при регистрации в баунти указал одну почту когда заполнял гугл форму, а при регистрации на сайте, что бы пройти KYC другую, KYC уже одобрена, но теперь выясняется что надо было указывать одну и ту же почту(
Кто тоже столкнулся с такой проблемой, мы что теперь токены не получим из-за какой то почты? не понимаю что за бред
у них есть запрос что бы узнать какую почту указал, сделал запрос, вот только это теперь не актуально, не заново же проходить KYC с теми же данными
обратитесь к админам в их телеграм-чат лучше, но я так думаю, что придется Вам заново проходить регистрацию и полностью проверку, так как изначально в условиях было написано в ветке, что почта должна быть одна и та же Да, у них с этим достаточно строго. Но попробовать можно вдруг пойдут на уступки. На мой взляд почту поменять не так сложно. Но вот если все захотят поменять то это уже проблема. |

Народ, кто нибудь проходил верификацию с Российским паспортом? Или тут обязательно загранка нужна? Там вроде для инвесторов и баунтистов одинаковые телодвижения надо делать.
Все нормально проходит с Российским паспортом,ведь ограничений нет что россиянам нельзя.Так что отправляйте документы и не волнуйтесь,главное качественое фото. Шивом хороший проект,вот интересно сколько заплатят за баунти) Подскажите, а селфи нужно делать с паспортом (правами) или профто фейс сфотать? Еще - как долго проходят проверку. А то сроки всего до 20 числа. Если все не успеют? |
