^^^ Trump shouldn't be immune from having the facts presented. He shouldn't be any more immune than the prosecution is from their crimes. In these cases against Trump, the cases should be thrown out because of prosecution criminal activity in the cases. And, not only that. The prosecution should prosecuted for their blatant attempts to withhold evidence and a whole host of illegal activity that they are doing.

In all cases where material is presented to the court, there needs to be a chain of signatures and affidavits by EVERYBODY who handles or moves the material... signatures on affidavits explaining what they did with the materials and where they moved them. If the chain is broken, it means that the materials could have been tampered with in the breaking of the chain of handlers. These cases against Trump need to be thrown out.

"Stunning On Multiple Levels": DOJ Admits To Evidence Tampering In Trump Classified Docs Case

lol "admits evidence tampering"  Sites like freedomphoenix are tampering with your brain.

The prosecutors gave the defense a batch of evidence with some of the documents out of order.

Imagine how desperate Trump and the media must be to have to use this as a defense.

Update of substance:  They found pictures of the classified documents that Trump took to Florida after he lost the election and then lied to the government about his personal valets (and co defendent) phone.  Imagine that.

Update of substance 2: Trump was held in contempt for the 10th time today for attacking witnesses and the jury in his criminal trial in NYC for committing fraud to help win the 2016 election.

Trump is desperately seeking to get sent to prison for contempt. He would then be able to play the victim to max volume.

If I were the judge, I would advise him on a progressive regime of sanctions. First one, 10.000, second one 100.000, thrid one 1Million, fourth one 10 million.... My guess is that he would probably get as far as the fourth one, he still has to pay the NY fines and has many options to end up paying for tax fraud, beyond going to prison or not (probably not). It is much better to punish the bank account and much more difficult to appear as a victim if you are warned of the consequences in advance. Also, money is here and now, other punishments can be possibly challenged or overturned.

NY State law caps the fine at $1,000 per violation.  So the only two options are $1k fine or lock him up.

What's worse, allowing Trump to attack the jury and witnesses, or allowing the circus that will ensue with locking up a former president for a few nights distract from the actual proceeding.

Consider this, it won't be possible to prevent the jury from learning that Trump was thrown in jail.  But the contempt charges shouldn't be considered in deciding his guilt - which is why all the gag order related motions happen when the jury isn't in the room.  Jury bias from the contempt jailing could very well end up being Trumps strongest and only non-frivolous argument to make in appeals if he's convicted.

Dear Tableplay,

As previously specified, Jackbit Casino generally upholds a no KYC policy, with exceptions made in cases where a risk-based approach is deemed necessary. The detection of a 51 IP address match for your account is generally unusual for a regular player, therefore, it was flagged for investigation. Afterwards, you provided personal identification documents to complete the verification process, However, it is important to note that the withdrawal in question was requested before the completion of the verification, specifically on December 23, 2023, at 08:35:19. Verification procedures were completed on the same day at 10:31, and the following withdrawal was successfully processed at 15:17:05.
Regarding your concerns about the "Doxxing" of your username, please be assured that Jackbit Casino maintains strict confidentiality protocols and does not disclose any private information of our users. It is worth noting that the username in question is visible to all users on BitcoinTalk.

Sincerely,

It's dishonest to kyc players while advertising this:

Even if you don't kyc most players.
Even if you only kyc when you think a player might have figured out a way to exploit your games or promotions.

It's really not complicated - if you want to be a no kyc casino, don't kyc your players and make sure you don't offer any promotions or games that can be exploited.

If you're concerned about being exploited by players and want to kyc to gather evidence so you can freeze player accounts, then make sure players aren't signing up thinking you're a no kyc casino.

You get to make all the rules - quit trying to have it both ways.

Negative Trust Flag Inquiry Regarding our KYC Policy

Dear TwitchySeal,

We are getting back to address the trust flag you raised concerning our KYC policy, to provide you with clear and comprehensive information.

The screenshot provided appears to be from an affiliate page rather than directly from Jackbit Casino. On our official website, we do not prominently display any information asserting a strict no-verification policy.

Why are your affiliates advertising your site as a no kyc/anonymous casino?  And it's not just one affiliate, it's many.

