I agree with your opinion. The rules of this campaign are very strange and different from most other signature campaigns. I have seen user comments that also say so and managers may have to consider better rules so they dont get negative responses from most applicants.

I am also worried about the costs for participants who are senior members, the amount is quite small and obviously it is not an appropriate payment for those who can make high quality posts. Ignore, maybe thats the best way if managers dont change rules better and are familiar.

Congratulations LFC_Bitcoin, you have done your best and now you deserve to be a user who has received nearly 2,000 merit so far this system exists and now you have collected 1,745 merit from 1,320 records. I am very sure that you will soon get 2,000 merit and immediately enter the list of users who get 2000 merit. There arent many people who can achieve something like you, and I think you should be proud of that and sand lo and behold, he is the first user to send you merit DeathAngel Cheesy

4623  Other / Meta / Re: Do you remember who sent you the first Merit? on: March 03, 2020, 10:53:53 AM
Yes I have to remember it and this is my first merit sent by "Cuero". [Diskusi] Menata Legalitas Cryptocurrency di Indonesia.
It seems like now everyone doesnt have to bother searching for posts where their first merit gets. BPIP gives us the ease to find out with step: https://bpip.org/smerit.aspx?to=your username and you will see who sent the first merit to you and its at the end of the list. Wink
Please try and it is truly amazing.

Happy second birthday to me on the bitcointalk.org

Hi mate and the bitcoin community, today is March 3, 2020 and today I must tell you all that I am celebrating my second birthday at the biggest bitcoin discussion forum ever bitcointalk.org. I feel great happiness because this forum has changed my life for the better from my knowledge of bitcoin, experiences, interactions between fellow bitcoin communities and so on until I also get additional income such as from signature campaigns and trading.

I am one of thousands of users from Indonesia who joined this discussion forum after the merit system was implemented by Theymos and this I have explained in the OP [Self-Made Senior Member] From Newbie To Senior Member & Now OTW to Hero Member. During the two years I was active in the forum there were actually many targets that had not been achieved in terms of knowledge and experience and other matters.
The following are some of the things that I have achieved over the past two years and I hope you don't compare them with other well-known users because my achievements are so far from them and it's almost impossible for me to be the same with them.
  • Improve the quality of posts for the better and more useful and reduce the potential for deletion due to poor quality posts.
  • Become a user who gets 447 merit from other users over the past 2 years.
  • Send 208 sMerit to a number of users on posts that I think are appropriate.
  • Has the most recognized achievements based on the BPIP website which is in position 705.
  • Successfully rank-up to become a Junior, Member, Full Member, Sr Member and now on his way to becoming a Hero Member (Just waiting for 32 activities and 53 merit that have not been sufficient).
  • etc

Honestly, from all that I have achieved above it might not be meaningful if there is no help from all of you and I hope and to try increase my contribution in this discussion forum and become a useful user for other users. Without your help and motivation, I am nothing anythink. Thank you mate, I wish you all the best.

Fortunately not everyone here can think wisely so that both of them have connections and need each other. I am not going to argue that everyone needs money to pay for all their needs every day but if we can simplify a little mindset then we will choose to gain knowledge first rather than directly to the target of getting money.

Prioritizing knowledge, money will be very easy to produce. Without knowledge, money is very difficult to get, especially if someone wants to get it in this bitcointalk forum. The reason that might be considered wrong in my opinion is if someone only knows how to get money through several aspects such as bounty campaigns and signatures.

However, if we prioritize knowledge, there are enough ways to get it, such as trade, investment, loans, escrow services, website creation services, signature codes, translators, and more. What is wrong with them ? and in my opinion just a different perspective. Do users who dont use signatures get no money? Maybe they could be traders or investors or miners and so on.

