the box at the bottom that says Show post count by posts.

Glad I came around and took a look at this thread.  i never knew about that option.  Thanks for posting this information, now I don't have to hit my profile to know how many posts I've made.

Cheers!
471  Other / Off-topic / Re: Favourite cartoon show on: May 12, 2014, 05:18:10 AM
Of all time? That's a tough one.  I don't think I could name just one.

I'd have to go back to when I was a kid as I haven't really liked cartoons since. I'd have to go with Tom and Jerry, Scooby Doo, Transformers, He-Man, and Garfield.

If I had to pick one from that list it would have to be Transformers. I remember when they made the first Transformers movie in the early 80's. It was a cartoon and I couldn't wait until it was released at the video store.  I still remember the sleep over with my buddy when we were finally able to rent it.
472  Other / Off-topic / Re: I have 30 days to live. on: May 09, 2014, 11:43:03 PM
Firstly I'd head down to the bank and mortgage my house to the max.  I'd drain my bank accounts and get as much cash as possible out of my credit cards as cash advances.  I'd head to the airport and get the f out of dodge.  Not 100% sure where I'd go but New Zealand sounds nice.  I'd take the vacation of a lifetime and party it up until I only had a few days left.

I'd come home and think about who I hated the most.  There are a couple people in my life that have caused great problems and damage. I'd likely murder them. No one would likely bat an eyelash as these people are complete scum.

With my luck though, day 30 would come and go and I'd find out I'm not dying and it was a big mistake. I'd rot in jail and be forever in debt.
473  Other / Meta / Re: Banned account on: May 09, 2014, 11:04:20 PM
I don't get it.  If you're banned, why make a new account?  You are circumventing the ban and asking for a further ban as far as I see it.  From what I can see in all these types of threads, the people are getting banned because they are making too many posts that are considered spammy and they are a member of a sig payment campaign.

It's only going to be a matter of time before they ban these sig campaign altogether.  You should probably just accept your suspension, let it's run it's course, and try not to get banned again.

Circumventing the ban be creating another account definitely isn't going to help your situation.
474  Other / Off-topic / Re: TV Series Recommendations... on: May 09, 2014, 06:34:30 AM
I watch vikings, or shark tank.

Have you ever watched Dragons Den?  It's the Canadian version, so to speak, that came out before Shark Tank.  Same premise to the show, but on Dragons Den. They can't accept a lower offer than what the value their company at.  Basically, if the over value their company they get roasted and can't get a deal.

I do find myself watching Shark Tank more these days though since O'Leary and Robert have left Dragons Den.
475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: May 09, 2014, 05:55:32 AM
blackcoin actually Smiley

If you want to advertise about some worthless dump-and-pump shit-coin, then do it somewhere else. I believe that the proliferance of these shit-coins is one of the main reasons for the decline in Bitcoin exchange rates right now.

I have to agree with you. Bitcoin is already struggling with its reputation these days. With every one of these altcoins that come out, bitcoins credibility only worsens. I will say one thing about blackcoin though, at least it sounds better than some of the ridiculous alt coins out there.
476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: May 09, 2014, 02:29:49 AM
I believe in BTC, much better than gold

not at this point it isn't.  What can you buy with gold?  Lots of stuff and almost anyone would accept gold as payment.  Can't say the same thing about bitcoin, you can buy very little with it and very few people will accept it as payment.
477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: May 07, 2014, 10:31:02 PM
well, this quiet hard
in that side, bitcoin still raise from the deep to sky
and in another side, gold is like god in real money

I will choose gold after all  Grin , cause BTC is still in minority, but i hope it will raise like real gold  Grin

Good point.  Very few people even care what bitcoin is, and even less people than that are gonna consider it a viable commodity in a natural disaster.  When the power goes down and a person needs to trade for the basic necessities for survival, are people going to accept bitcoin or gold?

I haven't been around much in the past couple weeks and I noticed yesterday that I had become a full member. I went and changed my sig to match the full member sig.  I'm now wondering if this was the correct thing to do? I'm not looking to cheat the system in any way, I just assumed that I needed to change the sig to full member status. Was I wrong in doing so?

479  Other / Off-topic / Re: My favorite drink is........... on: May 07, 2014, 05:14:51 AM
Hoegarden beer!

WOW! That just gave me a total flashback to my mid 20's. My buddy would bring over a 6 pack after work on Fridays and we would play NHL 2001 on the PS2.  For me, if I'm going to drink an import beer, it's gotta be Grolsch.

Well it is safe to say the OP is full of shit! It wouldn't be that hard to provide the info to prove it. Then they come up with some lame excuse.

Whats the point of even making a profile to post this crap?  Is the OP that hard up for attention?

Maybe he is just trolling much.  Wink No need to be so aggressive.

Aggressive? LOL! What do people even get out of trolling? I don't get it.  It's hardly funny. Seems like a waste of time to me.
