4641  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Let's say you have a large amount of BTC and you on: June 08, 2021, 12:01:43 AM
P2P is the best choice if you want to convert your bitcoin into fiat. Find someone that is reputable or someone you know that buys a lot of bitcoin in exchange of fiat. This is also the main problem of people who holds a huge value of cryptocurrency. For me if I want to convert it into fiat, I would not do it in one day. I would divide it into an amount that will not alert the bank make them investigate your account. If you managed to convert it into fiat without being traced then the government found out you bought some assets that cost very expensive then you would be suspicious to them. As long as you got it legally, I think there is nothing you should be scared of.
4642  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Signals in crypto on: June 07, 2021, 12:21:53 PM
I Want to know how I can recognize right coin, expect BTC, and ETH, how I can recognize some other good coins?

For me if you follow their project well since its early-stage and knew yourself that it has potential in the future to be a good coin. Just like BNB now, it started with a 1 digit price few years ago and people just ignore it at that price. Since DeFi platforms became popular and binance smart chain network was introduced it soared very fast this year.

How I can recognize when is the right time for buyng and sellig crypto to make most of trades profitable?

No one really knows when is the right timing for this, cryptos are very volatile so you should not be greedy when you should sell. If it is at low price don't go all-in because that particular crypto could go lower if the market is not in good condition.

Is it possible some how exploting some coin and be sure this coin can make 10x, 20, 50x,... in next months?

There is no certainty in crypto. If there is, all of us would probably be rich this time. 10x or more gain often happens in shitcoins in a short amount of time but how will you know that coin will pump like that in few weeks or months. It can happen on good coins but is there anything you can use to predict that.
4643  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish movement on the way? on: June 07, 2021, 11:37:20 AM
There are many resistance above $36k and volume is also low to make a reveral to bullish sentiment but when it goes below to $35k it quickly bounces in just a short amount of time. Market is very undecided since Elon's tweet about the environmental issue of bitcoin.  If we continue to breakdown, we could see $25k or even $20k soon. I don't know what type of people are selling these past few weeks that it dropped 50% quickly. Miners and institutions still accumulate and haven't sold yet so what really caused this sell-off bothers me.
4644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What online betting company you know gave you a b'day present? on: June 07, 2021, 10:23:36 AM
Stake gives a birthday present too. But with a certain level. If you are platinum and your stake birthday is today, they can give you some bucks to play with. I didnt know 1xbet gives some present , I thought Stake has just this one. Anyway, its good that such gambling site took care of their players by giving some special bonus and presents like these.

It is really rare for gambling platforms to give presents on the birthday of their users. This is a win-win situation for both sides because the user would be more loyal to that platform and will generate profit for them in the long run. I don't know if other popular gambling platforms do this now besides from Stake and 1xbet. It could mean a lot to their users if they win a huge amount from that gift.
4645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Economic Costs of Gambling on: June 06, 2021, 02:25:39 AM
1. Gambling in fact has many negative externalities. If someone gets addicted, the likelihood is much higher to be depressed. Depression is factor, which leads to high costs for the society.

2. Gambling addiction leads to economic costs because of crime actions. Other market actors have to increase their security standards, which means higher costs.

3. Many gambling addicts go as a consequence to jail. Jail means EXTREMELY high costs to society.

What are your thoughts on this topic?

Not all people are like this, there are still many who gambles for entertainment. And for me, the criteria above only apply for people who get addicted in gambling because they are in desperate need of money that they see gambling as a way to make money to surpass their struggle. In the first place, registered gambling casinos help the country's economy and I think they get a lot of tax from these businesses. Casinos or any type of gambling business are not responsible and should not be blamed if addiction in that country increases.
4646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prayer and gambling. on: June 06, 2021, 01:14:14 AM
Have you ever prayed before placing a bet (gambling)?
Did it work?