My advice to the OP is to prioritize knowledge and skills and with that we will also get money. In this forum there is a lot of knowledge that has been shared by those who are experienced and when we can adopt it we will also be able to get results rather than what we have done. Not everyone here makes money because of signatures or bounty, but there are dozens and even hundreds of other ways we can do if the goal is to make money.
4626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Collective DEX Volume is Starting to Outperform Some Major Exchanges on: March 02, 2020, 03:48:21 PM
A legit DEX is much more transparent and secure than a Centralized exchanges.
Maybe I should also admit it, but many things that are considered traders prefer centralized exchange over DEX are price differences. If the asking price of a token traded on an exchange such as OKEX or others is valued at $5, then at DEX the requested price is usually lower. Although the level of transparency in DEX its better than centralized exchange but I think many people will choose centralized exchange if the price difference between the two exchanges is much different.

Fine, and both of you have opened the gate where I have to get a number of answers to the questions I ask. I will start reading it and now I will lock this thread because there is already a thread that is relevant to my question. Thank you to both of you, create a conducive atmosphere and fight fraud together. Cool
4628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Safe Haven Asset? on: March 02, 2020, 11:44:12 AM
In the ongoing epidemic of the Coronavirus, Bitcoin is considered a safe treasure that has not shown any positive signs of flight. Then the question arises as Is Bitcoin really a safe haven asset?
You must move these threads to the appropriate board and this must be on the board Bitcoin Discussion.

Then the question arises as Is Bitcoin really a safe haven asset?
Yes, I would say bitcoin is a safe asset if the wallet you use to store a certain amount of bitcoin can be controlled by you and you also store privatekey without anyone knowing. I am sure you also know that bitcoin is an asset that has high volatility so it is not always suitable to save a certain amount of your money if you want a stable amount.

Bitcoin is still quite vulnerable to cases of theft, hacking, or other things that cause harm to its holders. Much user experience has been shared here and almost all of them stem from the mistakes of users or holders of bitcoin itself who fail to maintain the security of the wallet where they store bitcoin. If you want to know whether bitcoin is a safe asset then in my opinion there are two perceptions, namely safe against losing assets and safe from price stability. What do you want ?
4629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Why is Wright and BSV a Scam? (split from dev tech) on: March 02, 2020, 11:15:39 AM
This thread is a question in my post on another  thread that is considered irrelevant by the mod so that it is changed to thread. Thank you for making this post become a thread and I hope that it can moderate the thread well and then lets have a little discussion about the case I am asking about.

Let me know more why wright / BSV is said to be a scam. So far I am still very stupid about this fraud case and I want to know more about this fraud case. When you say there is no reason for a scammer promoter like wright / BSV to be on this board then I just think this case has become a very large case so all posts from users associated with it should be deleted. I am therefore curious so I can avoid and be able to report it to the moderator for removal when I find it.
4630  Other / Meta / Re: What if scammers target boards where flags & feedbacks aren't visible ? on: March 02, 2020, 10:51:48 AM
~snip
Is there any harm if visible flags and feedbacks in all boards on current trust system?
I understand the anxiety you feel when we find someone with a negative reputation and also have an active flag still free to roam around on a board that does not display flags and negative trust. Boards that do not display flags and feedback are only used for discussion and it is not possible for them to open a service there so that the potential for fraud that begins with account activity like this is very small, in my opinion.

I think forum users are now accustomed to hearing fraud cases from most other users and that experience has made them more alert and increasingly worried about potential fraud in the future. So, if there is something that is suspected of potentially fraud then I dont think people will leave such posts longer without being removed by the moderator.

There are several ways so far that everyone has to do to avoid potential fraud on boards that dont display trust and flag in my opinion, i.e, Check profiles and account trust, this is very important and I think everyone will do it before they do something that involves money. Examples such as loans, trade and so on.
4631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Project Anastasia: Bitcoiners Against Identity Theft [re: Craig Wright scam] on: February 29, 2020, 09:39:48 AM
I have read this thread in my local language version and it is very interesting to discuss how great CW claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto and completely he cant prove the truth (cant be trusted).

