461  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for 0.2 testnet BTC. Would be appreciated! on: February 11, 2024, 05:40:05 PM
Hey all,

Was wondering if anyone could send me 0.2 test bitcoin to tb1q53ef5gxdsdmjnjmp55re0faddkw0ragpa2np7r.

Not sure if this is asking for too much. 0.1 would work too but just wanted a buffer. Thank you!

You can post HERE, Notblox1 gives out testnet bitcoins to people in need. As long as you don't abuse the service they are willing to help.

People are going to come and go from this community at random. Some will die or face a bad illness, some will have issues in life, or some might just get tired of this forum and decide to move on. Whatever the circumstance may be, they do not owe us an explanation as to why they are taking a break do they? In this case they posted that they will be busy according to crypto library, but normally we just gotta let them move on if that's their wish.

463  Economy / Services / Re: payments available from endfb.com on: February 11, 2024, 05:29:19 PM
You do realize that you are banned right? Your main or at least 1 other account you control (i_am_viral) is a banned account according to bpip https://bpip.org/Profile?id=193160 .

Being banned means you as a person are no longer allowed here. It doesn't mean that you can make a new account and magically reappear and all is well.
464  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: February 11, 2024, 05:29:23 AM
I know it has been a while since I have posted in this thread but after reading a recent scam accusation against the 1xbit/1xbit1 website, I decided to post here.

They last had activity here in May 2023. What happened to their promises of a fresh start? Did they even resolve anything when they claimed to be trying to resolve scam allegations against them?

Hello Bitcointalk Community

1xBit is Now control by a new Team. We want to do a fresh start again. Most of the scam accusation are 2 years+ old, not sure if there a way to resolve them.

If there is any issues with your account please post all the details here, make sure to provide your account number.(Send the information via PM) We will try to solve all your issues. We're interested to hear back your thoughts too.

Best Regards
1xBit Team

They might have been genuine when they made that message, but within 10 seconds the criticism started and they likely said fuck it, we aren't gonna be able to do anything on this forum.

They took they advertising elsewhere. I've seen their banners a few places. Everyone on here mostly knows they're a scam company, but there are so many out there that may not be a part of this community, those are the ones who are not safe as they have no idea what's in store for them.

You might try sending a message to julerz12. He/she managed the signature campaign for them and likely has contact info for someone at the casino. I don't know that the contact info would be shared with you, but they might send a message for the casino to respond here.

Dennis Schröder had a good debut game with the Brooklyn Nets as he helped the struggling nets to cut their losing streak.

He had a double double with 12   assists and 15 points. I think this is what the Nets need, a good point guard that could make everyone spread the floor effectively. Looking forward for more upcoming wins for this squad, they are fun to watch now with a great ball movement.

Final score of the game,  Nets 123 - Spurs 103.
Top scorer nets : Thomas 25 points
Top score for Spurs : Wemby 21 points but only had 4 rebounds.
I wouldn't get too excited if you're a Nets fan. They did beat the Spurs who really aren't a hot team thus far. Not saying the Nets can't turn it around by any means, but they cannot really count this win as anything more than building chemistry. Actually a perfect game for Schroders debut.
467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you quit gambling for a friend? on: February 10, 2024, 11:49:31 PM
So I heard a story of some acquaintances that in their friend group, some person really got addicted recently.
At first it was just fun and game, they would sit together and play some slots together in a big screen with some 10€ or so for as much as this would last them with small stake spins. And this is something they would do on big occasions. Only when together as a group and only for big days like birthday parties etc.

But the thing is, unbeknownst to them, one person in their friend group was really compulsive. So in the course of a few months, he became really addicted. He would spend much of his own money from his salary on slots and sports betting, eventually losing most of it regularly every month. Then on nearly every get together he would ask his friends to chip in so they can play slots this time in his account. Every time asking for more significant amounts too.

This guy hasn't caused any trouble to his friends but it's a worrying situation to see him waste most of his salary every month... So now the other guys were contemplating to quit their poker playing hobby because it was really affecting their friend negatively. And they had a somewhat regular get-together to play poker with very small stakes just for the fun of it. It's a petty that they might have to abandon their poker games but to them it's either that or abandoning their friend and worsening his compulsion.

Would you do the same for a friend? Me personally I think I would have just confronted such a friend and told them to seek help instead of me altering my lifestyle for his benefit. If they didn't seek help to the point that it was affecting me I would've just stopped hanging out with them silently I think. A friend would've had to be a real good one to make an exception at least.
Why wouldn't you just choose a Night to play and not take the friend? Why would a person need to quit 100%?

