4621  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Mining on the new GTX 1080? on: June 24, 2016, 03:28:18 PM
Here's a review I've come across, you can calculate yourself if it's profitable:
http://cryptomining-blog.com/7973-testing-the-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1080-founders-edition-for-crypto-mining/

I would not be mining with that card if you also plan on using it for gaming, not even on low settings, but someone might have a different opinion about that.
4622  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Question!! What is the best signature campaign available? on: June 24, 2016, 03:22:08 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0 - Full list of Signature campaign made by Mitchełł

For me the best is YoBit :

Fast and auto payouts directly to Your YoBit BTC wallet
Highest rates on btctalk forum
easy to join and stay.

As You can see im in also Smiley

Have a nice day

Yeah many members of this forum that i saw last time is also using yobit campaign. I also think that yobit is the best signature campaign that we can join because of it's being automatic.
That makes it one of the worst for me, I see most spam from Yobit and Bitmixer signature campaigns.
Just the sheer amount of useless replies on this forum are mostly caused by these kinds of campaigns.

Plus the fact that it's automatic doesn't mean they can't scam you eventually.
4623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Anonymous Enough For You? on: June 24, 2016, 03:18:52 PM
The anonymity aspect doesn't really matter that much for me, so I just voted yes.
Plus, I don't know how they could improve the anonymity even more, like Lauda has said, it's already possible to use Bitcoin anonymously.
4624  Economy / Economics / Re: Soo, I'm planning on buying €1000 in bitcoins. Yes or no? on: June 24, 2016, 02:58:44 PM
You said that it's quite a big investment for you, in that case I would invest a smaller amount so you don't feel too bad if you'd have to sell at a loss.
Even though I think it would be a pretty good investment currently.
4625  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betting on Esports. on: June 24, 2016, 02:55:39 PM
love watching the esports cs global offensive on tv

Wish it was on more often than just once a week. I hate watching

Sadly only this one tournament E-league is being broadcasted, but in the future there will be lot more tournaments i have no doubts Smiley
Where do you live if I may ask? Is esports actually being broadcasted on cable tv in your country?
Can't imagine that happening eny time soon where I live Tongue
4626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know this gambling game? color game? on: June 24, 2016, 02:51:42 PM
Please elaborate on how do you play it, and what are the odds, can they be altered? If they can't, chances are it won't be popular, as people like to set their own odds, which is why dice is so popular.

It does seem like an interesting game, and perhaps a casino will implement it if there is enough interest.

Payment is 1:1..for example you bet 0.01 btc on red, there is 3 dices, if one is red then you will be paid by how much is your bet. if two dices turns red, you will pad doubled and then if 3(tripled), like that. But in Philippines, they have one or two spy on the bettors, if they caught someone using martingale, they are unlikely to let them bet anymore.
Why wouldn't they let someone use martingale? It would be more profit for them in the long run...
The game looks pretty interesting, is there an open source client of this game available by any chance?
4627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Enormous ways to earning Bitcoin on: June 24, 2016, 02:41:36 PM
I don't think that such gambling and ponzi sites could being for real enormous way to earning Bitcoin, as you noticed. Better to hold the coins for the price increasing, instead investing it there.
Gambling and Ponzi sites are definitely not reliable ways to get any amount of Bitcoin, big or small. You could be unlucky with your gambling, you could be too late to get into the ponzi scheme and you end up losing your money right there.

The best way to earn large amounts of Bitcoin, in my opinion? Trading with large volumes as an experienced trader, in a volatile market, is probably your best bet to make money.
Yeah trading would be the best option if you're really experienced enough for that. Otherwise it's just the same as gambling.
When you have that knowledge, I'd use a trading bot as well, preferably a custom one.
4628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which payment gateway is low rate and suitable for MLM companies on: June 24, 2016, 02:36:09 PM
I don't know what you would specifically need for an MLM company, but why not use Bitpay?
https://bitpay.com/pricing

Their rates are pretty competitive.
4629  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: June 24, 2016, 02:33:44 PM
I still find it annoying that it takes so long for big companies, merchants to accept Bitcoin as a payment method.
Would just love to be able to buy everything with Bitcoin, without having to buy a giftcard or exchange first.
4630  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] Fibo: Mining music & films | P2P Streaming | Closed Beta | Deposit Bonus on: June 24, 2016, 02:22:21 PM
What I do not understand is how Fibo shares the revenue with the artist if the users are allowed to upload any music file they have on their computers?

Any uploaded song will go through approval process, that involves:

- Extract file metadata
- Checking authenticity
- Categorize song by artist, track name, quality
- Request approval and pricing from labels

After the label sets its pricing the song will be ready for stream through Fibo.
Just a tip, but it might be a good idea to first contact artists who release their songs under a permissive Creative Commons license.
I'm guessing they would be much more open to the idea then already established artists.
4631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: June 24, 2016, 02:04:27 PM
No one can predict future but current evidences and increasing bitcoin owner suggest that it will have future in the next years.
Yeah we can't predict bitcoin's future because it's only depending on us (bitcoin users) if we continue to use bitcoin and keep buying them and using as a main currency online i think it will be easy for bitcoin to get a great bright future Grin.