We remain committed to transparency and providing accurate information regarding our operational policies.

How much money have you seized and from how many accounts as a result of your KYC process?

I'll be impressed if you give a direct, honest answer to these questions.

You don't seem very committed "to transparency and providing accurate information".  Quite the opposite.

It would be hard to get much worse with his repeat opponent being a zombie who often can barely speak any more.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=al7ont2noYA&t=1s

Pick a random time and watch for 10 minutes.  He's fine.

If Trump is a loser, who would you suggest for the Presidency? Look at Biden.

Biden would be fine, yes.  Or anyone in his cabinet, other than a handful of crazies pretty much anyone in the House or Senate.  I'd probably vote for 99% of non incarcerated Americans that would be eligible to run if it were between them and Trump.  That's around 100 million people.

I'd probably have to vote for Trump if he were running against you though.
6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Publicly held Trump trials - ongoing on: April 23, 2024, 12:08:12 AM
If Trump is a loser, who would you suggest for the Presidency?

For you - no one. Trump is the second coming of Jesus. Make sure to give all your life savings to him because he's very rich and doesn't need your money.

You can easily see that the only reason why there are any Trump trials is that the opposition is so unpopular, that the only way they have a chance of winning among Americans is if they lie and cheat. Consider that they themselves, and thousands or millions of other Americans have done the same kinds of things that Trump has been accused of... and often much worse. But nobody else is facing the kinds of accusations that Trump is.

Millions of Americans have cheated on their spouses with porn stars and illegally paid $130k to said porn stars? And stored stolen top secret documents in their bathrooms? Seems unlikely. And if that were true it still wouldn't make it not a crime. If a guy in the trailer next door kills his wife, it doesn't make it right for you to kill yours - that's some free legal advice for you.

Time to wake up and realize that you are on the side of death and destruction when you are against Trump. If Trump loses, and Biden-Team-like people win, they will overtake and destroy everything, even you. How blind are you that you are in favor of your own destruction?

Well, the evil Biden people had nearly 4 years to destroy me and failed miserably, so you're probably full shit on that one just like on everything else. Good to see that some things never change on this shithole of a forum.

You misunderstand about the whole thing. The only reason why the evil Biden people failed to destroy you is because it takes a long time for anybody to destroy the good that Trump did in his first term. But there are a whole bunch of other people around the world that Trump didn't have enough time to protect from the Biden Team and the Deep State.

You should really be praying to your lucky stars - or whatever you pray to - that Trump gets in, in 2024. If he does, you just might have a chance to go on living before the Biden Team takes you and bunch of the rest of us out.

Cool

Hey whatever happened to this conspiracy theory?

I think that when Trump endorsed Operation Warp Speed, he already had a good idea about two things. And this was the reason he didn't fight as hard as he could have to stop the steal and get the Presidency back. What 2 things?
1. That the vaccines would probably be killers.
2. The Dems would be inclined to be vaxxed the most.

All Trump has to do is sit by and wait for the Dems to become immobilized before 2024. They will either be dead, or so sick that they won't even think about voting. And Trump will win by an easy landslide... way more than before, percentage-wise, while just sitting arouind and waiting for it to happen.

This is the way it is happening. Statistics show lots of dead already. Who were they? Dems who sat in the basement along with Brandon, and took the jabs, faithfully, and even lovingly. They will mostly be gone by 2024.

Here's some data that you won't like to see

To be fair with them, The issue involved multiple account abused which means they still don’t have any records of asking KYC for regular users without any ToS violation.

Yes they do: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5434569.msg61689236#msg61689236

They should just ban the user involved on their previous controversy instead of asking KYC to protect their reputation since they already have proof of account connection while they have NO KYC policy which is their selling point.

Or they could just stop offering promotions and games that can be abused.

Doesn't really matter at this point though, jackbit is obviously a shady casino that seems to be following the same play book as tons of shitty run casinos before them that no longer exist.

He plays the victim like no other. Just picture, just for the shake of illustration, a couple of black guys caught on camera shoplifting and facing a judge and they say "but your honour, my son is graduating today, surely you will let me attend?"