No clue if I would or wouldn't but if it's an activity I enjoy and I'm good at, I would try to plan around the friend.

469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does even freezing a customer's account curb irresponsible gambling? on: February 10, 2024, 04:18:45 PM
If suddenly you went on a binge-gambling out of a lack of self-control or something else. For example, you deposit money in rapid succession after a series of losses and the casino management freezes your account. And when you call their customer support, they tell you that your account has been frozen for 3 weeks and the reason why they carried out that measure was because they suspected that you were gambling irresponsibly and decided to take that measure so that you can call yourself back to order, will you feel furious, cuss out, sign out of your account and register on another casino and continue betting. Does even freezing a customer's account curb irresponsible gambling or betting addiction?
People can get mad as hell but if they really want to gamble they will find a way to gamble. Especially online, people will just go to another casino or register a new account at the casino that froze their activity.

Hi guys, I made deposit and cant open website, could u help pls, also support does not respond to emails!
Lol!!!  Grin Op you made me laughed. After you have deposited then the website collapsed. If it is not scam then they will come back because probably it is a maintenance issue but if it is a scam site then forget about your funds it is gone and nobody can do any to revise your money and you too does not help any matter because when you are reporting an issue like this you have to drop the website in the op for people to check the website if it is a domain issue or other thing. Drop link.
Hey, if you are going to reply you should read other replies as well. IMO his issue is probably what I am quoting below. No need to get him worried unless this option doesn't work.

Dear Players!

Due to accessibility issues faced by users in several regions, LTC Casino has shifted its primary domain from https://www.ltccasino.com to https://www.ltccasino.io

472  Economy / Reputation / Re: The SportsBet.io Gang on: February 09, 2024, 07:42:56 PM
What's the end goal here? Accusing the site of merit abuse is a bit absurd as I have already stated, the red trust might need modified as far as the reason, and then an added accusation of poor marketing.

The marketing thing, I haven't looked at the back n forth if someone wants to link me to it i'll be happy to read it. Regardless, at worst a bad use of marketing but still not scamming customers.

They spend tens of millions on sponsorships in the Premier League, but somehow it got stuck that the disputed merit distribution is in their thread.
As far as I know, the amount of merit distributed in the Sportsbet ANN thread is almost insignificant compared to WO (which is more meaningless), but that is another story that has already been discussed.
Kinda my point though, people distribute it however they want basically. Aside from selling it, anything is pretty much allowed with merit.

Of all the arguments in this thread, the marketing of the jackpot is the only thing that IMO should have been done differently, but either way I do not feel anyone is at risk playing there.

Far as I've seen on the scam accusations, sportsbet has tried resolving quite a lot of those. You can't honestly believe that every accusation that pops up against a site is legit. Do you feel that playing on sportsbet will lead you or other customers to lose their money? Do you think the site won't pay legitimate players?

I don't feel like players are at risk at this point so I don't see the reason for this thread.
474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do coaches get sacked over poor performance of players? on: February 09, 2024, 05:12:23 AM
If I were to own a club and players were tanking to get a coach fired, I would make sure that those players were banned from the sport for life assuming I could prove it. Other then that though, it's normally a coach's job to get the best out of their players and if he isn't doing that with repeated bad performances by the team, owners usually want to try and go in a different direction vs letting go of the players.

What if it involves your important players that are putting efforts in other for the club to be successful and maybe they don't actually like the coach's way of attending to players because there are coaches that are very arrogant and pompous whenever they want to tell a player to do something, let's consider a scenario whereby his team is losing a game and instead of the coach to encourage his players at that moment but instead he keeps shouting at the players more especially when they make mistakes. I have been following football for a very long time now and I can tell you that some coaches are very disrespectful to their players even this Jose Mourinho, he also does that though he's a good and professional coach but he doesn't care about the importance of any player as he can go as far as not featuring an important in a game conspicuously maybe simply because he didn't perform well in previous match.

