I have a sound advise (not my own, I read so much that I have forgotten if I even have any original thoughts lol), if you want to grow your money invest in new promising projects, if you want to keep your wealth, put it in BTC.

I use password safe android (different app than above comment mentioned), it's offline and you can make encrypted backups.

Yes there will be sooner or later, but I am pretty certain that it won't be the ones who call themselves 'ethereum killer '.

In my opinion, it's ok to copy paste an article as long as it was useful, informative and give credits to the real owner/source. Most of the good quality article in the has been flooded by many low quality article. So doing research and searching for it just to share it here was already commendable and deserve a merit. On the attached topic that you mention.
I disagree, It takes mere minutes to find quality article, copy-paste and add source.

I guess they just get disheartened by looking at the number of spammy posts, they just give up.
No-one is stopping them from finding a source of income that doesn't get them disheartened and at the same time does respect the forum rules. Hah, you are right. Only if project owners would tell BMs beforehand to clean up the spam.

Not just forum, I made a mistake of using email for airdrops and I literally receive this kind of mails daily, either from the ones who got cancer and want money or they got cancer and want to donate me their money. Reading these gives a good laugh nonetheless.

The websites on the Internet should be used as references not like you copy paste the whole article and post link at the end of it to wash your hands of plagiarism, it's disrespect to the reader. Like what's even use of it when you can find elsewhere on the Internet.

"Also, the ADs that the site uses for revenue are fine, and have nothing to do with signature."
How so? No signature campaigns means less traffic to forum and that equals less revenue?

Yeah I totally agree with using disposable emails from time to time. And speaking of yopmail, there are cases in our community wherein someone gets hack, but was able to recover them because the hackers uses yopmail and the owners of the account, created the same yopmail in order to get back their account, pretty clever outwitting the hackers. Hacked and Changed Email addresses Account using Yopmail accounts.Didn't knew people use these services for scams. This is seriously sad. If there is anything good, evil will find a way to use it for their advantage. Everytime.

Bitcoin talk - Post to learn Crypto talk - post to earn.
There are some exceptions but same applies to both tbh

Take note this guide would be less useful if you still use OS Windows or Android which comes with all kinds of data collection by default They are ways really, few tips for android, use custom roms which is ofc bit complicated. Disable Google and apps, use NetGuard to disable apps from consuming data (ie, not being able to send data to their servers), be careful about giving permissions, use proton mail instead of gmail, etc.

The only one I wasn't aware of from the list is BuyUcoin. First time hearing its name.
But what I want to know is, just like CoinDCX allows staking coins to earn interest. WazirX has also added this feature where user can keep his coin and earn interest from 4-9% and it can seem lucrative to many since the bank interest is very low right now due to covid, it is at 5.50% if I am not mistaken but do they offer insurance like banks do?
What if the coins get lost, stolen, hacked etc. like it has happened many times in the past. And you'll hear experts often tell you to not keep your coins in an exchange unless you're trading. Which is another added feature by WazirX, you can trade your coins at the same time they're being staked and interest gets adjusted based on how many coins were being staked for how much time.
So, do you guys think it is safe to keep coins at these exchanges for the sake of earning interest? Do these platforms offer any insurance?
Coindcx has insurance afaik, few months sgo someone was hacked for 3 BTC and they reciprocated it. Just look at the recent kucoin hack, devs made the hacked tokens useless, although it was done for a good purpose, it still makes you question the so called decentralization.

It was already making coinbase equivalent volume even without launch of uni token, any token can be traded there as long as they are unlocked, and tons of ethereum tokens are created daily. I believe it gonna go further even more when ethereum fees lessens a bit with launch of ethereum 2.
the obstacle for traders at Uniswap is that the fee is too large. requires large capital to be able to trade there. I don't think that's the problem with the ethereum network. However, the fees charged by Uniswap are already high. there may be a reduction in the future when the ethereum network is fully adapted. That is right and actually people were glad that the high fees they had to pay for trading at uniswap was covered by the airdrop they did and now everyone is happy but the true fact that the exchange fees is abnormally high still remains and hurts traders. I mean yes it feels good people got some hefty amount of coins for free but the basic problem of trading fees/transaction fees still remains and they need to work on it if possible. But all those being said, a decentralized exchange as smooth and transparent as ever has every chance to become the largest exchange if not already and perform good just the fees issue needs to be looked upon and fixed asap. True, everytime I make a trade on uniswap I question myself, I could buy a meal with these fees lmao

Don't bother going in altcoin discussion, or ignore the topic once it has reached couple pages of replies as after that there is literal spam (in most cases).