Shit, no you can't! You have a criminal trial with plenty of convincing evidence, if you want to attend you son's graduation you have to be a law abiding citizen or miss on all the good things in life stupid! Is just like the previous filing saying "your honour Trump cannot be bothered with a trial, he has more important things to do because he is campaigning".

Seriously, I starting to doubt that even the most encroached Trumpists are finding all this excuses and loser's talk appealing.

Prediction: Judge pauses trial for graduation. Trump does something else.

11  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Arizona Supreme Court rules state can use 1864 law to ban nearly ALL abortions on: April 17, 2024, 01:52:08 AM
Then you do not have any idea what you are talking about.  I thought Trump was grabbing girls by the pussy and having his way with them.  If that's true, you really think he hasn't paid for his fair share of abortions in his life?  You really think that's something he's focused on?  Not to mention, if you know anything about Republicans you would know we support the states having their own rights.  It's the Democrats who are dead set on trying to force their mental illness on everyone federally by any means necessary.  All Republicans want is the constitution to be respected and laws upheld with less government spending.

Then you do not have any idea what you are talking about.  The anti abortion movement in congress today is made up exclusively of Republicans.

It wasn't always that way.  In the 60s the movement was driven pretty much exclusively by Catholic Democrats.  California had the same law on abortion in the 60s that Arizona has today (only to save life of mother), which prompted the republican governor of California (Ronald Reagan)  to sign the first ever bill that legalized abortion.

Devout Catholic numbers began dropping fast in the 70s (and hasn't stopped since) and in the 80s the Republicans started viewing Evangelical Christian wackos as possible long term Republican voters so Reagan and the Republican party decided it would be the most beneficial politically to be anti abortion and they haven't switched sides since.

Reminds me of the anti vax movement.  Used to be mostly liberal home school your kid moms that knew everyones zodiac sign, but during the pandemic the center of the anti vax movement shifted to right wing conspiratards.

PS - Trump isn't a Republican.  He doesn't make decisions based on political beliefs or even personal beliefs.  It's about whatever is best for Trump.

It wasn't that long ago Don Bill and Hillary were laughing it up at Trumps third wedding.  Such a happier time....sigh

Pretty impressive to have the Secratary of State and a former President at your wedding don't ya think?
12  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Publicly held Trump trials - ongoing on: April 17, 2024, 12:46:05 AM
So Trumps lawyers put in a request for two days to pause the trial so Trump can attend his sons high school graduation (the same son that his wife was pregnant with while he was banging the porn star that will likely be called as a witness).

According to the associated press:

Quote
Merchan said he was not prepared to rule on either request, but that if the trial proceeds as planned he’s willing to adjourn for one or both days. “It really depends on how we’re doing on time and where we are in the trial,” Merchan said.

And here's Trumps response:

And some other right wing pearl clutchers with victim complexes :

I'm surprised BADecker hasn't started a thread about judge blocking Trump from attending graduation.

I'm for peace. And being for peace means to be for anything that removes the Deep State.

Problem is those against the deep state aren't educated enough to remove the deep state.

And those that decide to educate themselves realize they were acting like an idiot and end up joining the deep state.

There's a reason they don't go by the shallow state.

Johnson, Trump Announce Election Integrity Bill To Require Proof Of Citizenship To Vote

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/johnson-trump-announce-election-integrity-bill-require-proof-citizenship-vote
At a Friday, April 12, press conference at the former president's Mar-a-Lago residence, the Republican leaders announced the bill as part of larger efforts to bolster election integrity.

"What we're going to do is introduce legislation to require that every single person who registers to vote in a federal election must prove that they are an American citizen first," Mr. Johnson said.

Though some jurisdictions allow noncitizens to participate in local elections, it is illegal for them to vote in all state and federal elections. However, the United States' federal voter registration form does not require documentary proof of citizenship, and states' efforts to impose such a requirement have been challenged by the Biden administration.

The new legislation, the speaker said, would establish new safeguards to ensure only citizens can vote. The provisions would require states to remove noncitizens from their voter rolls and would provide them with access to Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration databases to help them do so.

"Congress has this responsibility. We cannot wait for widespread fraud to occur … especially when the threat of fraud is growing with every single illegal immigrant that crosses that border," the speaker said.

He added that he expected the bill to receive widespread Republican support while also forcing Democrats to go on record with where they stand.

