461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Digibyte DGB Segwit Activation on: May 17, 2017, 02:04:32 PM
DGB reached 450+ satoshis per piece. Then fall back to 300 satoshis. Do you think the pump is over? I already bought DGB at the price of 300 a piece. Hope it pump again soon. I see a gokd potenti about this coin. I think it could go for 700 sats at the end of the month. My goal is to hold it for a couple of months.

300 isnt too bad least u didnt get it at 400 +. Just look at ltc after segwit hype id wait to get it cheaper.
462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: POLONIEX its insolvent - Bolivarcoin Theory + Proff on: May 17, 2017, 01:54:55 PM
Its the perfect excuse , their servers are crazy busy , they prob cant upgrade them cause theyd lose to much profit from possible downtime. Its like anything online , just trade less popular coins and think ahead cause busy coins have the worse lag.
463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC retracing back to support line? on: May 17, 2017, 01:41:32 PM
I hate LTC markets because I think they are manipulated too. BTC’s silver? WTF?
Before to segwit, tweets were a problem and moved prices. We could see several strange waves (compare with other coins and remember or search tweets' history of F2POOL, SatoshiLite… ).
It seems to was very difficult to implant segwit.
I don’t know, but after to see the coincidences with the fall of some delisted coins in Polo and Segwit tweets' war, I start to think that some coins are more centralized than we belive them.
I think Charlie Lee has to stop to publish puzzles and work hard to explain to some business/people why LTC is a good option to pay and make transactions.

True..Charlie Lee was sell us the news about Segwit. Now he is playing some games and puzzles. A lot of people get profit on pump and before ,now they quit the game.

It was obviously from the begining that LTC is under a huge influance of china miners. It is overmanipulated by thems too.

The price of LTC will be down, because China open fiat withdrawal from china exchange in June. I think they will drop the price further because the majority of LTC holders is in China. Investors  and Whales just will not allow to people withdraw profit. I do not think it will be back to 4$ I think 15$ is very possible.

Also it could be opposite too..That fro June price will start to go up, because of possitive news about Lighting Network and fiat opened in China..

Manipulated indeed First bitmain make litecoin miners and noone buys them, then segwit hype takes hold, litecoin rises , then litecoin becomes very profitable, bitmain sellout their ltc miners and ltc increases, then segwit activation drags out, will it wont it ? Price still speculate s on approval keeping it up but volatile gaining more interest from traders as it drags on, bitmain wont vote for segwit , price teeters , why wont they vote yes ? Cause bitmain are a btc miner maker mainly and segwit isnt compatible with btc if their miners are using asicboost, a advantage only they have unlocked in their farms to get 30% more efficency from their own farm miners, noone else, whats that got to do with litecoin? Well if litecoin gets segwit the next logical step is btc gets segwit too cause afterall btc is gold compared to litecoin as silver, so segwit is not what bitmain wants for btc cause their power cost would rise 30%.Eventually bitmain give in and vote for segwit ( prob cause they dont want ltc to crash cause their making too much on their now sold out ltc miners) . And to top it off they prob "invent" a firmware issue on their ltc miners to drag out how long they can milk the ltc price by mining on  the very machines that the public have already bought and are still awaiting delivery!
LTC sold on the news, the news was segwit activation. Its what they do with segwit that matters. The bottom has been found a few hours ago ,  hopefully, looks like ltc rebound in the making now.. Just remember prices climb stairs and drop in elevators.
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: May 17, 2017, 01:09:42 PM
This selldown is classic "sell on the news" litecoin finally got segwit, price dropped, xrp finally got lock up details so drops, xrp pumped on polo cause it was 42cents elsewhere where they love it more, now news is out on how much xrp will be locked up so people taking profits.. xrp has a great future its just a little pumped at 42 cents lol
465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: iBelink DM11G - 10800mhs x11 miner - 9000usd - FINAL 10 UNITS FOR SALE! on: May 17, 2017, 12:59:25 PM
The moving target makes this almost impossible to meet.
Every time I get close to having enough BTC the price changes...
I almost got one back at $5500, just a bit short on BTC. While working to get more it changed again and again...
Now in again short by 1 BTC at the new price. Will take another month to get 1 more BTC and by that time the price will change again...

That is irratating but btc has risen too and will prob rise to 2100 if usa stops hacking the world and blaming it on russia or korea on a conspiracy to lower bitcoin confidence..