Inasmuch as football is concerned, there ought to be a kind of good relationship between the players and their head coach in other for them to work together and move a team forward but a situation whereby the players decide to conspire to jeopardize the efforts of their coach, then there is really something the coach isn't doing well to his players. Players can't just betray a coach without it being that maybe the team doesn't like his coaching pattern and doesn't relate freely with their coach so in such situations the only remedy is to sack the coach rather than banning such players and moreover, I think there is also a penalty that is being set by the football apex body FIFA to any player who intentionally tries to jeopardize the efforts of his coach so for me if players team up against a coach at the expense of his job, then he isn't in good terms with the players.
Have you ever heard of the movie 8 men out? It's about the Chicago White Sox losing the world series on purpose. 8 men banned from baseball for life. 1 was the great Shoeless Joe Jackson.

Good or bad players doesn't matter, they are destroying the integrity of the sport by losing on purpose. If they dislike a coach, then speak their thoughts to the owner and let the owner fire him if he agrees. If the owner doesn't agree, play out your contract and ask for a trade. Don't lose on purpose to suit your own selfish agenda.
475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress? on: February 09, 2024, 04:38:12 AM
Most sites track your progress for you. Stake.com, gamdom.com, and I'm sure others as well. I don't check my progress very often as it can be kinda depressing. Who wants to see how much money they are down? Not me, that's for sure. If I was running like a god and way up I might be more inclined to care about stats.

477  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to pay a cruise with criptocurrency on: February 09, 2024, 02:57:29 AM
There may be a person willing to pay for your cruise in exchange for your crypto. Make a thread in the currency exchange section and see if there is any interest. I'm not sure I would take the risk as most methods could chargeback or create a fraud alert, but it might be another option if a trusted member and escrow are used.
478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your response in placing live bets with a friend at a live sporting matches on: February 09, 2024, 01:02:06 AM
Sports live bets are full of sentiments, grudges and unnecessary arguements because there are always persons you could Chanel your grievances towards.
I as a Nigerian went on a bet with a South African friend on today's match for the Semifinal of the African Cup of Nations league, my prediction was that Nigeria was going to win and my friend predicted that South Africa would win and we had our stakes of $10 each deposited on a reliable and a trustee so that there isn't going to be bridges of bets.

Buttressing this whole thing, we individually feels cheated at every blown panelized whistles and of course there is are felling amongst us that any goals scored against our oppositions is not Worth it so there is always room to point at either the referees or the coaches for being biased just because of the game ongoing is not playing towards the favours of our desired teams.
This is to an extend, there was no more funs about the game due to the point of personal interests to make sure our supported team wins the match.

Question:who has been in this scenario before? And how did you managed with your emotions then?
If you are getting too heated over $10 you might need to stop gambling right now. No telling what you might do if you were betting a couple thousand. Better to not find out right?

In all seriousness, a little bit of trash talk is fine as long as it stays fun. If you guys are getting really crazy with each other you prob should just watch the game and not bet.
479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you beleive in the concept of "Luck"? on: February 08, 2024, 07:19:24 PM
Hello everyone!

Recently, I was thinking about the concept of luck in my life and how lucky I am. And I wondered how other people, especially gamblers, perceive this concept.

It would be interesting to read your thoughts.

You can answer these questions, for example:

  • Do you believe in Luck? If so, how do you describe your perception of this concept?
  • How lucky do you think you are from 1 to 10?
  • Does your sense of luck in regular life correlate with your luck in gambling?
  • Do you believe that some special things or actions can increase your luck?

And do not hesitate to share any other thoughts about it. Let's discuss!

Quote
Do you believe in Luck? If so, how do you describe your perception of this concept?
Yes I believe in luck but I feel that they differ when talking luck in life and luck in gambling.

Quote
How lucky do you think you are from 1 to 10?
10 of course, Lucky to be alive and in a better position than I was last year at this time.

Quote
Does your sense of luck in regular life correlate with your luck in gambling?
They're both different IMO. In life, if you found a woman to be your wife and create a family with, you should consider yourself the luckiest man/woman alive. In gambling you are chasing money and a high, totally different. A person can be poor and lucky.

Quote
Do you believe that some special things or actions can increase your luck?
I think superstitions are silly but there are those that are 100% believers.

You may have already heard about us, we are MainStreams, we occupy a leading position in this service.
Sorry to say that I never heard about you :-D
Considering 137 subscribers on the Channel it seems you are not around for long time too.
The website does not have much info, may be only for the private users. What kind of service you are providing?

Looks like probably the same as THISUSER. Quite possibly a waste of time and could lead to scam accusations due to books not paying for breaking ToS in some fashion. Maybe I'm wrong, but this is how I see it.