CW has made this mess and has made some bitcoin communities work a little harder to make CW prove the claim is true. I have seen many community members arguing with various evidence relating to the by CW identity theft problem and I think that is a strong hold for me that CW is fakesatoshi and I want to know if identity theft like this can be punished?

BUT, who is more punk'd, the Bitcoin community, or the Craigcoin community? Cool
I think the answer is the bitcoin community, because this case succeeded in making us all rampage about the false claim.
4632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't just hold your altcoins for a long time! on: February 29, 2020, 09:08:26 AM
Yes you're right. I think it is necessary to keep in touch all the time to the telegram groups or any of the social media accounts of what/where we invest.
If you are in an investment cycle, you cant just be quiet but you must be at the forefront of knowing all kinds of information about the assets you are investing. We never really know when something bad is happening because this popular cryptocurrency is still very vulnerable to hacking and can cause price dump quickly.

One effort to get information faster is to follow all social media related to invested assets such as Telegram, Twitter, and others. Almost every major development always has a positive impact on demand in the market, so investors or traders who get information updates quickly will have the opportunity to get greater profits than those who dont.

Mohon bantuannya.
4636  Other / Meta / Re: Can user's post in multiple local board? on: February 21, 2020, 04:31:45 AM
I am sure anyone will not be prohibited from posting on some local boards if they are able to master the language. But we are not recommended to post on local boards where the language is not well mastered and only rely on translation. Even if we force to post it will increase the chance that the post will be deleted by the moderator due to poor grammar.

You are also not forbidden to learn more languages here as I do now, English is not my native language but I study and continue to try to write as well as possible so that it can be understood by all users.

Writing to a number of different local board often indicates that the account has been sold or lent to other users so that the account can be negative trust by DT and I agree with you. But to prove that the account is owned by the same person, it is hoped to send a signed message.

Perception is a way for someone to recognize, organize and interpret information that is useful to provide an overview and understanding of something in the real environment or online. Perception does not have to be the same because humans were not created to always understand the same thing with the same thought and understanding.

All I know is Royse and YOSHIE are two different people. The strength in the forum is also not the same "Royse DT1 and YOSHIE are DT2. Royse is Legendary and YOSHIE is a senior member. Royse may have broader experience and knowledge in the forum while YOSHIE may not.

About the word "my age is enough to make you unconscious" for me is not like a threat. That is the way he conveys things in his own style. YOSHIE is not an English speaker and it is not a mother tongue but I can understand it when she conveys something and maybe you will be surprised if you know her real age. It could be 10 years, 15, 20, 30, 40 or maybe 387 years.

The problem between you and Yoshie is the previous conflict in one or two comments about one and two things. Of course if you both continue to think about the problem, then you both continue to find fault with each other so that one day the mountain will erupt and issue hot larvae. Do you both expect that ?
The word that YOSHIE said to you is not a threat, you dont need to be afraid and anxious, it is just a play on words because he might want to surprise you when he tells you true age. I think the function of sending messages to other members is still functioning properly, why dont you ask directly what "unconscious"  means via PM ?

I would only be afraid if Yoshie said "would curse me to be a frog". It could be that he is a great wizard or maybe he is just a thick bearded man.  Roll Eyes
So calm down, friend, you have to think positive and dont need to be afraid. We are all imperfect humans.

Want to know the reason why?
1. Your local part and I are not a priority of the campaign.
2. Limited slots
3. Not much time is spent choosing participants from applications made, because managers may have prioritized participants from campaigns that were paused.
4. We are just people who have not been lucky, and its good to try again in the future.

Dont be disappointed, I deleted my previous application after getting an answer from the reason why I wasnt accepted. 360+ merit in the last 120 days will also not be a guarantee that I will be accepted into the campaign. Be patient, friend.

So, All you have to do now is delete the signature and everything related to the campaign because you will be more disappointed in promoting a signature that won't pay you.
