You should not panic and sell all your altcoin. The best way is to hold. If you have not sold altcoin, then your money is still there, but it will be reduced when the altcoin price drops. Surely the price will recover, and you will get back your money |

I think the best and least risky exchange is Bittrex. While Binance and other exchanges have been hacked, but as far as I know, no hacker can attack Bittrex. Agree with your comments. You are basically arguing that people should receive services from the government, but should not pay any taxes. If this happened then the government would not be receiving money to pay for such services, so how would you suggest they pay for such services?