'The Tip of the Iceberg'

The push to secure elections from illegal votes comes amid the flood of illegal immigrants pouring across the southern border.

Illegal immigration, though a persistent problem for decades, has exploded to unprecedented levels under the Biden administration. The deluge has included individuals on the United States' terror watch list and others with prior convictions for violent crimes.
...

Cool

Remember when Hillary Clinton got 3 million more votes than Trump in 2016 and he said he actually got more legal votes because there were 3 million non US citizens that illegally voted and he would prove it.

So he put together the "Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity", which ended up finding basically nothing.

And when they tried to spin things to make it look like they had found "thousands" of cases of fraud (which is nowhere close to 3 million), and then it came out they actually found like 950 cases since 2000.

Trump did make one smart move in this thing though.  When the commission started getting subpoenaed for internal records of their investigation, Trump pulled the plug and disbanned the whole thing.  Don't think he ever spoke of it again.

He's doing the same thing now, except now he's not the president and he has to explain receiving 7 million votes fewer than his opponent instead of just 3.  But all the same people are falling for it again. Well most, maybe not all.

There's a reason one of the easiest ways to figure out if an American male is a Trump voter is by looking at how educated they are....

3 months after the 8048/JAZ license holder Antillephone N.V. forwarded my compensation demand to the Stake alleged "Legal Department" and the Stake managing director Xecutive Corporate Management B.V., they still have not answered!

How on earth can you run a provably rigged in-house Black Jack system and ignore the request by your license issuer?

Is it because Stake is managed by two RuneScape players and a chat moderator?  Cheesy

That's because your complaint is literally just nonsense.  The math you did that your accusation is based on is just wrong in so many different ways.  It's as if you stopped learning math at 7 or 8 years old and think with enough confidence you can just fake it.

If abortion murder is not outlawed effectively, how long will it take before ANY murder is legal?

If a blob of goo in a womans (or girls) vagina is controlled by the government how long will it take before the blob of goo in your skull is controlled by the government?

How is it a politicians job to decide what happens to a blob of goo in a teenagers vagina who was just raped by her uncle or the brain dead fetus with no chance of survival of a woman who wants to have children but may not be able to after being forced to give birth to a dead baby?

And why do the same politicians keep bringing up abortion at 9 months or "post birth" when that literally isn't a thing and even if it were, could be solved with a 8 month ban?

The point? Those charts and graphs don't mean anything. All they are is a game of interpreting 'stuff' the way that the Biden Regime wants people to believe. And TS got sucked in... or is he really a Biden Regime perpetrator against peace?

Oh sorry I forgot graphs make you irrational and cause memory loss. Remember how you were feeling right before the Trump recession, right in the middle of Trumps term?

It looks like the next Great Depression is just about here. My fear is a sudden collapse of the banking system. Most of us aren't used to barter, and if the banking system goes down, the electrical and Internet grids might go down at the same time. Bitcoin would be worth very little after that.

Luckily, the people chose a new leader for the country and he was able to turn things around and avoid another recession, against all odds seemingly.

I'll explain sans graph again:

When Trump was sworn in there were 145.6  million US Jobs.

When he left office, there were 142.7 million US jobs.

142.7 is 2.9 less than 145.6

That means that while Trump was in office, the total US job growth was negative 2.9 million.

When Biden was sworn in, there were 142.7 million US jobs (because it was the same day Trump left).

As of the last jobs report (Feb 2024) there are 157.8 million US jobs.

That means, so far under Biden 15.1 million jobs have been created.

Summary:

Total job growth for Trumps entire term: -2.9 million
Total job growth under Biden with 6 months left in his first term: +15.1 million.

Trumps actually had the worst job growth of any president in modern history.  SAD!

Trumps 2016 Election Interference Trial has Started
They haven't even brought in any of the jury pool yet, and jury selection will probably take a couple weeks or longer if Trump has any luck, but this trial is moving forward.

Hopefully history will view this case  as the prologue of a much larger story about Trumps disregard for laws to help himself become president in 2016 (successfully) , to try and stay president in 2020 (unsuccessfully) and then as a civilian so he could pretend that he was still president and impress his friends with all those government secrets he had stashed away in bathrooms and basements at his beach club.