Yeah with the halving you'll see that btc will go up in the near future. You'll see that with it most likely we will break $1000 and all become just a little bit richer in our daily lives lol. I cannot guarantee this but it is most likely to happen.
It's far more likely that thev price will rise significantly and cause a small bubble and that it will correct itself afterwards.
But in the long term (several years), the price will keep rising for sure. Unless some big disaster happens in the Bitcoin world.
4632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How legal is to create betting/gambling site? on: June 24, 2016, 01:41:42 PM
If you have long term serious plan to run an online gambling site you should use proper channel.Which means proper channel is you should get license which is not very costly it will provide you legal safety in case of some unexpected situation.Same time you will be able to promote and expand your gambling business. It is illegal to run such business without license.
Though I think running a small dice site would not need all the licenses and others. I was planning to runs a dice site but then compromised with just investing in casinos.

i doubt of the size of the site has anything to do with its legality and the need for a license.

becasue no matter how small or big your gambling site is, that site would be some kind of a business that is working online and you may have to fill in some forms for the IRS and pay taxes on it.

I think that an online gambling sites do not require a license or legality. Because nearly all the countries in the world gives a harsh policy against gambling, that gambling is not acceptable or not to do, and I see that the existing gambling online there is no legality or the official license from the State.
Stop spreading this kind of nonsense to increase your post count. You're giving out terrible advice and if anyone follows your advice they could be in serious trouble.
Whether or not you need a license depends on which country you are from, not all countries have a harsh policy against gambling.
4633  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Charts for Crypto? on: June 24, 2016, 01:35:55 PM
I think that http://www.cryptocoincharts.info lists about every altcoin that's traded on about every exchange.
Best to click 'Exchanges' in the menu and then check every pair on that exchange.
4634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nice little win for me today : ) on: June 24, 2016, 01:26:31 PM
Yeah, that's not a small win, you've made quite some profit with those bets Smiley
At least some people are profiting from Brexit it seems.
4635  Economy / Economics / Re: Have $20 worth of bitcoin, how to earn more with it? on: June 24, 2016, 01:24:11 PM
can you give me an example of trading altcoin?
is it like buying lite/doge/dash or else then hold it?
or?

Yes, that's an example, just invest in some altcoin and wait for it to rise in value and then sell it.
But 20 dollars won't get you far, plus you'd risk losing money if the altcoin in question drops.

I would not look at investing those bitcoins just yet, keep working at improving your skills and just work to get more Bitcoins that way.
4636  Economy / Speculation / Re: Brexit and Bitcoin on: June 24, 2016, 01:15:26 PM
I see it as a win for Democracy - congrats to the Brits.

Nobody in Brussels was elected by anyone, they were placed there by Banks & Corporations who's only motive was profit & power. Greece, Spain & other counties in the EU have been milked & enslaved by Brussels to the extent that OAP's had to queue & beg for their pension money in order to buy food, mass unemployment & austerity are trademarks of countries run by Brussels - this is what happens when unelected people with conflicts of imterest are "placed" in a position of power.

As far as Bitcoin v fiat prices are concerned - who cares? They go up, they go down - nothing new there. I see Bitcoin (or digital currency) as a replacement for fiat, not a way to make more fiat. Only those after short term fiat profit are concerned about price, the Bitcoin idea is lost on them.
What are you talking about? The European parliament was elected democratically, you might want to read some more about that: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Parliament

4637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is online gambling legal in your country? on: June 24, 2016, 01:11:20 PM
Here in Belgium it's legal to gamble online or offline if the casino has the proper licenses.
But the number of sites where it's legal is very limited.
4638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase has partnered with Paypal - Officially! on: June 24, 2016, 10:49:39 AM
Seems less like a partnership and more like Coinbase will just send you Paypal funds if you request it.  Notice that you cannot buy bitcoin with Paypal, which makes me think there really isn't a partnership going on, but instead just an agreement that they will let you cash out large sums if necessary.
Coinsbase doesn't want the risk of creditcard fraud when you buy with Paypal. If they are the sending party and Coinbase is trusted, it is safe for both parties.
If they would allow you to buy Bitcoin with Paypal, they would make creditcard fraud very easy, and they would end up paying for it.
Yeah, offering the option to buy Bitcoin with Paypal would just attract people that want to use that service for fraud. I wonder how Virwox manages to prevent that...
Still pretty cool that they're offering payouts to Paypal.
4639  Other / Off-topic / Re: Two types of Bitcoiners, Which are you? on: June 23, 2016, 01:15:25 PM
I buy Bitcoins to hold them as savings, but I do also spend some from time to time, just to support businesses that accept Bitcoin.
Usually they offer a discount when using Bitcoin (no transaction fees).
4640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Bad for the environment, taking the worlds energy - yes? on: June 23, 2016, 01:07:24 PM
I think it's just a matter of cost vs benefits. Does Bitcoin give us as a society enough benefits to warrant the energy usage, and I think the answer is 'Yes'.
It's good that there is now a way of transferring money that isn't controlled by big multinationals.

And in the future the energy needed for Bitcoin mining will be less of an issue, when we see more advances in the area of green energy (it becoming very cost effective).
