461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: September 19, 2017, 09:56:23 AM
I think free bitcoin is used by anyone including ordinary citizen, with the increasing number of bitcoin users of course it's time the state and government cares and makes special rules about bitcoin.
Bitcoin is owned by no one and it can be used by all the people of the world as far as they are willing to. They only need to learn little basics about bitcoins and obviously it is impossible without having an internet connection and a device. Bitcoins can be earned regardless of caste, creed, color, gender, religion or location.
462  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Open AI Gambling Bot/Discussion on: September 19, 2017, 07:52:02 AM
Machine Learning, Neural Networks and other AI related terms, these breakthrough are still into development, decades of research and developments putting a possibility to beat human skills and wisdom.Having an AI or Bot in Gambling is still possible by feeding million of data like events, patterns, motion analysis,DEJAVUs but it needs massive data centers and servers to perform that task, the bottomline is the excitement and the thrills , FUDs and other mix motions is gone and it could be boring when gambling are played by the machines. we could become an spectator and not a player after all.
No doubt, AI is a growing field and the funniest thing about it is the vision of Elon Musk regarding AI. We are struggling day and night for improving AI and the guy says that this world will end by the robot wars. Personally, I don't like AI replacing everything. There won't be much fun indeed.
463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin's price volatility affect your gambling habits? on: September 19, 2017, 06:52:52 AM
I dont have affect of price volatility as i have invested a bankroll and just following it and according to it i am gambling and what ever the profit i am getting i just convert them to fiat currency without seeing the price as i cannot use bitcoin for any purchase or other thing that is why i have to convert to use it in my real life.
At the present moment, the bitcoin is facing a very tough time and converting it into fiat just for the sake of gambling is not a wise action. Bitcoin is lingering between 3300 dollars and 3500 dollars. The value will still decrease. I think it is better to get more bitcoins at this time than spending it on gambling.
464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning enough with Bitcoin without Job ? on: September 18, 2017, 10:46:39 AM
I was just wondering that is it possible to earn steady income without going 8-5 hours regular office job.. I mean you got some bitcoin in your wallet .. are you the enough for living ?

another option is to regularly working on Bitcoin related trading/activites .. that earn you enough amt of monthly income ..

what's your opinion

Note: this is not for poor fellow who just discovered bitcoin or altcoins
Well in my case bitcoin helps me a lot in terms of financial needs i think you could earn bitcoin if you have skills in trading it just depends on your hard work but its better if you have a job besides bitcoin so you can regain your money in case of unexpected loss.
I've been here for a couple of months and with that period of time bitcoin never fails me in terms of giving profit were I got compensated with more than the wages of an ordinary employee in a traditional business company.
Bitcoins are sufficient for fulfilling all economical needs if one has the skills to earn bitcoins and increase his amount with time. If this happens, then the person can actually save himself from the hectic ways of office work and becomes his own boss. Bitcoins is changing the ways of earning.
465  Economy / Economics / Re: Three reasons to invest in Bitcoin on: September 18, 2017, 10:14:34 AM
Quote
1. It’s gaining mainstream credibility as industry players consider it as the new gold – Bitcoin has many of the same qualities of gold, whose value is not controlled by governments.

2. Many investors and finance industry experts are serious about the promise of Bitcoin – A large number of mainstream investors and entrepreneurs already consider Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a legitimate asset class.

3. There is only a limited amount of Bitcoin – There are only 21 million Bitcoin tokens to be mined and no new tokens will appear until after 2140. This makes Bitcoin a deflationary currency whose value increases naturally with time.

Source here.

