4601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should online gambling companies be responsible for harm related activities? on: July 25, 2021, 06:27:47 AM
Most online gambling companies claim that they are ethical providers who are committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices.

They propose,  that their CSR are targeted at preventing or minimizing the harm associated with their activities. However,  we are aware that those who are severely addicted to gambling have shown several mental and physical health, social relationships and academic and work performance issues.

Have these companies taken any steps to minimize the harm related to online gambling?  Is their CSR functional? Not all bet sites encourage responsible gambling because they rely on revenue from the losses of  gambling addicts. My question is, should online gambling companies be responsible for the harm related to their activities because of their current failures in the implementation and control of CSR policies?

They can only do that if the government where they operated impose them to do that, but this is unfair to the gambling site or casinos, it's like letting gamblers take home their winnings and charge them or fine them if gamblers lose a huge amount of money, no gambling operators can sustain their operation if gamblers are charging and fine them for this so-called corporate social responsibility (CSR), it's the gambler's responsibility on how we will play, and should not be imposed on the casino operators.
4602  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounty hunters, report spam to receive higher bounties on: July 24, 2021, 01:13:40 PM
This is task of bounty manager, if they allow spammy hunters in their campaign, the campaign is likely to be trash anyway, and you are better off  it.

I do report spam posts if I come across them but I won't be going out of my way to do so.

If the bounty manager is good at checking participants posts they will likely take them out of the campaign, before participants join a campaign there is a rule about spamming, no bounty manager will allow shitposters in their campaign, they want participants who can add value to the forum and the campaign they manage as well.
4603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Campaign Token on: July 24, 2021, 12:46:26 PM
The average bounty allocates the most tokens for Twitter, Facebook, Signature, Youtube and Article campaigns.
is there a bounty that allocates higher tokens to the Signature campaign?

Many campaigns are allocating more on the signature campaign even if the allocation is small there are fewer participants compared to the tweeter and Facebook campaigns, and you will get more if you have a high rank, for me, a signature campaign is the best campaign to join because of fewer participants, the big disadvantages is finding a wrong project to join the campaign.
4604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tokyo 2020 Men's Olympics Basketball Tournament on: July 24, 2021, 12:30:31 PM
With the absence of Serbia, Spain will be the strongest opponent of US, the US team was beaten by two teams in the exhibition match, but I doubt if they are so serious about their game, their talents are not yet fully sync, but once the Olympic, they are up against France in their first preliminary match we'll see if they can hurdle France, who is also a strong team.
4605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling attracted to emotion or luck on: July 24, 2021, 10:25:36 AM
I have noticed that sometimes when I gamble, I used to win unexpectedly even when I never intended to bet. The most shocking thing is that I usually win when my mind is not that prepared to gamble probably jokingly. Anything I'm focused and well prepared I usually lose. I don't know if this is affiliated to luck or just emotions. Does this happens to others?

Are you new to gambling there is no shocking on this you don't have t feel something extra ordinary so you can win and you don't have to worry that you are nervous that you are going to lose, all depends how the house edge play out, it happens to me many times nd I'm sure many have experienced this, some people are even drunk to realize that they won a jackpot you will win when you are going to win, no formula to be use.
4606  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Rate the Exchange based on your Experience on: July 23, 2021, 10:27:17 AM
Being a crypto holder, you all must have used one or more exchange at some point of time or most of you frequently use it.
Please share which exchange you find much better in terms of customer support and issues resolution.
This is not for exchange that has high liquidity because we all know of them.
This rating should entirely be based in terms of their customer support, duration of kyc process etc.

Nothing beats Binance and Kucoin, they only list coins with good potential in the market, the support is great, Binance has everything you are looking for an exchange, these two deserve to be the leaders in the exchange industry, I have no problem trading on Kucoin, since trading there three years ago until, I can rate these two exchange with 5 star ratng and no one will and can argue.
4607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are the things you are doing right now on: July 23, 2021, 08:49:08 AM
Since the market goes down and BTC is now at 31,000, what are the things you are doing besides trading, for sure everyone is measuring and looking at the current market and waiting were to have an entry, do you still trade or do some task, lang play to earn games in crypto?
I myself, still do some research for coins that i like, making small trades and invest on coins which i think will give me some profit along the way, so that i will have extra money to buy coins,
how about you?

Like all of us here we are in search of the next big thing, we should not stop doing that, the technology is still young there are still many innovative projects coming in the market, the best time to find them is when the market is up and investors are actively looking in for a new project to invest, we all want to be the early birds on projects with good potential in the market.
4608  Economy / Speculation / Re: David Gokhshtein: Bitcoin Price Will Reach $80K on: July 22, 2021, 11:06:11 PM

The only advice I will give you about this is to be careful because these people (crypto CEOs/influentials) sometimes make prediction just to encourage the investors and every prediction that was done using TA/FA are not always accurate.
Dyor

I agree this is an open market although we have whales controlling it we are left to decide how and where to invest and who we listen to, some of these influencers are just leading you nowhere, you have the market, the fundamentals, and the news within your reach, analyze all of this and you can come out when and where to invest your hard-earned money, but of course only invest what you can afford to lose.
4609  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will not be able to stay above $30k for 10 consecutive days ever again on: July 21, 2021, 01:46:49 PM
C'mon, you all knew it was coming.

