Honestly, I am not familiar with the participating teams in this tournament but even so, there are some teams that I sometimes choose in random bets. But still, with the lack of familiarity for the teams in this tournament, it makes me have to check more about which country the team is from. This is the first season which I think will still lack fans, because this tournament is also rarely exposed to the media and to be honest I also only just found out about this tournament with this thread.
That's why it is relevant to create that thread Since it is the first edition with pretty much new teams for us, we never heard about it and we have no idea how good/miserable they are then it is normal to have suspicion about how relevant this competition will be. In the next years and I would say even at a later stage, they will be much attraction to its games.

Brazil to lift the trophy @1.57 vs @2.36 for Argentina. BTTS @2.15 in Stake which I think is interesting. 1x2 isn't bad either but a bit risky. From what I understood from odds, the game will most likely end in the original time, Brazil to win and Argentina won't score? Personally I think there will be extra time unless Argentina plays miserably which I doubt will happen in their most awaited trophy with Messi!

As much as I would loved Denmark to reach final, I must admitthat England were better. Epecially on extra time - Denmark were pretty much dead. Though, for me penalty was at least questionable or cheap. And Schmeichel was amazing today. Denmark - what crazy championship for them. Remeber how everything started. After that not many expected that Denmark can achieve so much. The won many hearts during tournament. England - it's unbeleavable that they reached final just for the 1st time in history. It's coming home! Final is going to be so interesting.
Denmark has an interesting history in EURO I admit they impressed everyone here but their journey comes to an end and not only congratulations for England for reaching the final for the first time but also congrats to Southgate 🔥Italy🔥 - 🔥England🔥, rumors says Wembley gonna have the highest temperature on earth this Sunday

according to the prediction before, we aren't surprised when Brazil meets Argentina. but for Argentina, it doesn't seem to be going well because they finish it with the penalty. this means the team needs consolidation of defense not only the attacking front. Messi still in Argentina's spirit at the moment, I don't know what will happen if Messi didn't in the squad.
Messi will play in the final. Right ? Or is there any doubt about it. Argentina Colombia match went down to the penalties does not mean that Argentina is a weak team. They win the match and are strong enough to win the final against brazil. What blue meant is that Argentina isn't convincing in its games although having better players than the other nations. Surviving Colombia by penalty kicks was a very risky move by Argentinian. Next game they will face Brazil, unless they will show some real performance, Brazil might end the game early!

Denmark, the underdog team, brought England, the favorite team to win the title, to the extra time! Well that's impressive. Should we start to count how many bets lost here until now? People who remained undecided are perplexed right now. England worst nightmare is to gamble with penalties imo and if Denmark passes it, it will be the surprise of the tournament before even France defeat!

Rocket ship
What a goal by Denmark, lets see how England respond, Denmark seem to be slightly on top so far. Anyone have a bet on who scores first goal? ill bet most had England.
Took me 5 minutes trying to place a bet on BTTS, England or draw and England to qualify with awesome odds but every time I find it suspended until England tied and bof.. England 1-1 Denmark Edit: forgot to say that odds for England to score first wasn't very attractive for me but I assume many chose it!

As Real Madrid have lost Ramos, I think they wouldn't like to run the risk of losing Varane also. I really wonder what's going to happen. Will Real Madrid manage to convince him and extend his contract or else?
Real Madrid don't lose anything. They bought and used Ramos more than ten years and the best time of Ramos is left in Bernabeu. He is a legend player in Real Madrid but not a home-grown player. Ramos knows he does not have too many seasons left in his career and Real Madrid will not treat him well as a legend player. He decided smartly to enjoy his left seasons in another club that can bring high salary, longer contract and titles. Real Madrid spirit is to pick fresh and good players and to get ride of old ones whether they were legends or normies.. By 35, you risk to have renewable 1 year contract, if you accept terms and fail, you are out! Ramos as one of the legends of RM doesn't want to be treated like that so... For Varane, as I said earlier, he wants more money which wasn't accepted by RM staff..

The easy game when you will buy everyone right? The easy game when the financial fair play is not a thing for you.
The football of people right? Oil prices are good, everything is good Well PSG is knocking all doors (trying all the ways) in order to get Champions League and to claim back Ligue 1 titles. So yeah, since money isn't a problem they will do whatever they could to create "ALL STARS" team.

Well after all the hassle, Argentina survived against Colombia by penalty kicks... Not sure if they played miserably or Colombia showed high level but I would be surprised if they win the cup honestly. I think Brazil should win the final game (way) before the end of the 90th minute.

England to win with two to three goal intervals.
Woah 3 goals difference for England? I would be surprised to see that. I am thinking about a draw and extra time or 1 goal difference in the main time. It might end with penalty kicks if Denmark play aggressively. England odds to qualify isn't interesting. BTTS & England to win odds are quite good, guess I will see first minutes before deciding which bet should I place!

