Tons of issues with Betcoin, their defense is that they are still in BETA. [yes, BETA after several years] (New owners, understaffed, deposits taking days, asking players to upload documents to imgur (wtf Imgur!?!?) )
Not sure if you need to grow a pair or learn how to vet a sports book, but figure it out for everyone's sake.

In my experience, any effort trying to engage Game-Protect in a rational conversation is futile. He has proven himself to not be qualified to provide any legal advice to anyone (even a casual suggestion from him should be ignored) Unfortunately he has continued to spam deceptive hyperlinks to his shit website all over the place in hopes that someone will click the link and provide him some affiliate revenue. I recommend everyone ignore him in any thread other than his own and report any post he makes that contains deceptive hyperlinks ( see example below)  Surely he will respond to this with a bunch of stupid questions. Just ignore. |

Alright well Brian clearly owes you a reasonable response. Don't give up. And please update the community with whatever happens. Also, you will likely be approached by a user called "Game-Protect" Do not give him any money to "help" you get your money back, it's a scam. |

Hi Brian from Betchain.. I am a new user on betchain.com and deposited about 12.6 LTC on your site. The multihand blackjack said it was provably fair, but I had at least 6 instances when the verification failed, and on all these hands: the dealer either made a blackjack or made 21 with less than 7 on his face up card. I emailed support@betchain.com too with the 2 screenshots; no response. When I contacted live chat, all i got was: it was provided by 3rd party, we can't do anything. I'll have a look at the rake and time settings for OFC. We tried to make the rake for nlhe/plo is lower than stars. OFC might need tweaked.
All right. For some infos about rake in current OFC online industry, I found this : - swcpoker (crypto-world) : rake of 2% each hand / caps of 0.90$ , 1.40$ and 1.80$ respectively from small to highstakes - tonybet (fiat-world) : rake of 1% each hand / cap of 2.50$ for all stakes Concerning time settings, I would recommend at least 30 sec between each draw and at least 1 min in fantasy land. And a beginner who wants to discover a new game will probably need more. Keep in mind that unlike holdem and omaha, players need a good amount of time to take a decision because they must analyse the settings of their opponents. For example : in a 3-handed game, before last draw, the player in position must take into consideration 31 cards already faced up. It's a lot of information. Apologies for being off-topic - not trying to derail - but I think it's really sad that game-protect is able to get away with posting these obviously deceptive hyperlinks that lead to his personal website (which is a total scam imo, also -as usual I've edited the links to a more trustworthy site, and if you decide to quote him, you should too!) I will continue to report any post he makes in any thread besides his own that have deceptive hyperlinks. I encourage everyone else to do the same. This post does not reflect my opinion of PD one way or the other. (I do think it's an interesting situation though, and I'll prob share my thoughts soon) |

Betcoin claimed to be acquired by new a new company in December...refuses to give any further details...lots of lies involving BTC65 progressive jackpot that has been collecting for years (poker, so peeps thinks it's irrelevant) and also very guilty of not paying out a BTC1,000+ progressive slots jackpot 18 months ago (peeps doesn't give a shit about this either). Hopefully whoever reads this thread will realize that a casino who has robbed poker and slots players of millions of dollars (and recently been acquired by some mystery company) really shouldn't be considered a trustworthy place to place your sports bets with. It's very sad that you think "High Quality Gif Banners" is more of a priority than all the promises you've made (and broken) over the past 70+ days since betcoin was 'acquired'. (Not to mention all of the scummy things you've done over the past several years)
It's even more sad that that you are putting more energy into enforcing the "you can not say bad things about Betcoin" rule rather than fixing all of Betcoins issues.
Just be honest. Fix your problems, don't try to bury them. Be transparent, not opaque. It's pathetic.
