Как доказать уникальность самой методики я понятия не имею. Хотя, наверное, знаю один способ. Использовать свою методику в личных целях, переигрывать весь рынок и никому не рассказывать как ты это делаешь. Доказательством может послужить сам результат. Но в этом случае и защищать ничего не нужно. А если рассказал, то не удивляйся, что ей воспользуются против тебя.

With ETH gas fees reaching new highs every couple of months I decided it's time to start using some alternative blockchains. These are the three alternative blockchains that I found to have the best performance, in case you are looking to mix things up a little. Cosmos is cheap, fast, and most importantly highly interoperable. On average transactions can go through in a few seconds. The cost of making a transaction on Cosmos is also really low, it usually only costs a few cents! The main reason why Cosmos is so fast and cheap is due to its immense scalability. Cosmos can easily process 4000 transactions per second. Cosmos has a large selection of DApps and you can find a whole list on their website, but a lot of the DApps on Cosmos were only recently made and are still either under development or a testnet. Persistence is a relatively new blockchain, but it performs amazingly well. Persistence is made on Tendermint, so it is highly interoperable with all other blockchains (Cosmos, Kava) using Tendermint. Transactions on Persistence take only a few seconds to process, and the cost of making a transaction is just a few cents. Persistence doesn’t have a lot of DApps right now since it was only launched recently, but it still has a few really good DApps. There is the Persistence wallet for storage, pStake which is a liquid staking DApp, and Audit One the Persistence validator DApp. Solana is one of the most popular alternative blockchains in the space. The main aspect of Solana is that it claims to be the fastest blockchain in the industry. Transactions on Solana can go through in a matter of seconds, and transactions on Solana are significantly cheaper than Ethereum. Solana may be the most scalable blockchain with the ability to perform 50,000 transactions per second. As for DApps, Solana has a great selection of DApps. Raydium is Solana’s native decentralized exchange/automated market maker. Another great DApp on Solana is Solsea, which is an NFT marketplace. Ну если действительно все так серьезно и автор из-за воровства теряет большие деньги, то тогда почему бы не обратиться к юристам? Это сейчас не что-то новое, а есть вполне работающие методики как защитить интеллектуальную собственность и что делать в случае нарушений. Хотя бы с юристами можно проконсультироваться по этому вопросу. Но да, заплатить за это придется. Но если сумма потерянного заработка и возможные перспективы превышают стоимость услуг юристов, то почему бы тогда не воспользоваться.
Разумеется он теряет большие деньги: он предполагал, что его ученики будут покупать его творение и держать его в тайне, а они взяли и слили его в Интернет на всеобщее обозрение. Теперь ученикам не нужно ничего покупать ведь все в открытом доступе, некоторые возможно даже почувствовали себя обманутыми, ведь они заплатили по-сути за бесплатную методику. Интересно, а с учениками заключались какие-нибудь договора о неразглашении и тому подобное? Например, они могли купить и поделиться с членами своей семьи или друзьями, а уже те выложили в это в Интернет. Где-то было вообще указано, что этот материал только для личного пользования? Автору может и удасться защитить свое авторство, но вот распространение материала он остановить не сможет. Либо ему придется судиться с каждым скачавшим его книгу. Но опять же, как он докажет, что скачавший не был его учеником к примеру, который честно купил сей материал? Много вопросов и так мало ответов... Вот, кстати, советую к прочтению: Авторское право: о чём должен знать каждый писатель?Для начала автор должен доказать что его методика уникальна, потом поговорим. Я видел платные курсы Хамахи и других известных блогеров. Если их сравнивать с Элдером, то они не стоят 20% своей цены. Это краткая выжимка паттернов из свечного, волнового, новостного анализа. Договор о неразглашении используется в отношениях с работниками или с партнерами по бизнесу, но не в отношении с клиентами, которые оплатили курсы. |

It's cool and I would consider using it but the yield you get on your limit order appears to be low compared to folding on Qi DAO or yield farming with MATIC for example. It might be a good idea if yields were higher somehow though.
If we compare farming and trading, then trading can give more profit. If you are willing to take risks, then invest in pharming. So far, I know of only 2 projects in which you can decentralize limit orders, they are Symphony Finance and 1 inch. Perhaps the project will distribute its tokens to active users, but this is not certain. |

Проекты сами устанавливают капу и натыкаются на вилку: 1 Собрать мало DOT (400к) и гарантированно выйграть по достижению капы 2 Или если уверены в проектк или хотят рискнуть, ставят 100 млн , а потом ждут и надеятся её собрать. I use Binance, Kucoin etc crypto exchange for Trading, Binance use very often and I use Kucoin very rarely. But my main problem is high eth withdraw fees from Exchange to Personal wallet (MyEtherwallet). Have any crypto exchange with low withdraw fees?