The equivalent hash rate would cost over 30k in chinese btc prices for the current top performing machine ( which u cant buy at moment or prob in bulk in future). although competitors could bring out more powerful machines theyd have to redesign and/or lower their prices substantially to compete. They wont do either until these prob hit the market and prob much later ( if they can afford to lower their prices in the first place or redesign a new larger product at all ) . As far as this machines hash rate it is still only a prototype,  which means its still in early development , im sure any issues with consistant performance will be solved as they have plenty of time to rectify any possible stability  issues meaning the final product should be ready. ( plus who has consistantly accurate and similar hashrates between their pool and their miners webpage interface ) Another aspect to consider is how much power this uses , 760 ish watts compared to  2700w and even more for the pinideas ( if they ever decide to compete again) on every hour of operation,  ( that will matter come halving in far future) ,that adds up..

If you want to be paid in btc then nicehash is good, payment in dash then go suprnova.cc

Probably a very small company and they did not expect to get as many orders as they have.
I wouldn't be surprised if they are behind on orders, or unable to get the parts as quickly as they need.

For the people that got them, how is it working out for you?
What coin are you mining? What is your expected ROI?

I got 2 cubes in the 1st batch. Based on my wallet I have made 3 dash but i had issues and had to reboot miners a few times. Took a week after I received my 1st to get my 2nd cube so i have been mining properly full time about 2.5 weeks. Happy with my return so far. Averaging about 1 coin a week, mining on my own P2Pool node to ensure no fees for myself.

It will take an additional 23 weeks before I get all my dash back at this rate but I do not care as they use such little power and I mined my dash back in 2015 when it was easier

One of my baikals is a little buggy. It has locked up twice in 3 weeks. If it happens again I will be reflashing the OS onto both SD cards to resolve the issue. Will run these until they make nothnig I guess. I just hope I get ROI before iBelinks products come out.

Your best bet is to hold your dash u mined, when dash evolution comes out later this year and ibelink s difficulty increase hopefully the price of dash will climb, and youd profit from that , reducing your ROI, i assume u paid 1100$ for each of your cubes?

No, I paid around $870 I think it worked out. I bought from Baikal direct and they charged around the $75 for shipping.

Cost me at the time 28.5 dash for both but at the time dash had dropped to under $70, cant remember the exact exchange but Baikal charged me .74BTC each nad I think BTC was around $1200 at that time in early\mid April

could u tell me how many chips are in the baikal cube, it should be in the net interface

From a business point of view it does not make sense to sell a product that is 28 x more powerful than your last product and 9 times the power of your competitors latest release (4 x cubes joined). If it is a money making exercise then you might offer a 2.4GH/s, then release a 4.8GH/s then a 7.6gh/s then a 10.8gh/s. Sell 500 units of each at $5000 and you have made 10 million dollars. Or jump straight to 10.8GH/S, sell 500 and drive up network hashrate 2x or 3x the current global hash rate in one release where your product becomes ordinary really quickly and only make 2.5mill.

I'm not sure that your analysis works with Chinese companies. If they can get money right now - they will do it, before their manufacturing facility will be caught of safety issues, poor treatment of workers, illegal usage of IPs etc

Fast make + fast sell = mega profit (can buy condo on Maui)

Bitmain is a prime example, a chinese company thats building miners like toasters and is selling them, but why not mine it all for themselves? Because its more lucrative to do both. God help us if they produce a x11 miner. They prob wont because dash hasnt got the trading volume of something like btc. If ibelink mine on even 1/4 of what their first batch will apparently do then thats a lot of dash coins a day sold on market  to make instant cash, dash trading volume isnt high enough to probably absorb such selling, without probably decreasing the price, and even if they hold the mined coin theres no guarantee theyd be able to sell it in the future for as much or more. Dash is still a late bloomer and its price is still prone to volatility. No Company wants to fully crash the market they're in business with. By only selling the dm11g to major players at least they know that those people are more likely sophisticated investors who wont sell in a panic or in a way that will ruin the price, unlike say like a amateur home trader/miner would do. Thats why its going to be so difficult for any average person to get their hands on this equipment, because in the wrong hands it could destroy the marketplace in enough numbers, and the resellers that do sell it are only going to sell the machine with a huge markup because its the best thing going and blows away the competition. Anyone taking the risk of pre ordering this machine is doing so at a huge discount on what resellers will charge, and even once ibelink sell them to everyday consumers they will pay more for it and cop the difficulty increases that will follow (mainly from further batches and new megaminers the competition might dish out later). Every week will be crucial in ROI and only the first batch owners will make a killing, and even if they dont, they could sell the miner for a premium to the customers waiting to buy the 2nd batch, which could be another few months, if that even gets sold to the general public.

Just put your brain to think !
Which company will sell you a miner for $6750 when if they run it for themselves will make a profit of $10000 / month.
Same story with the scrypt some years ago....
My advice: never preorder in crypto !