If I have merit after ten days you posted this I will give you one for accurately predicting and being brave enough to predict, there will be a meeting going on between Dorsey and Musk and I'm sure you know all this and yet you come up with this bold prediction, so let's see the impact after that meeting, and if you are proven wrong better lock this thread.
4610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why the hate on binance exchange on: July 21, 2021, 06:39:24 AM
Is there any tangible reason why binance exchange is been hunted? It seems they just hate success or what? Anyways no matter what they try CZ is a determined fellow, that's why binance made it this far, it's my best exchange and won't be changing any time soon

There's always hater on a successful project, probably competitors or late investors but you cannot argue with success, Binance has given us the best services in the industry, there are no serious accusations on Binance, the launching of their Binance smart chain to offer cross-chain greatly helped the industry to have a cheap and fast transaction.
4611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Convince me that bounties paying in anything other than Bitcoin are worth it on: July 21, 2021, 05:43:06 AM

I just do not understand why people would want to work for free without any guarantees at all. If you are really unlucky you could spend 1000s of hours doing work for these bounties and profit nothing. I am interested in hearing about your experience with these bounties and how much you profit when it comes to withdrawing the tokens.

I guess you have not yet participated in a bounty campaign where you made thousands of dollars, if you have made that kind of profit you will always look for a bounty that will give you big profit when it hit the market, I experience that on some bounty,  some are paying thousands some hundreds of dollars, it's worth it if you find a good project to promote.
4612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you have patience to count from 1 to 100? on: July 21, 2021, 03:29:12 AM
Many investors plan to sell Bitcoin. Most people lose patience for cryptocurrency.
But In long-term trading, in addition to knowledge, patience is more important than any other factor. How do u think of it?

We cannot stop them from selling their shares it's an open market and there are many weak hands in this market, they are trading their Bitcoin to USDT to safeguard their money or converting their coins to fiat, but once the market gets up again, this is the same people that will be in a hurry to buy back their shares, things will get better there are still whales that wants to move the market forward.
4613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOLDING TOKEN TO EARN DIVIDENDS on: July 21, 2021, 02:32:50 AM
It's profitable if the rewards are tradeable tokens just like they do on Betfury and if the token is already in the market and the price is attractive to holders, you can stake or farm the token you are holding, not all tokens that you can farm or stake are worthy you have to look and dig deep if the project is for long term and, right now farming is the trend in the market and the market is heavily diluted with these farming projects.
4614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people still use ETH? on: July 20, 2021, 11:12:01 PM
Binance chain made a huge profit because of those issues that you pointed out they are now the best alternatives for Ethereum but don't count out Ethereum yet, they are working on it, the developers are not sleeping on their job and they are definitely going to fix this issue, but we have to wait and bear the transactions for now but while they are working to shift to staking.
4615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your betting budget on: July 18, 2021, 01:38:01 PM
I kind o like feeling in control of my finances and that means controlling my spending and being very aware of what goes in and what goes out. I normally check my accounts every month and may make a few decisions on what to spend next month if things are not looking correct. One of the things I do is to set aside 10% of my income for things that I really do not need - expensive clothing, gadgets and electronics, books, games,... and part of that is gambling. For me, a reasonable gambling budget is 3 to 5% of my income, although I may allow more if I have some extraordinary income that month. How do you plan your gambling or fun budget?

I only play on two gambling sites and I'm only allocating $100 on a weekly basis I guess playing a small amount makes you play safe and my being safe in my games makes me win may times so over the week I ended up with the same amount, and sometimes, if you don't allocate amount for gambling you will end up losing money by adding more, just follow your plan, whatever it takes.
4616  Economy / Speculation / Re: How come BTC is still so cheap? on: July 18, 2021, 07:25:28 AM
I am also sure that there are still many citizens of El Salvador who have not received education about Bitcoin.

I read that El Salvador is now accepting Bitcoin as a legal currency, I'm sure that it's people will be aware of Cryptocurrency now in that country and they will ask the government to allocate funds for education and additional resources on how to add Bitcoin in their daily activity, the world and the Cryptocurrency is watching on how they are going to do this and they will be a model for other countries who wish to follow their lead.
4617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Taking Profits on Altcoins Strategy on: July 18, 2021, 02:15:37 AM
I am looking to take some profits on my altcoins after the next big pump. Need some advice if my strategy is good or not. I'm based in the US.

3. Once the bull run is over I'm most likely going to keep all my bitcoin and probably most of my Ethereum. I'll sell most of my alts for stablecoins but keep small bags of the ones I want to keep through the bear market. Is this a sound strategy?

My take on this one is to do it only if you are sure that the altcoin that you intend to sell will be worth nothing some altcoins are worth keeping and some coins are worth dumping, trading it on the stable coin is good if you are sure that it's going to worth nothing and the market is going down, the stable coin is good for safekeeping in times of bear.
4618  Economy / Services / Re: Instant YouTube monetization on: July 18, 2021, 01:25:18 AM
The information is not complete with a price like this OP should at least offer escrow and samples of sites he instantly monetizes I have not seen a Youtube that is instantly monetized, Youtube is very much different today than 5 years ago where you can cheat with your fake views and comments, this is risky and there's no guaranty that your channel will not be flag.
4619  Economy / Reputation / Re: This scammer is selling the merits of Bitcointalk.. on: July 18, 2021, 12:39:39 AM
It's not only on Bitcontalk, but there are also on Fiverr two years ago I used to see a lot of sellers of course not to mention on social media like Facebook groups that are related to Cryptocurrency and Bitcointalk, this should not be tolerated I have seen a lot of users here with very good posts but are not getting merits and poor posts with merits, scammers are the one using this method to stabilize their reputation.
4620  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What's your favorite way to earn Cryptos? on: July 17, 2021, 11:03:12 PM
Talk about your favorite places or methods of earning cryptos.

I do a signature campaign right now and investing in coins that I think will have the potential to grow mostly new coins, it's a risky way to earn Crypto you need to be very diligent in your research, there are so many scam projects right now, but still, the best and profitable way to earn Crypto especially if you find a good project, I used to do faucets and airdrop but I stopped because it's not profitable compare three years ago.
