4661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies price on: May 05, 2018, 11:51:03 PM
I feel like something great is coming. I mean the changes are coming. Government cant stand without actions anymore seeing tons of money that they cant control (fortheir profit, of course). Hopefully, crypto wont be tied Undecided
Completely agree with this. TBH, I preferred a more "healthy" price growth -- like the past two months. This price increase smells like market manipulation over it. Too early to start the bull market. If memory serves, consolidation period doesn't start until the third quarter of the year.
4662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram Gained $1.7 Billion in a Private Coin and No Longer Plans a Public Sale on: May 05, 2018, 11:42:57 PM
I really think this will eventually backlash. People involved in this - both the Telegram people and the investors, seem to have completely forgotten what is giving value to any currency: adoption base. And now we have a coin with only 200 holders who however are millionairs - in that currency. They will try to sell their coins at inflated prices to the people, but... will anybody buy?
If it offers innovative features that are new to cryptocurrencies and is actually useful to the crypto-space, then there'd be a demand for it. Actually, as long a person sees a value in something, he/she would spend for it. In retrospect, there's still someone buying bitcoin even if the price is not affordable.
4663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin under 1$ to invest in now? on: May 05, 2018, 11:35:55 PM
Currently holding Electroneum, Salpay, XRP, and EXRN -- All below a dollar and has a good foundation especially Ripple. Though there are many coins out there that are below 1$, you might want to consider looking at the circulation supply and its potential market cap.
4664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hodl ether ? on: May 03, 2018, 07:29:59 AM
Not holding any ETH is the worst thing you could have ever done in the crypto space. Almost all cryptocurrencies right now is based off on eth and its development team is one of the most active in the space. There's no loss in holding eth, you can be sure that the price will hold out.
4665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How often do you join airdrop? on: May 03, 2018, 07:24:59 AM
Rarely. Airdrops nowadays are less profitable compare to last year-- where the airdrop coins have higher quality and are actually more profitable like POS, EXRN, HAT and EBTC. If I am not mistaken, the last airdropped I joined only gave me 3$.
4666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Good Signature Campaign on: May 03, 2018, 07:19:54 AM
You can try to join the bounty campaigns of respected bounty managers as you can be sure that they would not handle a scam project. It would all come down to signature allocation though, including the hype of the project itself.
4667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know if a coin is overvalued? on: April 30, 2018, 10:16:13 PM
If it has no working product and you can see that the team focuses on advertisment, then it is overvalued. Take for example EOS. It has only launched its testnet and its marketcap is in billions.
4668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to the unsold token? on: April 30, 2018, 12:20:05 PM
Usually, unsold tokens are burned after the end of token sale. I am just curious, why does the investors and bounty hunters frequently ask this question if they know already what will happen to the unsold token?
In addition, why does the unsold tokens are burned? Will if affect the volume or market cap of a coin?

I acknowledge every opinion.
The fate of unsold tokens depends on the strategy of the team. They can airdrop the unsold tokens to ICO investors like what INS did or burn it (like what the majority of ERC20 based ICOs are doing). Some also locks the token for a certain amount of time for token liquidity.
4669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the Top potential coin to buy now? on: April 30, 2018, 12:04:07 PM
ETH, Kucoin Shares and BNB. If you are in the crypto-space and does not hold any eth, you are making the worst decision. With the booming of ERC20 projects, demand for eth is high. As for the latter two, it is for passive income or if your are a trader so that fees would not eat up your earnings.
4670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get more profit? on: April 29, 2018, 05:55:54 PM
People always greed.
Yes, I am one of them.
Recently, i lost some of my bitcon because i want more instead of holding bitcoin. so i buy altcoin but not top 10 altcoin.
Would you like to share your experience?
Beside, i know that airdrop is good way to gain profit.
What do you think DeepOnion airdrop? It seems that they got a very good community.

Airdrop is a good way to make a profit with the potential that the project and the coin ico are successful, when it goes to the trading floor must be worth more and more. In contrast, long-term investment gives us many opportunities to make a very high profit. Buy and hold at a low price and calmly wait for a short time your capital will increase exponentially.

