Craptopia is the problem (They have Your XEMs but have not yet credited on Your account there)/ or You have used no or wrong message when transfering. That's right, Cryptopia has massive problems at the moment, deposits and withdrawals needs up to a few days on some coins! I think you just have to be patient ... if your message was correct. |

Well itīs all about marketing. just say you airdrop something and you will gain hundreds of followers per hour. It doesn't make sense If these "hundreds of followers" can't contribute anything to the progress of the community. In fact those followers are utterly useless. The team should concentrate more on integrating and getting Dimcoins listed on more exchanges, attend blockchain events to connect with other crypto enthusiasts amd introduce the ecosystem to them. For partnership with other projects etc. Not marketing this is a loss to everyone that is part of the community. This is why the price is on a steady decline. I don't think these followers are completely useless, of course there are many airdrop hunters which will not do anything for the project, but they will create a hype so the project will attract attention of real investors. |

Already 6 days i am trying to refund my tokens, but you dont answer me at all !!! what is the problem??? I noticed that tokens which I bought with master card will be minted only after 6 month of waiting and decided to refund all money back to my card. Attached file for your review. For purchase and register on your web site I used same email rasulov.rauf@gmail.com is this projet scam?  I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY ANSWER IN ONE WEEK ALREADY !!!!!!!!!! No it's not scam, but refunds are done chronologically. No worries important is the date when the email arrived. The colleagues will contact you soon. If this is true it's the first project I see where refunds are possible. Very nice move from the team. Theres no way this is a scam, do you really think a project that has sold almost 3.8billion tokens that the 38Million USD raised is a bluff or a fake?? Suggest you do some research of your own and not accuse a very successful project of such a fraud. If you mean me, I've never said this project is scam, I'm sure it isn't. Only keep your coins on an exchange when you are currently trading. yes but you will get airdrops if you store in hardware wallet Please I want ask, is it only the hardware wallet needed to qualify somebody for the airdrop or any other thing else? It doesn't matter if you have a hardware wallet or not, you will receive the airdrop if you use the NEO GUI or NEON wallet, and some exchanges support the airdrop too. A hardware wallet is just the safest way to store your NEO. |

I'm onboard since November last year, and I'm still impressed about the Team and the whole project. The current problem on cryptopia shows how important it would be to be listed on another, better or equivalent Exchange, and I think it's really great that this is now a higher priority. I know the really big ones like Binance or Bittrex are hard to reach and very expensive, but hopefully Kukoin should be possible. HeroCoin got listed there too a few days ago, they have a lower Markecap than Phore and had much less volume before the Kukoin listing. I hope it's ok to wear your Avatar a few days looks like Kukoin have a voting system for new coin additions. I'm not signed up but if people are happy then I'll do some research and see if I can Phore on the voting radar Thoughts? Shame on me ... KuCoin is the real name  Of course it would be cool to get some attention, but I don't know if we have enough community support at the moment to win such a poll. I will do some research too about how to get on a voting list. |