These are interesting big reasons why it is so wise to invest in Bitcoin. I am sure that many people are still doubting Bitcoin whether it can be a good investment vehicle or it is just another risky venture that can collapse anytime. Of course, we know better. So in case someone would be asking you this same question, you just have to enumerate the three big reasons above.
I agree with the listed reasons. People should invest into Bitcoin because it is profitable. The market value of Bitcoin is dependent on the marked demand. And as the demand is getting higher, same thing will happen with its price and the profit that they will get if they invest to Bitcoin.  Bitcoin is profitable that makes the investors towards it to invest because profit is assured to be big.
Most people are not adventurous enough they prefer to play it safe, but if you play it safe then you do not get anywhere, those that got famous or riches are people that took great risks in order to become like that so if you want to obtain better results than the average person then you need to take risks.
Risk taking factors play key role in your success. I utterly agree with you that people have not become rich without taking unbelievable risks. Successes only come to those who have courage to embrace it. It is not an easy task to handle success. If you want to perform big, dream big and big dreams demand courage and risk taking.
466  Economy / Economics / Re: USD vs BTC on: September 18, 2017, 08:54:41 AM
yes, even so. I think bitcoin will never beat the USD, because USD has become an international currency that has been widely recognized by many countries.
Government can ban bitcoin in order for them to stay on top, it's a dream that we can see bitcoin will replace dollar.
What we are seeing now is the reality, we are not even on the level to compete so let's stay realistic.
We are already posing threats to the most expensive minerals of the world and most sued currencies, dollar is not an exception. Bitcoins have just started their journey and if we keep supporting them, this will easily eat away bitcoins even without getting its tummy full. Dollar is just about to die forever.
467  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 18, 2017, 07:39:55 AM
Saving money in bank will give you very less interest on your fixed deposit or savings.  But investment in bitcoin will give you more than your expected amount.  Bitcoin has more potential to get extra profit. I would suggest instead of saving money in banks invest in bitcoin as I am doing right now.  Till day have earned huge amount through bitcoin which is 100 times more than interest given to me by bank.
In my opinion, it is better to invest because investing always gives you something in return at the end. Most of the people think of investing in bit coins which become as a future saving for them and they keep a check and balance on market trend to have an eagle’s eye on price of bit coin to be aware of any disastrous situation.
I am also in favor of investing the larger portion of your savings into investments. Simply keeping money in banks or in lockers at homes is not going to increase that money even after centuries. So it is better to invest them into some business which is damn profitable like bitcoins at the moment.
468  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: September 16, 2017, 05:31:05 AM
Yes it would be still popular. Some people needs to hide their money from the government or they don't want to pay taxes, and bitcoin is the alternative for that.

If bitcoin had a stable price it would be just like a bank for me.
Some stupid people will be like– “hmm…I’ve been afraid if using this for a longtime, and now is the perfect time to get in”. Smart people that have been using it all this while will be like– “uhm…this doesn’t make much sense anymore. Anyway, I will still stick to it”.
469  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: September 16, 2017, 04:54:20 AM
The main problem of poverty is the uneven distribution of financial channels, most of the poor are blocked from access to finance such as government assistance, bank aid and so on. the presence of bitcoin can be a solution to overcome poverty.
You have explained one of the main reasons for poverty all over the world. This is utterly because of the unjust distribution of financial assets. Those who have oil, gold etc in their land are not willing to share it with poor countries. We need to sue world resources equally to put an end to poverty.
470  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: September 16, 2017, 04:29:17 AM
Because all eyes will be on bitcoin, we all know that bitcoin is the first so it will always be the top choice for fans of cryptocurrency. In addition, bitcoin is always a reference for trading with altcoin.
They are famous because everyone wants to invest into them. Those who have just heard a word of digital currencies are even ready to invest into bitcoins because of the recent prices bitcoins reached in the month of August after Segwit execution. In the coming days, the power of bictoisn wills tremendously increases further.
471  Economy / Economics / Re: So, you want to be rich? All of you ? on: September 15, 2017, 10:23:47 AM
Yes, i also want to be rich and famous. Have a big house and more business to handle.
i just want that every one in the world should have at least such income that he can live his life freely.
Such a humble and sweet dream you have! I have the same dream but for this we really need to work hard so that we can help out those in their financial problems who are due to some genuine reasons are unable to earn for them and their families. We all should share little profits with those who are poor to make world a beautiful place to live in.
472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High transaction fee can be resolved? on: September 14, 2017, 06:38:43 AM

yes very high fee. not like before with no fee. Why is it so and why it is still increasing. Is it because of the constant rise of bitcoins?