I think some of us did this in desperate times, this made me remembered something and still feel a little guilty because I am agnostic and yet I prayed to something I deny to believe because I was looking for signs if he was there to help me during struggling times. My prayer worked that time but I know myself that God didn't all do the work that time for me to win, I know that luck was still involved that if I continued playing I would just end up with an empty pocket. He somehow helped me that time to overcome my greediness to continue gambling.
4647  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to earn some profit trading BTC on: June 03, 2021, 12:20:21 PM
I recorded this video to showcase the best, most simple method for earning some quick profit whilest trading BTC.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgdJVz3ZTmE

This video won't help anyone that wants to trade bitcoin and earn from it. It is not even recommended for newbie to try it because it was leverage trading. You need a "not so small" capital if you are going to try it or else you will likely get liquidated. He just explained how to use the bybit platform, not the fundamentals of trading to make you decide to enter a trade. For newbies, spot trading is the best option because even if you buy at a high price you have nothing to lose as long as you don't sell it. For videos, there are good channels to watch on youtube if you really want to learn trading like Reyner Teo which I've learned.
4648  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you making money online? on: June 03, 2021, 11:02:04 AM
Since we are in the digital era, earning money online can be possible now. There are freelancing websites now where you can work from the comfort of your home as long as your skillset can be done with a computer. Play-to-earn blockchain games are also booming this year giving opportunity to people to make an extra income. I'm earning now online by playing a game called Axie Infinity, since I live in a 3rd world country the amount I can earn from playing this game is big enough that it is equivalent or sometimes bigger with the minimum wage here.
4649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Tweeting Power gone on: June 03, 2021, 06:01:19 AM
He still has the ability to make something pump from his tweets. This was his tweet yesterday and doge suddenly pump when this was posted followed by coinbase pro listing dogecoin after few hours of Elon's tweet. I think most of his followers that still believe him of dogecoin's potential are newbie in crypto and who don't have any knowledge at all what it really is. We don't know what's the real motive of Elon behind these tweets. For me, I see it as a distraction for people to not buy bitcoin while he is accumulating.

4650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gaming Scams during Pandemic. How to Stay Safe. on: June 03, 2021, 05:16:18 AM
All of us that are using the internet most often should learn how to be responsible with our private accounts especially if money is involved in that account. Some of us ignore to secure it just because of the reason that it is only a small amount and no one would take interest in it. Hackers are smart these days and even if your gambling account doesn't have anything to withdraw, that doesn't mean that they won't try to steal from you. Once they gain access to one of your accounts on the device that you are using they will attempt to send you malicious links on the email you used on that account they've hacked. If they manage to get access to your email, they can look in your contacts for more possible victims not just you.
4651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is best Altcoin to buy now on: June 02, 2021, 01:08:59 PM
For long term, ETH and BNB is the best pick for me while ENJ and MATIC for medium-long term.

BNB has really a lot of potential to grow in the future because of its binance smart chain. Many good projects now are developed under their network.
ETH because of its speculation to overtake bitcoin in the future, I only plan to buy small amount of it because it is not that cheap now compared to BNB.
NFTs became popular this year that is why I decided to buy some ENJ and MATIC, some blockchain games that are under developing integrated with those two projects. Most often they are used to mint the assets that will be on that game.
4652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: holding is not an easy thing on: June 02, 2021, 12:03:53 PM
alot of people really want to hold but the daily needs of life make them sell off at little profit and solve their needs which is really good. but later they notice the coin they sold cheap is worth enough to liberate them. this kind of occurences are painful but its really not his fault. this brings me to the question of maybe holding is for the rich who can afford to buy and forget. ? lets discuss this, thank you.

