I am quite familiar with Electrum. If you get that message what it simply means is you did not turn on the RBF feature before broadcasting the transaction. Probably you are using an older version.

As for this, if you fee was too low you have two options;
Either you wait for nodes to drop the transaction which would take a long time depending on your fee. Trust me I learned that the hard way . sometimes if the fees are way too small you might be so lucky that only the node network of the wallet you used didn't Purge the transaction.
Alternatively you could use the keys to access the wallet through another wallet like Electrum that supports RBF then try rebroadcasting the transaction with a higher fee.

Upon first sight of this topic without even reading through, logically a vast majority of persons will definitely tag this situation as a case of gambling addiction which is understandable. Private keys and public keys are entirely two different things. Now when you create a wallet, a seed phrase is generated. That seed phrase is then used to create a master private key for the wallet. If the wallet is an HD wallet, when you make a transaction, the master private key is used to generate a child private key.

Both the seed phrase, and master private key can be used to sweep the wallet ( move all the BTC to another wallet) that is why you have to keep them as safe as possible.

Public key on the other hand can not be used to sweep a wallet. The public key is an alpha numeric combination which is used to generate addresses for the wallet. Sharing your public key is almost same as sharing your normal Bitcoin wallet address.

In the past, a few wallets even supported receiving Bitcoins using public keys but it is no longer common these days.
So your seed phrase and private keys are the ones you should keep as safe as possible you can even make use of cold wallets for a better security option.

I just checked the transaction ID on the Mempool and it's actually not verified because the fee rate is way too low. Like damn 8 sat/byte for that amount of BTC is just too low.
The reason you can't find it on the nodes you checked is probably because it was purged due to extremely low fees.
I experienced something very similar to this sometime ago when I broadcasted a transaction with a fee of about 11sat/ byte and it was purged out of the Mempool of a majority of nodes. In fact it was only the node network of the wallet I used that even attempted broadcasting it.

In that case I think your post will fit better in the service board. However alot of forum members here may not want to use your intended service because of trust issues ( which is actually rational and necessary).

You don't yet have a reputation for it here. I bet you no one will want to risk doing a swap with you unless you have proven trustworthy by them or other persons in the past. In such situation people here would rather prefer to carry out such deals with people with better reputation for it. This is where a lot of persons get it wrong. People can't directly help you with your privacy. Are you suggesting that some one here should send you their KYC information and you would then help them keep it safe?
Privacy is a personal choice. When we talk about privacy here we are actually trying as much as possible to avoid sharing your KYC data or losing it to some hacker or scammer or even worse a phishing attempt. So I don't see how you can help someone with his privacy. I think you should possibly explain how here.

Now disclosing your hodlings could help trace your wallet and promote the easy for a dust attack.
Aside from being careful about your seed phrase and private keys you also need to be careful how you share information like hodlings and even the wallet address of your hodling wallet.