How do those who earn less money and just pay the fee they can endure so they can totally earn nothing. So what happens to this is really to rich people?

So this is also my question. will it resolve? Or will it stay in conjunction with the rise of bitcoins prices?
Yes of course it is possible to reset the high prices of the bitcoin transactions. And it will be a good step, because most of the people who are hesitating while doing their transaction in bitcoin due to a high level of transaction fee, they will feel relax and ok with the low transaction fee, and it is also mandatory for the overcome on all other crypto currencies and other cash paper money.
473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin mainstream on: September 14, 2017, 05:36:52 AM
The people behind Ransomware might decide that Bitcoin is not anonymous enough and they might request people to pay them in another Alt coin, for example : Monero

Bitcoin is currently used as the default payment option, because it can be easily acquired by the people that has to pay the ransom. These people also request Bitcoin, because it can be used at more merchants to buy goods and to pay for services.

yes,, you're wright sir

How is he right? He is saying that bitcoins does not provide anonymous transaction but Monero does. It's not just that bitcoins is the default option, it is more valuable than other digital currencies and hackers have many tricks to fool others with their IDs.
As you told that may be the people can pay their bills and other expenses in any other crypto currency, but the default will be bitcoin. So I think that most of the people will use bitcoin because in everything almost all the people use default that may be settings or currency.

And the other is not recommended. So it is true that bitcoin is the mainstream and the people use the main thing in common.
474  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: September 13, 2017, 10:06:05 AM
I think everyone makes savings for big profits, because someone who invests definitely wants to make a profit rather than lose money. I myself hold the bitcoin to be stored in my wallet, because i want to sell it when bitcoin prices go up and i get the benefits automatically.
I honestly do not want to invest my bitcoin for risky investments.

Well the first thing that comes to mind when you talk about saving for a long time is simply profit. There's really not much into it and it's proven that if you are patient enough not to withdraw or sell your btcs, the amount you have today would have grown considerably after a few years
Everyone is saving bitcoins for this very reason and that is the tempting profit generated by bitcoins. Bitcoins are used as investments now by most of the investors rather than currency. They are not suing bitcoins much in trading just because bitcoins always increase considerably after every dump.
475  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: September 13, 2017, 07:56:38 AM
you need to have skill and products so that can get moeny and increase it
There a lot of ways to make money. You use your professional skills to make money online by freelancing or by pursuing some job in your related field. Besides this you can also make money by investing in bit coins when their prices are low and selling them when prices are too much high so that you can have some profit over them.
476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: And We Are Back! on: September 13, 2017, 05:19:37 AM
I think that the bad effect of the news China banned ICOs is already dying down and I think notwithstanding the more frequent fluctuations the bitcoin price upward trend will continue. I don't say what price will bitcoin be at the end of the week but yes it's going to be higher than it is now.
The banning does not relate to the drop of the bitcoin price. Bitcoin is dumped because it hit the new peak. That is all. Now, whales are collecting more cheap bitcoin so that in the future, they will start another pump in the bitcoin price. They know that bitcoin will soon cross $5000. Nothing can stop bitcoin from now
I don't know why people are creating a fuss out of China's decision. Let them do what they want. They haven't made any harm to BTCs. In fact those guys are among the top five nations who have supported bitcoins. ICOs are a whole different issue as you said.
477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: September 12, 2017, 08:14:26 AM
Yes, it is many people cannot able give up gambling because those people who are addicted to gambling and cannot able to control their feeling. People who are winning through the gambling those people will always addicted to gambling.

