I'm not sure how this sold out unless the dev team bought up their own coin. After all, the fact that this was also POW would seem to deter ICO investors. The minuscule block rewards discourage any serious mining. Also, the paltry 2% POS reward is hardly enough to encourage bag holding. I'm not sure what the purpose of having a dark market really would be, if all the sales are above board. I really don't care if the government knows that I'm purchasing a used ASIC. |

I initially found this advise somewhat off putting since I see myself as a big fan of alts. However, if I were to convert all of the alts that I hold currently, I might be able to get .02 BTC. I guess that I'm not really that much of a fan for alts. |

Yes. Honestly, alt coins seem like only a distraction from getting wide-spread acceptance, and everyone wants to be the next Satoshi Nakamoto. Honestly, do you see the world being connected, and having one central currency, called DogeCoin? Or ReddCoin? Unless you are a 12-year old MLG pro, or a neckbeard, the answer is no. Especially b/c it is so widely used, and people who can help make Bitcoin a big thing, are too busy making a new different altcoin, every couple weeks, hoping their newest 'coin' is the new BTC! If you are dealing with trading, you literally have to use fractions of mBTC in order to deal. It is a complete waste of time, esp. as the DogeCoin is like 1/1000th of a mbtc. Please focus on getting BTC widely accepted. .. Molotov OK, we are waiting for YOU to come up with a plan to get BTC accepted by everyone.