This is why many people that are into cryptocurrencies always say "invest what you can afford to lose". Holding is not really easy especially if the money we invested in crypto is just our spare or from our savings. Cryptos are very volatile so you can't tell when a long bear season could happen. If emergencies happened during that season, you will likely to sell it at loss. Hodling like forgetting that you bought it is really for rich, it won't matter to them even if its value goes low in the future and they will just buy more to accumulate.
4653  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anybody else feel relieved this dip finally happened? on: June 02, 2021, 11:01:17 AM
This has to be expected because many people are too confident with this bull run that it won't stop going parabolic until the end of the year. Many cryptos not just bitcoin made a huge increase since the start of the year, I also didn't expect to rise that fast. I wasn't able to make a huge profit from that rally because I sold too early. With this dip finally happened, I can accumulate more altcoins that pumped a lot from the previous rally and have a huge profit if they break again their ATH.
4654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on climbing challenges on: June 02, 2021, 09:51:35 AM
Answering these questions depends on the interest of the individual. Gambling is always present in human nature so betting on any challenges even if it is not considered a sport is happening in any place as long as two or more player/team are competing for the same goal. Personally, I am not interested to bet on these climbing challenges even if they put them on sports betting platforms. Only people that are enthusiastic with this type of challenge are likely to gamble their money on this.
4655  Economy / Speculation / Re: Everyone is fearfull. Someone said this is time to be greedy on: June 01, 2021, 01:02:17 PM
Not all can afford to be greedy when the market makes a huge dump like the previous days. Only people that have plenty amount of money are capable of buying when this opportunity happens. Some of us that have only few amounts to spare during these dips are very afraid to buy when the market sentiment is unclear. As much as possible we want to buy at the bottom to avoid hodling it for a long time because emergencies could happen and we will likely to sell it at loss.
4656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How i can cancel bitcoin transaction contend 2 confirmations on: June 01, 2021, 12:17:19 PM
If it already made a confirmation then it is impossible to cancel it. This is how bitcoin and other crypto works. Blockchain transactions are irreversible so you should be very careful before sending someone any cryptocurrencies especially if it is a big amount. Always double-check the recipient's address, memorize its first and last 3 characters before confirming it.
4657  Other / Archival / Re: Is a demo account necessary for a beginner trader? on: June 01, 2021, 11:23:13 AM
Demo account doesn't teach you to become a good trader and most often this demo account make their customer good at it so they get too confident when doing it live. I've never tried a demo account before, I prefer doing it on a live platform because you will really know how much you can lose. You won't feel anything if you lose in a demo account because it is not your money. Plus it is not bad to experience failure when trading as long as we learned from it, of course we should just use a small amount of money when practicing to become a trader.
4658  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are some good crypto trading apps on Android? on: June 01, 2021, 10:32:56 AM
Almost everyone now has their own smartphone and has access to the internet so some of the popular crypto exchanges now already have their own mobile app to access their exchange. I use Binance and Kucoin and both of them has their own app available for phone. FTX and AscendEx (previously Bitmax) has their own app as well when I visited their website. Right now I like Kucoin way better than binance because your funds doesn't go automatically goes to your spot wallet. Your funds first goes to main account when you deposit so you can avoid selling them accidentaly. This also helps me to track my profit because I can separate them when my trades go well. What I only like in binance is its p2p, most of the banks here are very strict when the money is related to crypto. If it is a big amount, they will likely to lock your account and ask some questions where it came from.
4659  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: beginner trader: Are trading signals and bots worth it? on: June 01, 2021, 08:37:24 AM
You can't just trust those trading signals you can find on discord, telegram, or any sort of social messaging app. Most often if it is a spot signal, they already bought that particular crypto before they announce that it is going to pump. Once it pumps enough, they will sell their holdings leaving their followers at loss. Even if it is a paid signal I don't suggest buying their service because I've tried it once but only end up a bagholder of their spot calls. If they have leveraged trading signals, accept the risk of losing money from it because their calls doesn't get the way they want. Don't forget to set a stoploss to prevent your capital from being liquidated.

As for trading bots, I didn't tried this before but I think it can only be profitable to use if you are a whale.
4660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why is the process of listing Cryptocurrencies simple? on: June 01, 2021, 04:32:31 AM
The rate at which shitcoins get listed in different platforms makes it difficult to differentiate a coin created in a good or bad faith. When this shitcoins appear, early investors will take the first sit. If the project becomes successful, they will run into massive profits, otherwise a perpetual loss.

Each centralized exchanges have their own criteria before listing cryptocurrencies. Some easily list those what we called shitcoin and some well-reputated exchanges don't easily list it until it shows some real potential or use-case.

Most times a coin might be created in a bad faith. I mean such a coin might be created to solve an immediate problem or sink people's money. Immediately it is listed and promoted it will begin to make wave and hence become attractive to the innocent investors.

This is why people should learn to DYOR before investing in particular crypto not just because many people are hyping it. If it is a shitcoin, early buyers could dump their holdings when that token gets listed on that exchange, some newbies who don't know anything about that coin will still bought at the top because they are hyped and thinking that it will pump more because it is newly listed.

I am therefore of the opinion that the processes of listing Cryptocurrencies should be as strict as that of security shares, with reliable regulations. This will not only boost the confidence of investors, it will also ensure the longevity of the coins when listed.

There is no specific criteria or regulation now that exist for those exchanges to follow before listing a crypto. That is why we should only trade on top exchanges where only potential coins are listed. But as I said before to always DYOR because some memecoin/shitcoin still get listed because of its popularity.