However not everyone keeps on winning in gambling - in fact no one can win every bet they put their money on. Instead there are periods where there will be losses and the person may regret the fact that they gambled. It shows that they are not totally crazy about gambling but they are willing to stop it since it does not always yield good results. Most of the times it is the house that makes more profits for EV- games.
Agree on the point that not anyone will win every time. There are some lucky days of getting huge money out of gambling. Then the greed comes and makes you disable of mind and you bet again. Lucky days end, so loss is there for you. Make yourself up for giving it once.
478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: September 12, 2017, 07:35:17 AM
To forget about gambling forever you need to find yourself a very interesting hobby that will bring the same pleasure and can even better than gambling.

It will really hard to forget gambling for the rest of our lives in just a short period of time after we are hooked and get addicted into it. It is is just not that easy - there should be a slow process like instead of gambling in the whole day and most late night, you better gamble in just couple of hours in the morning already and then get a lesser time the next day until you finally comfortable of not playing or gambling in any given day.
It is a fact that giving up on gambling is not an easy task at all. Once you get addicted to it, then there are a little chances to get rid of it. you have told quite an effective method to quit gambling and that is just to reduce the total daily in a day that you have set up for gambling .if you gamble for 5 hours or so then it must be reduced to half of it. In short quitting this thing is nothing more than a slow and gradual process.

I think of a person who is addicted to gambling keeps chasing losses and tries to make them up then its impossible for them to make any money let alone try to make some profit. However there are players who will withdraw after a win and not gamble all their money at once. Those who follow strict rules in the gambling schedule will nevertheless curb their losses to a minimum amount.
If someone is trying to recoup his losses, then he is not an addict but a desperate foolish person kicking in the air. Addict is someone who cannot give up on his game even if he wants to, someone who keeps coming back even if he has no reason. Chasing a bad habit...

A stupid foolish person that dont learn from the mistake. Im pretty sure that there are alot of example of people that have lose alot more when they decide to go for more. In the end people dont really care about this kind of stuff until they lose their money or atleast until they come back to their senses

Most people do regret mistakes when they learn that they have been wasting too much money on something that did not make up for the loss. They may lose their property and family and end up in the streets. They will understand that then but by then it is of no use. Keeping gambling habits under control is important and one must not venture into the unknown without preparations first.
I have seen a huge number of gamblers that regret their whole life portion of gambling because gambling made them street hawkers. They had lost much more valuable in their time span of gambling. So, better is to wake up now and quit this fatal disease to money.
479  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 12, 2017, 05:51:27 AM
Definitely invest. I advise you to choose the Fund that will manage your money. Entrust it to professionals. Now is the time when one of those in whom you invest will bring you millions. As it happened with Ethereum and its investors.
exactly investment is always better than the saving in back or in safe of your house. i think investment is little bit of riskey but it has a good chance of healthy profit and it you are aware of altcoins and bitcoin then invest in some good altcoin and bitcoin.
you will be very happy in the future after seeing the profit.
There is always a risk in everything that you try. Even saving has its own risk like you are risking your money by not touching it because of the inflation rate then it will decrease the real value of your money so if you will invest it then you can fight the inflation rate but it has still some risk but it is alright because that is the better and advisable way to do.
Indeed every action we take involves risk but we determine safe ones by the low risk level and saving is less risky than investing at least this is what I have observed in case of bitcoins.

Trading with bitcoins is really every dangerous. No one can afford such expensive coins so I am holding mine in offline wallet.
480  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why has no fiat casino adopted provably fair gambling? on: September 12, 2017, 04:34:55 AM
They don't have the need to do so yet.

Most of the games are with physical items, so you can't prove the fairness with hashes, plus they want to frame the games so they don't want to play fair.
Remember that jumping roulette ball? Yeah, they have a magnet for that.
Absolutely, You have rightly said. As far as they don’t anything like that, they will not adopt that strategy. They can use this in the near future but only if they start such sort of games which do need such sort of stuff. Till the time they are dealing only with physical games, there is hardly any need of it.
