I often read and heard about burning tokens that were not sold when the ICO project was finished, I also knew that by burning the rest of the token was a strategy so the price of the token didn't fall, but if the DEV and the team didn't burn it was a crime? is there a requirement that the remaining unsold tokens must be burned?
Running an ICO could be considered as a crime at all. Because ICOs are collecting money without any government license and regulation. So they could do everything and you can't stop them . You are sending money to help them but there is no rule that they have to do anything to make you rich . |

Devs should stop blaming bounty hunters for dumping ,they work hard to promote your projects and they have every right to do what they like with the tokens if this is really what you don't want then
Don't pay bounty hunters in your tokens ,pay them in USD ,USDC or ETHEREUM to avoid dumping your tokens and that will have positive impact on your tokens ,dumping will always happen and if the project is a strong one then it will quickly recover
That was discussed here many times and it is true that 2% of tokens canīt affect the price and not all bounty hunters are selling their tokens. Also postICO tokens that didnīt run bounty are in a big loss thanks to bear market and not caused by bounty hunters. |

I have heard that some guy posted his opinion that XRP token is overestimated and now he is afraid because someone wants to kill him . So, yes, it could be a manipulation. But XRP token could be a game changer. |