I can not understand what you can earn in Airdrop. If this program gives 3-5 dollars. How do people earn money there? It is better to invest.
Agree. ICOs tend to lose their coin's value the moment they get listed in exchanges but this airdrop is the primary cause of the price of the coin being driven down faster.
4671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto going strong! on: April 29, 2018, 05:41:33 PM
The market is still consolidating, imo. People who have lost money in the december bull run have yet to decide if they will venture the cryptocurrency space once again which is why we have this slow and less volatile market. Nevertheless, the market is better of with this steady growth.
4672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: April 29, 2018, 05:36:06 PM
It might survive in the future are ethereum, litecoin, dash and dogecoin. The number one in my list is ethereum because we know it, that is always near of bitcoin in the market.
I doubt if dogecoin will survive in the future. It has no dev and is a coin based on some internet meme. But for the other alts that you have mentioned, yes, I also do think that they would survive. In fact, top 10 coins in the cmc has a high chance of surviving.
4673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEW ALT coin which is profitable on: April 21, 2018, 11:55:56 PM
You can try to buy ICO tokens when they list in exchanges as it's almost certain that ICO investors would dump their coins in that time. Though one should still confirm if the project does have a solid foundation or is inherently good so the risks are minimal.
4674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Quit your job to promote bounty campaigns fulltime: unrealistic???? on: April 21, 2018, 03:24:53 PM
Maybe 100 is an over-estimate but the thought is on point. To make up with the uncertainty that bounties bring, that king of effort is necessary. So IMO, it is not worth the hassle of quitting job for it.
4675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What ICO do you reccomend? on: April 21, 2018, 03:11:16 PM
I recommend omnitude. The team is very professional and of course, the idea of the project itself is nice. The whitepaper is also one of the most detailed out of all I have read. So you might want to check it out if you have the time.
4676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another Bear Market coming soon? on: April 20, 2018, 06:03:14 AM
I'd assume that when you said "crash",  you meant to say a 60% decrease in the overall market cap. IMO, this is not entirely impossible but it is very unlikely. Very unlikely in a sense that no significant/major bad news are threatening crypto atm (or it might be that I'm just not aware enough in the crypto space). Either way, if a crash indeed inevitable, it can has plenty of time to recover as cryptocurrencies are here for the long run.
4677  Local / Pamilihan / Youtube and Social media influencers on: April 18, 2018, 10:15:48 AM
Mayroon ba kayong kilalang sikat na mga youtuber o ibang mga social media influencers na involved sa cryptocurrency sa PH? Kahit ung mga group na deeply involved sa lahat ng tungol sa cryptocurrency.
4678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How do you explain the bounty campaign? on: March 10, 2018, 03:53:40 PM
When I earned my first money with the bounty, people around me (especially my family) asked me where did my money came from. When I told them that it came from bounty campaigns, I saw their puzzled face. So I explain it to them with this analogy: "When politicians are running for office, they always show their faces in public in order for them to remember. They give flyers with their name and platforms in it. ICOs are like politicians and their elections is called bounty campaign. We make the ICO popular by posting in forums, social media sites, and creating videos and article." And they quickly understood it so every time someone ask me about bounty campaign, I always used this analogy. How about you?

I just told them that its from my online job, no need to collaborate it. I don't think they'll understand even if I tell them what;s its meaning.
If sometimes I'm not lazy to tell them what it is, I just say that I advertise projects. But I guess your explanation kinda help me get through this type of question. Your simple description of bounty campaign fits the description of government campaigns in our country.
4679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to have many altcoins or it is enough to have few? on: March 10, 2018, 03:46:50 PM
Well there are lots of altcoins out there. But don't get easily deceived by these coins. Some of these are scam, some are not. Either options are good, you can have large amount of altcoins to have assurance that you'll have large amount of profit, or you can have few altcoins to avoid investing in scam projects. If the project you joined is successful, you can hold your coins for a long time then you'll earn big profit if its price increases.
4680  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Average down and relax... on: March 10, 2018, 03:33:51 PM
You got the right strategy but I think its too early for you to cash out your money when you only gain few profit. You better practice your patience to wait for the price to increase so that you'll have larger amount of profit. Also, I think you need to research more about the strategies that could help you out. Investing is risky so we better be practical about our decisions. Keep holding!