Now all that's left is to create rules to prevent players from simulating injuries and the game being stopped for 2 or 3 minutes without meaning.
Stopping the watch like in handball or basketball? That would be great and let soccer looks more professional imo.
@LTU_btc, Zalgiris scoring at least one tonight, right? If i'm not mistaken they play at home on artificial turf, those guys from Northern Ireland will have trouble adjusting to it imo, plus Linfield's season hasn't started yet. Yep, that's my expectation . And yes, game will be played on artificial turf and it's hot there, almost 30C degree, so, it won't be easy to play. It's advantage for Zalgiris that Linfield season didn't started yet, but also, squad of Zalgiris looks better, just check market values of both teams on Transfermarkt. In this first qualifying round, I barely recognise a team apart from Dinamo Zagreb at the opposite of the second qualifying round. I guess I will just take a look on scores but checking stadium details and Transfermarket to get a better idea about the game is a wise move. After all Zalgiris scored more than a goal

Edit: bet on Italy to qualify!
They have! By 4 pens scored to 2 Thanks to that last Jorginho decisive penalty, How I like the resilience of Giorgio Chiellini! I have never backed Italy but this time round, I would like them to lift the trophy, just for Chiellini's sake Hard moments with penalties, I expected that scenario and both teams will have to deal with that 5 lottery shots and the unlucky one has to leave. Fortunately for me Italy won Looking forward now for them to lift the trophy! -snip-
Joking aside, this moment, before the penalties, was one of the moments of greatest fair play, which we've seen in football. -snip- Yeah but Chiellini is either crazy or "naturally" too much drunk

Not able to follow the whole game but seeing a part of it, I felt it will be 0-0 + penalties. Well turned out 1-1 + extra time but I still think it will end with penalty kicks. Which team will face England (probably) in the final? Edit: bet on Italy to qualify!

Hakimi in France is doing the medical test for PSG. The football of people, the football where the only PSG is spending money, so far, 70m cash for Hakimi and +100ish millions for salaries. They can spend whatever they want, one funny thing with football is that it won on the pitch and not on papers, Tuchel spent £0 at Chelsea and won them the champions league in his first 4 months in the club, PSG spent more but didn't make it to the final last season, they've started buying again, the more star player you have the more divided the team plays... Average team with team spirits over power team full of selfish stars and that's the beauty of football. I agree with you in what you said except for Chelsea. Ok Chelsea under Tuchel doesn't spent a penny but Chelsea before him in the same season spent a lot of money to recruit many players, don't remember anymore if it was the highest team spending money the previous season or not in EPL. No need to say that it is not about how much you spend on players nor their numbers but their quality counts way more. ATM got Suarez for free and they won La Liga, no need to mention other names getting nothing although their huge transfer/salaries..

Denmark reached the EURO 2020 semi final after a horror start, Eriksen cardiac arrest just might be the blessing in disguise which Denmark so dearly needed. Indeed this is beautiful, Denmark lost their first two games but now in the top 4. Absolutely they can reach the final though, a perfect EURO glory!
We have seem strong teams get knocked out...the likes of the Netherlands, Portugal, France, Germany, which leaves me thinking it's anybodies tournament at this point. A bit of luck and skill and Denmark will be one game away from taking it home but should Italy go through I see them getting it. Btw is Eriksen out of hospital? He was dismissed from hospital 2 weeks ago after the implantation of a pace maker for arrhythmia. I doubt he could continue his career as a football professional player. I think it is the end of the line for him. Denmark is kind of playing and winning for him.

Nuno is a good manager and he is the one who is responsible for picking Wolves up and I am really glad that he is in PL giving competition to other managers. As for Kane, there is lot of drama but right now Harry Kane is focused on Euro's so probably things would go more clear after Euro is concluded. Don't know why but I feel like Kane might stay after Nuno is appointed but still don't know for sure. There is lot going on you know. Nuno might be a good choice imo and for Kane, it all depends from the money. If City is OK to put more than 100m on him then Spurs will let him go, otherwise nothing will change. -snip-
Leaving Madrid would be the best decision for Isco his career has been nothing but hell for the past 4 years, he failed to win his place in the team, even when Asenso and Hazard was out injured he never had any chance, lost his place in the national team, became third choice what more is left of him? He needs to move, he needs to save his career. I agree with igehhh, better for him to start another experience with another team rather than staying in Real Madrid.

The schedule for the 2. Bundesliga war already published. The opening game will be held between Hamburger SC and Schalke 04. The second relegated team ,Werder Bremen, will play against Sportverein Hannover on Sunday. The first matchday is on 23 July.
Why Schalke 0 is so lucky to always start the first game? Will they continue playing in clown mode and receive 8 eggs again or did they improved? I see they made some transfer and get back some loaned players without getting any one new in the attack line.

Spinazzola's injury with Italy has complicated the market plans of Mourinho's Roma, who lost one of the few immovable elements of the squad. The left-back will be out for at least 5 months due to the rupture of his Achilles tendon and consequently forces Tiago Pinto to look for a new left-back. Calafiori alone is certainly not enough to replace one of the best interpreters of the role in Europe. Therefore, an expert player is on the hunt, with some names already in the Giallorossi's notebook. I read the names of Emerson Palmieri, Federico Di Marco e Marcos Alonso.
A horrible injury for the player, for Italy when it needed him the most and of course for his team which will lose his services in the remaining of 2021. Indeed news site are reporting a potential loan of Marcos Alonso from Chelsea or Cristiano Biraghi from Fiorentina.

Varane is pissed from the wage and want to rise his while Real Madrid excuses are financial problems then they sign for Alaba who was paid more and with Ramos departure, Varane cracked tho! I see PSG want to sign Messi? At some point they will be able to play with almost different squad each game lol.

Pretty long I find this listing very interesting. Look at the top 5 scorers, their teams are out of the competition. Sterling, Kane and Dolberg #6 with 3 goals each. I think many rooting for Kane to tie with CR7 or maybe become n1 by the end of the final game?