Despite I fully agree with you on this statement: "My advice: never preorder in crypto ! ". Indeed, never do it!

But - there many reasons to sell miners even if them can make a huge profit. Bitmain does not do it - because they have all infrastructure to deploy any miners. But some ASIC manufacturers do not have facilities to put their own miners.

So for them selling is only solution

Does iBelink manufacture their good or rebrand it?

If they have no control over the manufacture of the product then their supplier has said this is whats available and are working with it, but even the supplier should see from a business point of view the 1st example is much more profitable.

it is also possible they have only built a prototype, need investors to try to get manufacturing funding and went as high as they can to try to prevent competitors from developing a product in the time they hope to get manufacturing right.

I agree they need investors to try to get manufacturing funding and went as high as they can with the hashrate, to try to prevent competitors from developing a product in the time they hope to get manufacturing right. They havent produced a product in so long, and their previous product is so obsolete. Who wants to pay for anything new off a company thats so out of date, and slow to react to the markets demand? Even if they brought out like a 2.4ghs machine, it wouldnt be enough because theyd have to either use they existing expensive chassis or redesign a new compact miner (Like a Giant) which isnt easy for them as they have never used this design before. How much space a miner takes isnt just important for for shipping and stock control but farms would prefer miners that are smaller too due to their space limitations. They have to try and fit the power of 8-12 giants in the same space of one ibelink chassis to make it worthwhile for everyone involved. For a company that hasnt really made any money since the 384 they will need funding to build these new boards. They could build one after the other and mine as they build but this takes too long and the returns will be diminishing as the hashrate climbs not just on their miners but baikals miners coming out, especially within the next few weeks. By the time they produce 3000 machines this way without pre orders the network hash rate will be a triple and their product will have to be sold cheaper and by then the competition will have their new miners to compete with the dm11g.

Once again they stopped and restarted the 11g.  That does not make sense.  Something is not adding up here.

I think it has stability issues to be honest. It has not been up for a prolonged length of time. From the pictures I actually think it is 28 x 384mh/s miners split between 4 large cards. I think manufacturing has allowed them to condense the 384 unit allowing them to fit more in a chassis. Being able to do this as a prototype is a lot different to being able to manufacture 1000's of them. Especially at the $6750 price point. The next 6 months will be interesting none the less.

That would mean theres 5376 chips in a chassis, quite a feat, and to build those boards would cost more then 6750. They ve said ever since they released the 384 unit that they have been working on a new chip. The new chip must be getting about 168mhs a chip, while the previous only 2mhz. Original baikals minis were 37mhs a chip, pinideas chips were less efficient then baikals, so common sense would say manufacturers are only going to use more efficient and powerful chips for future models. The fact that ibelink havent produced anything to compete with baikal and pinidea lately would probably mean they wont release anything until they know they can blow away the competition. The technology is out there for better asic chips for x11, noone has bothered using them less maybe because of cost and the disruption it would cause to network hashrate. Imagine what a 16nm x11 asic chip would do.
"We have already started the iBeLink™ next generation X11 ASIC chip development. This ASIC will be a fully customized deep sub-micron chip. The efficiency of the chip will be superior to any competitor’s offerings. This advanced ASIC chip (silicon) will be available this year."

Very curious to see if anyone has ordered from this website in general, ive been watching litecoin/scrypt mining for a couples months, been watching  L3 series specifically, ive inadvertently ordered an july batch l3+ from eastshore.xyz but in the mean time i got two a4 dominators on the way now so i can catch some litecoin before it blows up even more. This site hasnt come up in my research and there is another store called https://asicminermarket.com/ and this asicsminer.com seems kinda fraudlent to be honest. But who am i but a newb.  as you can see im pretty vigilant on l3 talk so sites that pop up out of nowhere is weird even in cryptocurrency, ive been ripped off before. they have no terms and conditions and the contact us cant be entered...so thats a sign. Not at this website bro.

I ordered a power adapter from https://asicminermarket.com/ and it never arrived , it was a very cheap order and prob cost em more to ship then the actual price, still no excuse to ignore my 4 attempt s of contact and thank god I paid with paypal got full refund  but still a few months of wasting my time just went to amazon instead eastshore.xyz are good and theyre prices are reasonable asicminermarket.com prices are a rip

meat is very expensive now compared to 20 years ago where im from, beef mince 4$ a kilo, now 12$ a kilo for similar quality.

I would buy one or more right now if the price was $12000 to $15000 each.
Does anyone have a theory why they want buyers to have such a lottery win ?
If you were the manufacturer and your costs were returned in 14 days of running each unit, why do you want the hassle of selling and shipping, why not just run them yourself?

Because manufacturing something new costs money, they need pre order money to build the stock.
